pain is slightly better today..had pain till 1 PM and after that nothing.


i have taken Ruta (once)and Hypericum (twice) today.
also increased the dosage of nat phos
as you suggested.
Chamomilla will take 4 days atleast.. i have snet the package back and now will wait for replacement
please suggest what to do next.

yes.. those are the only 2.
today i had to go BM one more time and right after that pain started.
once the after BM pain starts it always takes 2-3 hours no matter what meds i take..pain always happens on the same area/point.. 3 o clock -- right side middle of anus.
for some reason the heavyness inside the recum has gone down since 2 days.

mental health is better since the pain is under control.

other physical problems: not sure if i mentioned before but i have been taking omniprezole for acidity for past 10 years.
not sure if thats relevent.
everything else is Ok.

Hope you are fine. This is just an update from my side. I'm following your instructions and currently continuing with BV Q and Calendula Q. I've not had much problem since last one week (when I gave you my last update). The fistula/abcess area seems to be slightly shrinking. There was an appearance of couple of tiny drops of pus mixed with blood (light brown color) after an interval of 3-4 days. Other than that there has not been much pain or discomfort.

Pls advise whether I should continue with the same remedy.

There is no bleeding as such at present, just that a couple of tiny drops of fluid (very light brown pus mixed with blood) appeared yesterday. Other than that the area has been mostly dry. There has been no big swelling of the area or pain since last one week. The fistula/abcess area seems to be shrinking, but very slightly. I have a small qty of Alumen 30 in my stock at present.

No, it's in liquid form. A bottle of two inches height.

Ok Sir, will do. But I have not taken Hypericum as yet. You said it was to be taken for pain when needed, and I didn't feel the need till date. I have only been taking BV Q and Calendula Q recently.

So now, for the next 4 days, I have to take Alumen 30 along with Calendula Q only? If I understand you correctly, you are telling me to stop taking BV Q....correct? Pls confirm.

Here is my update after 3 days now.

- Day 1:
Breakfast: brown bread + thym + seseme + olive oil + tomato + cucumber + wall nut + almomds + kiwi
Lunch: Chicken burger (no bread) + lettuce + tomato
Dinner: pickle like eggplant + brown bread + almond + wallnut + dates + kiwi
BM: Once in the morning, rigid and soft. No constipation and no pain. However feeling as if my anus region is tight as you feel when a wound closes up.
Pus: 2 grains (same as sugar grain size) in the morning, however with the same foul smell as before. Medium yellowish color. No pus in the after noon nor evening, however region is characterized by a bad smell and being warm.
Activities: In the office.

- Day 2:
Breakfast: brown bread + thym + seseme + olive oil + tomato + cucumber + wall nut + almomds + kiwi
Lunch: brown bread + red meat dipped in a garlic sauce
Dinner: pickle like eggplant + brown bread + almond + wallnut + dates + kiwi + dark choclate.
BM: Once in the morning, rigid and soft. No pain no constipation, no itching.
Pus: 1 grains (same as sugar grain size) in the morning, however with the same foul smell as before. Liquid pus (3 to 4 drops) in the afternoon. No pus at night. Still bad smell in the region along with being warm.
Activities: 60 min walking in the morning.

-Day 3:
Breakfast: brown bread + thym + seseme + olive oil + tomato + cucumber + wall nut + almomds + kiwi
Lunch: chicken burger + tomato + cucumber + ketchup + mustard + dark choclate.
Dinner: in a couple of hours.
BM: Once in the morning, rigid and soft. No pain no constipation, no itching.
Pus: 1 grains (same as sugar grain size) in the morning, however with the same foul smell as before. Liquid pus (3 to 4 drops) in the afternoon. No pus at night. Still bad smell in the region + being warm.
Activities: 40 min light walking at noon.

-End of briefing-

Though the pus comes back in the afternoon as 3-4 liquid medium yellowish colored. I am considering myself to be getting better, especially in the morning thanks to God and to You. However the bad smell continues to linger along with the region being warm.

I have the following liquid medicine (yes finally!):

- Nux Vomica 30 CH (taking 3x 4 drops in 1/4 water glass)
- Calendula Officinalis 200 C (taking 1x 4 drops in 1/4 water glass)
- Calc sul 12x
- Calc sul 200C
- Psorinum 200C
- BV Q (finally)

I also have (by mistake)
- BV 200C
- Calendula Q I am optimistic for the first time since a longgg time.

I will keep on taking the Nux Vomica and Calendula tomorow and await your instructions dear Dr. Nawaz.

Correct, with only addition, please take Hypericum 200C, one dose every 3rd day. It will help the healing process.

Thank you for your email.I used sanitized medical to test the pus drainage. After being in contact with the fistula it emits a foul smell. Like fish smell but a bit better.

Is that enough info?

Good morning!

The Belladonna is supposed to be delivered today according to the USPS tracking information.

Update from this past several days:

- After last drainage, I had a couple spots of blood on tissue the day after. Then the day after that, it drained a little again - yellow and brown. Right now, it looks like a small blister so I expect it'll drain again soon. Around the draining area, the surrounding tissue feels hard (I guess that is what the doctor said was the fistula track).

Discomfort level: It's not bad pain-wise. It hasn't restricted activity this past week. It does feel irritating sometimes and I did get a little irritated after exercising a few days ago but it is not terrible. Sometimes it feels itchy. No pain with BM.

Attitude: I feel pretty good. I was real worried at first but it has been manageable and that is encouraging and hopeful for an eventual healing of the fistula. I will be driving out of town in less than two weeks for a 5-6 hour drive each way so I am hoping sitting that long (will make frequent stops) won't make it feel worse.

The 7 day Calendula is complete.

Yes.. I have been taking asec hipp for 3 days now as u had suggested ..I am so afraid now to say anything after 7 months of pain but yesterday was the first day I did not take any thing for pain ..no ruta or hypericum ..

Today after BM I have pian but it's only 20% of what it used to be.
Only thing is tht I increased Nat phos to 5 times yesterday 5 tabs each ad I was traveling and diet was not good and I was very afraid of hard stools

Today I ate brown bread, thym, cucumber, tomato, olive oil and mango for breakfast. Lunch was coleslow and chicken with lettuce.

I took NV 30C in the morning and noon and I will go home now to take my calendula 200C before finishing with NV30C.

No itching, constipation, bleeding. Normal BM. Overloaded with work.

Pus: medium yellowish dried particles but they are sticky in the morning. Yellowish light to medium but liquid form with watery / liquid pus in the afternoon and evening.


Can you please advise of the next step since by tonight I end up my 4 days cycle on NV 30C.
