I hope, that you are as well, as I am (thank you for your help!).
At present I am using Arnica WDose 30C x3, Silica 6x 2x1,Nat Phos 2x2, Ferr Phos 2x2) since 3 November. I've returned fully to my 'normal' activities (including jogging, a bit of weights etc..). I did not manage to get antibiotic (pharmacists could not help me with anything, that I could use - after few attempts to convince them I gave up and keep the area very clean using antibacterial soaps). Should I continue your prescription? I think, I've recovered quite well.

Thanks for suggesting Ruta Grav 200c for my heel. I got some Ruta Grav 30c instead - as faster to get than waiting to order it online etc. I have been taking 4 tablets three times a day for the past 2 days and I feel it is really helping the heel. I have stopped taking the anti-inflammatories.

I am still taking the calendula 30c and silicea 6c three times a day. No changes in the fistula to report since I last wrote a few days ago - still filling up with liquid - yellow in colour - and using a needle to discharge it - but not as profuse liquid as it used to be. This may be due to the fact I am resting so much with the heel or hopefully a sign of healing!
Taking Nat Phos 6x also about 5 times a day for the BM which is helping.

Any progress on the translation of the Hindi proverb? (smile!)

I hope and pray that your heel problem goes away soon as it has impacted your fistula healing.

As soon as you stop taking Ruta, then, I would like you to take a dose of Sulphur 200C.

Then, the next day I would like you to repeat Thuja as you did in the beginning. No other remedy taken when you take Thuja.

Please tell me about your Energy Level.

Update from my end -

On fistula - since past two days (after stopping Berb Vulg) I have been noticing itching and burning sensation around anus and fistula, just like few weeks back. I took biochemical salt # 25 couple of times yesterday (constitutents - Natrum phosphoricum 3X, Natrum sulphuricum 3X, Silicea 12X) which gave me relief.

On body itch/Urticarea - there are few times during day where I feel itch is under control but for most part I am not feeling any difference. Still when I itch on a part of body, skin swells up at itch area and skin becomes hot and if I leave it as is for some time, itch area skin becomes normal after sometime.

Right now I am just taking Hydratis Canendis Q drop in warm water thrice a day.

Here is the update from me:

- For the past 2 days the sudden & severe itching came up which normally lasts for a minute or until I press gently on side and something drains.

- The pus drained 2 days back in 2 drops color in light brown.

- Today also there was slight itching after BM and the PUS drained in 2 drops colored in slight yellow and watery.

- Yesterday I noticed some itching inside the anus and around the external piles.

- No other big change so far.

Reg medicines, unfortunately I still have bot received. Called the store and they said there was a 2 days delay in sending the shipment out because of holidays. They told me that I should get it on Wednesday. Sorry for delay as I really dont know what to do.

can you suggest me some other good place (online or local store) to buy the medicines in future ?

Please let me know what should I continue with now.

We might have to try higher potencies, if Hydrastis Canadensis is unable to solve your problem?

Biochemical salt # 25, consisting of Silicea 12X will create formation of pus and itching, but, this is your own decision?

Thanks for the info.

Sorry to hear about the delay in your remedy order, as you already know, we need these remedies badly to cope with your current symptoms.

So did you take the following, please confirm.

'1. Myristica Seb. 200C, one dose tonight and for the next 2 nights before going to bed. This will be for 3 days.

2. Hypericum 200C, one dose daily, at least 45 minutes after breakfast, for 3 days.

3. Silicea 6X, 4 pellets under your tongue, one dose around 3:00PM and one dose around 7:00PM, for 3 days.

NO other remedies for the next 3 days.

Please continue the wash with Calendula after BM.'

How is your pain for the last 3 days?

Also, please answer the Q's in my previous posts.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I did take all these 3 medicines as you had mentioned for all the 3 days. I did not take any other remedies on those days.

My Pain was not that much as usual. But until the Pus drains from the Fistula, the pain was little more. Other than that it was OK.

