I took Hydratis Q dose twice today. I must have missed your message for stopping it.

Per your instructions I had stopped taking Berb Vul on 16-Dec (I took it from 1-Dec to 16-Dec).

Do I need to stop taking Hydratis and start taking Berb Vulg ?

Energy level is kind of ok. I can't seem to concentrate on anything. Mind is bit agitated as well due to various factors. I do wish I had more peace of mind with me.

Please let me know about the medicines ASAP and I shall start on them.

Yes, please stop Hydrastis and take Berberis Vulgaris for 3 days.

Please let Merc Sol. work, don't take anything else except the ones suggested. It is not a good idea to take too many remedies and unnecessarily repeat them or over dose them.

Starting tomorrow, please take Hydrastis Canadensis Q, 4 drops in a half glass of water, stir it nicely with spoon, then, take one spoon full, please throw the rest in sink. You will repeat this 3 times a day, for 1 week.

Thanks for the response. Yes, No pain today.

- I will be completing 10 days tomorrow with Nat Sulph 6X.

- Just few minutes back the itching showed up for few seconds and followed by that when I pressed the sides , some pus drained which was in one drop and was in brown color. It was light brown.

- But overall no pain today.

Glad you liked the snow I sent!

I have not taken anything else since the Graphites 200c yesterday. The fistula has since got much worse - having to empty it a lot more - more liquid yellow being produced and the left side of my anal sphincter is sore again (which has not happened for a few weeks) plus I now have the pressure down the back of my right leg again which comes when the fistula is bigger and more ' productive'. It is also getting sore to sit again.
Constipation still very bad. I did notice that I had a lot of gas yesterday after taking the graphites - belching and gurgling in the guts etc. I am not bloated today but will start the pulsatilla again today but it did not seem to make any difference with helping with the amount of infection produced - when I took it for 4-5 days last week and this week. (If that is what I am taking it for!).

I will try to get some Aloe 30c. What is that for please?

Ooh and forgot to mention that my heel is really much much better now! Thank you for recommending the Ruta Grav. I think that is what really helped! I have my Mum taking it now for a inflamed knee. It seems to be helping her too.

I am diagonsed with anal fissure and suffering from 1 year. I have used various antibiotics and creams but of no use. From past 2 days i have been using homeopathy medicines advised by you. I have understood the usage of tablets silicea, natphao and ferrphos. However, unable to understand usage arnica30. I got a liquid bottle of arnica 30 of 30 ml. Please let me know how to make a wet dose of it. Right now iam using five drops in half cup of water as prescribed by medical keeper. Please respond ty

Based upon the information you have provided and to consider your pain, I would like to suggest a dose of

Nitric Acid 200C ASAP.

One dose is to take a half glass of mineral water, pour 4 drops of the remedy into the glass, stir it nicely with a spoon, then, take a full spoon out of the glass. Throw the rest in sink.

ONLY ONE DOSE PLEASE.

No other medicines must be taken until advised.

what about the medicines iam using are they not good for me, does they hvae any adverse affects. Its my second day of medicine. My stool has become soft and however pain sustains and besides iam using acelofenac for pain and diltiazem gel for external application.

I am sorry if i have offended you. I have got the medicines as sited by joe in the first few pages of this forum, where same prescription was given for both fistula and fissure by Joe.

I do not want to lie otherwise i wont take such pain to search the pages, create an account and seek an advice.

As i have bought all the medicines which costed me about 250 rs. and I was advised to change the medicine, which shocked me and i rechecked the first few page and i have taken medicines as advised by Joe. So just wanted to reconfirm before stopping the medicines.

I am not pointing anyone wrong here i just wanted to make some good for myself. I am ready to adapt your medicine before that let me familiarize you with my problem.

I was diagonsed with fissure 9 months back, and i have been on antibiotics, ayurveda and homoepathty(which medicines i do not know as docs in hyd wont give the prescription receipt except medicines). However, it was subisided in the month of May though i do not know which worked as i have used them one after another. I was happy for three months and it has recurred. Since then, it has become very painful during BM and pain for 4 -5 hours after BM. I hvae visited surgeon again who confirmed Fissure and advised to go with diltiazel gel alone as i have been too much on antibiotis. If does not subside he recommended for a surgery.

