I feel much beret when I woke up today, although I have burning sensation it is much better than earlier.
As you suggested I took 1 dose of Ruta 200c (4 drops in 2 sips of water- Correct me if I was wrong) and started the course of Calendula 200C. I will update you my situation in the evening.

As suggested, I took Calendula 200C 4 pills disolved in 2 sips of water. And Now after my dinner I will take Hypericum 200C 4 drops in 2 sips of water.
Just want to update you that, the pain is back again. I was feeling good in the morning but from afternoon its paining again. I saw a little pus coming in the evening and burning sensation still there.

Yeah, I have swirling around the anal and a sensation of hard line in the top side of anus (I dont know whether its a muscle or something else).

I am sorry to say, but yes I still have pain and swelling, I am unable to sit on my back or sleep flat so you can understand How much I am suffering with that pain.
As suggested I will Calc Sulph 12X dose and Belladonna 200C dose.
Just want to let you know Calc Sulph 12X which I got is not dilution they are pills. So can I take 4 pills disolved in 2 sips of water.
And please confirm shall I continue taking Calendula 200C 1 dose daily?

Hope all is well with you. Here is an update from me. Took Arsenicum Album 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 2 times a day, for 4 days...as per your instruction. Also continued with Calendula Q.
Happy to report that the fistula/abcess has not swelled up with pus in the last four-five days, has kept dry, and seems to be shrinking. There is no pain either.
What is to be done now. Pls advise.

There seems to be some mix up on the Calc Sulph. You are suppose to take only one potency at a time. Based upon the yellow color pus, you were advised to take Calc Sulph 12X.