I am sorry for the delay in the medicines. I wish I could have got in the local store. But I don't find any other store that carry all these medicines.

But however, if these people take some more time I can order it from somewhere else and see. I think I am stuck without options. If you could, possibly please suggest some place to get these medicines from.

Please let me know if I missed to answer any of your questions.

NB : In the evening some Pus drained as I pressed on the sides and some blood also drained followed by the Pus.

Dear Nawaz ,

Pain has been reduced then earlier but not complete gone . After BM i have pain in Rectum and slight in pain in Anal but earlier time more pain in Anal . Pain is more in Rectum left side i saw some bobbles in left side of rectum after BM for 30 min but it is paining full day .Pus discharged is there ( 4-5 Drops ) . Full day i have some gas passing from downward and little constipation just like mutation not cleared and some time no BM in full day but i have soft stool .

Pain like any operation has been done or any injection has given or intense hammering ..Its started pain after BM and left side of rectum are going to hard for some time and pain start in rectum after that slight pain in middle of anal and evening time pain in rectum area and little pus discharged .

I took Hypericum 200C, 4 pellets under your tongue, two times daily, for 3 days and Myristica Seb. 200C for two days after 45min of my dinner

Please advice me to medicine reduce pain in Rectum left side , Left side of rectum Hard after BM ,reduce bobbles after BM for 30min and Middle of Anal pain . .

Please take a dose of GRAPHITES 200 C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, only one dose.

Stop Hydrastis on the day you take GRAPHITES 200C.

Then, the next day start taking Hydrastis as usual for a week.

I will take the Ruta Grav 30c for a few more days I think as still pain and problems walking but much better than last week and no need for a crutch now. I am seeing an osteopath today also so hopefully some realignment of the spine etc will help.

The day after I take the last dose of Ruta I shall take one dose of sulphur 200c as you said (I will take the silicea 6c and calendula 30c as usual on that day) and then the next day three doses of thuja 1M as you described before (every 3/4 hour) but not take any other remedy that day but continue with silicea 6c and calendula 30c doses the next day.

However, can I take the Nat Phos 6x when I take the thuja or leave this out also?

My energy levels are low - very tired all the time and everything a great effort and hassle. I am sleeping well at night - 9/10 hours some nights when not working. I thought I would be very frustrated as I cannot do my usual amounts of exercise - walking etc -due to the heel problem but in fact I feel quite glad of the rest!

I can't believe it, but I'm still waiting for the arrival of the aloe socotrina. I guess with the holidays approaching, the mail is all messed up.

As for my condition, my hemorrhoids are really aggravating me. They are out like stars at night. They are purpley/blue pearly in color. I have one that is where I believe the fistula originated that is internal and pops out after a BM and feels like a small grape with a tiny little pea inside that moves. With the use of Prep H, they retract back into the rectum. I am praying that my fistula does not reappear. Is there anything that you can suggest that I can apply externally to shrink the tissue? Also, the aloe......what do you mean by taking it with 2 sips of water? Sorry for the ignorance. Am I to take the med and then take two sips of water with it in my mouth or mix it in a glass?

Please also take Aloe Socotrina 30C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times a day, for 1 week. This is for your constipation, digestion and other issues.

Continue with the other remedies as suggested, your pain will be OK. Please do not take anything else.

You don't have to take Nat Phos on the day you take Thuja. As Thuja will address your constipation issues.

All of the others, you are saying, is correct.

Do you have a lot of pain due to your heel problem?

Where is the pain exactly? You mentioned 'realignment of the spine etc', please describe in detail?

I would like to give you another dose of patience, please take, as Patience is a virtue!

Please relax, be brave and communicate your issues in detail rather than going to ER or to any other doctor.

Sorry to be a pest, but I'm not sure if you are interested in answering my question on the aloe socotrina and how it is administered with two sips of water. I've never heard of that before and want to take it the correct way. I'm hoping I receive my order today and can start taking it.
