This is a question that you will have to ask your surgeon as I cannot advise you without seeing it. You can also help by giving me more information as to how long you have noticed it and if it caused you any pain when you first saw it. Did it bleed at any time?

I presume that this has no connection with your Fistula for which you will have to continue the therapy that you are using today till it improves as many others on this Thread have done.

Please copy precisely what you are doing today with the various remedies you are using.

I do not remember treating you and on the basis of the information that you have provided in your post, I presume that you suffer from a Fistula which was lanced by an Ayurvedic doctor and resulted in the discharge of Pus. I shall copy the therapy that has helped many patients so far below:

Please read the instructions below and follow them precisely as prescribed.

Joepathy therapy for treatment of Anao-rectal problems:

Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in some countries.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle or a large teaspoonful of the remedy is sipped as directed.

Report progress in a week.

Unfortunately, I do not have any records from the surgery.
Here - in RSA we do not see surgeons after discharge from the hospital - unless something goes terribly wrong. On discharge the doctor had been happy, that all had been normal.My symptoms had been mild and I did not have any problems with hemorrhoids since (except for this thorn feeling from time ti time). The same surgeon, which opened the fistula did colonoscopy.I think he would have picked up 'nasties', if they were present. Regards. Kondola

Thanks for the response.

I noticed this external hammeroid for the past 4 years at least but it never bothered me. Its just bothering me for the past 6 months that too only once in 2 months. No bleeding so far. Its just pain for 2 days and go away.

Also, I am taking following medicines as of today :

1. Hamammellis 200 C

2. Nat Phos 6 X

3. Ferr Phos - 6X

4. Silicea 6X

5. AB Ointment massage

I am not taking Arnica as you told me to stop until I finishes Hamammellis.

Please let me know if I Need to add / change anything else.

I prescribed the Hamamelis 200 to reduce your Hemorrhoid. Have you noticed any improvement in its size and your pain level?

It is unfortunate that I had to ask you to stop the Arnica but this is because the 2 remedies, according to Boericke, antidote each other. Quite frankly I do not know if this is indeed true.

As soon as you notice some improvement in your Hemorrhoid, you can stop the Ham and start on the Arnica as I believe that this remedy is more important to you to heal your lesion.

As I had mentioned earlier I noticed the size had reduced and there is no pain. So, I will stop Hammammellis and start on Arnica.

Hello Mr. Joe

I m not having any pain or blood or puss and i m continuing with 2 tab of silicea once a day. Yesterday some strange thing happened. I was having diarrhea and my anus came somewhat out of the anal hole and when i applied polyfax into it, i felt for the first time that their was a not so deep cavity of about 1.5 inches in length like an open tunnel. Then i immediately applied polyfax on my fistula opening and i was surprised that it also had a not so deep cavity and was the size of a tip of a pen.

The depth of the cavity inside anus (in the 1.5 inch tunnel)was greater than the depth of the cavity, although both were only few millimeters deep.

Let me explain to u in one other way, what i felt inside my anus was opposite of speed-breaker on a road. The speed-breaker is few feet above the road but wot i felt was few millimeters below my inside skin of fistula. Hope i have cleared my point.

Then i went to sleep 4 about 8 hours, when i woke up i saw that there was no such cavity there.

You have suffered from a prolapse of your anus which hopefully will not recur as it can then be a medical condition.

I believe that your description indicates that you are well on the road to recovery.

You will however continue with the present medication for a few more days when I shall reassess the situation again when you can stop the Silicea but continue with the other remedies.

I have been suffering from insomnia and constipation from a very young age, along with occasional asthma and frequent other ailments (so I have never been able to play sports competitively). I am about 23 now and maintain a regular exercise routine, though my stamina is not too good. 3 months ago I also started getting excruciating pain while passing motion. This was later detected as a combination of pilesand fissures. I sought the advise of many doctors, who informed me that surgery might not be worth it as this is still in a less advanced stage and surgery may have a few risks too. Dear Joe. Today i went again to the doctor. He said that i have an ulceration on the anus and it cannot say what i have on the upper side of the colon. Maybe an anal fistula or Chron`s disease. He said That tha localisation of my fistula is in a position hard to treat. He said that i have to do a full coloscopi under anestezic and an RMI. I am demoralized. I fell like i wanna die. I can sense the depth of the anxiety that you have today about your Anal problem.

Looking back on your posts I find that your first was dated July 31 and this is exactly 60 days ago. You have only used my Joepathy for just over a month after you got the various remedies and this is not sufficient time for your problem to heal.

I agree that it is best to consult a surgeon to identify the cause of your ailment but DO NOT CONSENT TO SURGERY right now. As you have seen many of my patients have been cured some within a few days, others in a few months.

Thanks for your response . This is first time I posted my fistula issue . Pain was started on 1st sep ,initial time too much pain , fiver and felling some hard in mutation area . After discusses with some doctor they found internal pus was there . At present I have pain left lower portion of rectum and anus and some time high fiver . Ayurbed doctor found pus discharged from 6'o clock region . No external opening . Internal Haemorrhoids at 3,7,11 O Clock position . Just wanted to know some question .

1. Why fiver is coming some time ?
2. Is it possible to become internal infection due to pus discharged .
3. Do I need to continue your prescribe medicine or need to add some thing else .

Dear fortjames, On ABC, one capsule contains 80 pellets (small rounded pills). Out of 80 you will take only 4 pellets per dose. However, you may buy the remedy in liquid form, then, you will pour 4 drops in 2 sips of water per dose.