From past 20 days my conditions has become worse. Even laxatives are nt working for me may be i have overused them. Probably Natphos has worked on me to loosen my stool, which relieved me while BM and after BM however, pain remained the same.

Iam suffering i do not have to lie.

Please take Sulphur 200C, one dose that is 4 pellets under your tongue, empty stomach in the morning at least 45 minutes before breakfast. ONLY one dose for now!

Nat Sulph 6X, 4 pellets under your tongue, 3 times a day, for 15 days.

Please stop Calc Sulph 12x.

Also keep on taking Ledum Pal. 30C on daily basis as you are doing now for pain and healing



I have been taking them. Pus still comes out but not a lot...the area however does get sticky wet. The pain after BM in the morning resides.

Thank you for explaining what the Aloe Soc is for.
It will take a few days or more to get the Aloe Soc. I do have aloe vera juice which I could try taking whilst waiting for the Aloe Soc? What do you think? It generally doesn;t seem to do much for my constipation but maybe I don't drink enough.

I started back on the pulsatilla 30c again yesterday taking 3 doses. The constipation is still very bad and continuing. By last night I had lots of pain - spasm pain in my bowel (ascending and transverse colon area). It was still there this morning but I have not taken any more pulsatilla and the pain is now gone. No idea whether the pulsatilla is causing this but the acute constipation I have had for the past 1.5 weeks seems to coincide with taking the pulsatilla.
Discharge is still much increased for the past two days since taking the Graphites 200c and the left side of the sphincter still sore. Despite taking the pulsatilla I had to get up in the middle of the night to empty the fistula as it was so sore and full of discharge. Maybe the Graphites has aggavated things (which I heard can be a good sign in homeopathy).
Energy-wise I am really tired and feel a bit dizzy when walking about.
Should I try taking the China 200c?

I sound a right cheery soul don't I!

Regarding Pulsatilla, sorry to say, all of your thinking about the remedy is wrong and assumptions. This is the correct remedy, but, in low potency, please get Pulsatilla 200c asap. This remedy helps your constipation not create!

Let's stop all remedies and only take one dose of China 200C for your lack of energy due to huge amount of fluids discharged from your body. Also, it will reduce your constipation and gas.

Please forget the Aloe vera juice, give it to your enemy OK.

You must get Aloe Soc. 30C ASAP to correct your constipation and bile preparation. Otherwise, we won't be able to reduce pus production in your body.

The snow in Atlanta is gone, but, a little chilly these days. Indeed, you are a cheery soul, but lacking in the food for soul completely, in my opinion.

- Until yesterday the Bad Guy was quiet.Except one or 2 drops of pus drained which was in slight brown and little thick.

- I started taking Hydrastis Q as suggested since yesterday.

- Today I felt the itching after BM and followed by that a drop of yellow color pus little thick drained and also a drop of blood followed by that.

- Today after BM, I feel a little pain in the whole rectum area inside and a slight discomfort. Not sure why.

Also, on the medicine side, I got the Calc Sulphur 200C pellets yesterday. But I couldn't find Podophyllum still. Looks like I have to order online again. So, please let me know if you could think if any other medicine I might need so that I can order all in one shot and get it.

I am only taking Berb Vul Q drops (today is second day). I did not take Graphites 30 dose yesterday as there was no itch attack.

I did notice blood on TP today morning as well. Blood and watery pus is still coming out of fistula with (very) slight discomfort.

I shall provide next update tomorrow.

Dear Nawaz,

I was painful last 2 days. The swelling near my newly developed fistula wound in October is the main cause. I could feel that bowel gas entered the swollen mass but couldn't go out, making the swollen mass hard and pain.

I am trying to order the remedy and hope will reach as soon.

I would like to ask:
1) is there any other medicine that I will need to use later so that I can order it in advance?

2) Should the different remedy be taken separately or can be taken together?

I am not sure if I need to enter hospital again to cut open the swelling part...I hope no need.
