I am posting this on my husband’s behalf. His information is as below-

8. List of your complaints – 3 abscess cases in past 2 years. Latest one happened 50 days ago. Surgery was performed to drain the abscess. But it was diagnosed a FISTULA. I have not gone through the surgery for fistula but taking medication. Pus has started to come back through anus and through skin (where abscess was present). So, I am worried.
9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint – 2 years. Latest abscess happened 50 days ago but still having pus drainage.
10. Diabetic or non-Diabetic – Non-diabetic.
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt – sour.
12. Thirst – drink 6-7 glasses of water a day

Pus is yellow/white in color. It is not watery.

Pain- He doesn’t have much pain right now. When the pus starts to build up, it hurts a little bit while sitting or moving. But as it starts to hurt, he presses it hard so that pus is drained from the cut (where the abscess was present). But the cut is almost healed and there will be no route for pus to come out in few days. I am worried, if the pus continues to build up like this, it will cause another abscess and will start to hurt again.

Bleeding- Sometimes, there is bleeding in the stool. It is towards the end of the stool. Doctor had checked when he put the scope and confirmed that there are very minimal internal hemorrhoids and blood may be due to fistula. Also, there is some blood when he presses near the cut to drain the pus.

Dose- Here is what we are taking- Silicea (6c, 2 times a day) and wet dose of Arnica (30, 3 times a day)

My husband is taking these medicines from last 10 days.

After abscess surgery it took 1 month to heal properly. After abscessed got healed, we observed still pus was coming out so we consulted doctor. He informed us that abscess is completely healed and pus is coming out of anus. He examined through scope and confirmed that it’s Anal Fistula and surgery needs to be done.

We don’t want surgery so we started taking Homeopathy medicines( Arnica 30 wet dose and Silicea 6C).But now after 10 days of this medicine, situation got changed pus started coming out of abscess again.

Quantity of Pus: - It’s very minimum, half tablespoon.

Please give your husband Staphysagria 200C, 4 drops mixed in 1/4th glass of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 3 days.

No other remedy must be taken during these 3 days.

Actually I am scared, as from last 5-6 days no pus is coming out from anus and after this Staphysagria 200C, if pus stop draining from abscess also then might be there will be chances that pus will get increased anal canal and new fistula will come.

Secondly one of my friend recommended Hepar Sulphur 200C, would I order this as well.

I found a natural remedy for Fistula, I was suffering from Fistula for more than 12 Years, twice I had operated and 3rd time it occurred again. I tried homeopathy and it curtailed occurrence as long I take the medicine and once I stop or eat any stuff which are heaty (Prawns) in nature it starts again. I was desperate for some natural remedies as it was more than 12 years now. I have been diagnosed with Anal Fistula a month back. I had an Anal abscess in the right perineum a couple of years back (In September 2012), which was drained in an ER room under general anesthesia (The abscess did not heal with antibiotics and I suffered from very high fever and a lot of pain, hence got it drained). It took a lot of months for the wound to heal with occasional blood/pus drains. I used TerbinaForce Plus for almost an year later for the wound to completely heal. Recently, I have observed a new small abscess sort of eruption on the right perineum and visited a doctor and after examining with a probe, confirmed it to be an anal fistula. The doctor suggested that surgery was the only way to treat it, and also mentioned that there is 20-50% chance of it recurring. I had a surgery scheduled for this November 21st, but then with the advise of a friend, got it cancelled, and I want to try homeopathy. As a child I was very effective to Homeopathy until 11-12 years old for any problem, later I started English medicines for any health problems. I want Anal fistula to heal completely without having to go through surgery and hence I am posting my problem here, please can anyone help me?
More details:
1) I observed another abscess sort of thing is developing on my left perineum, and today I felt it is increasing.
2) I started taking silicea 6x (3 times a day), and arnica 30c (A teaspoon 3 times a day, in wet dose) since 7 days.
3) I am not taking nat phos 6x, because I never had bowel movement problems. I go to stool every morning, and the stool is not hard also. I never use tissue paper for cleaning (Except at times of travel or at office but very rarely), I always use warm water. But I am planning to take nat phos 6x starting tomorrow (waiting for my medication to come)...

I would like to know if I get any better continuing this treatment for few more days and wait for the result. I am a working unmarried Indian woman of age 24 living in the US and I love to travel a lot. Hence a complete cure is what I am looking for.

Also, I would like to know the strict food habits too. I can't restrain myself from drinking ONE and only one cup of coffee every morning after I got to work. I drink enough quantities of water and have mostly Indian food. Please suggest some foods and strict diet rules while I follow this treatment. I am pretty normal. I have no abnormal emotional and other disturbances. I love my life (Ofcourse except having anal fistula :D )

You should stop taking coffee for the time being.

Also, avoid cauliflower, peas, rice, milk, ice cream and soft drinks at this time.

Thank you for taking time to assess my case.
I felt minimal pain just yesterday and hence I posted in the forum, I have had no pain previously. Also, I am observing more pus drainage in the past two days only. let me know if I should be concerned with this.
Thank you for the food suggestions. I am going to stop having coffee starting today.
Update on my condition:
1) The abscess (hard lumpy skin) on left perineum is still the same, not much pain. I had one sitz bath today and will continue this at least once a day.
2) On the right perineum, I had pus ooze yesterday night, also today morning, I noticed blood drainage during my bowel movement.

Food I am going to consume:
Breakfast: Whole grain bread with strawberry jam and butter, banana, raspberries, grapes and blueberries
2) Salad containing broccoli, lettuce, cucumber with balsamic dressing
3) Dinner: Dosa/Idly (Made from rice batter and black lentils) with peanut chutney.
I drink a lot of herbal teas too (without sugar and milk)
Silly, but can I have chocolates during this time? :)

Is this food fine for consumption?

Here is the update.
I started taking staphysagria liquid dose as recommended by you 5 days back. On the second day, the left abscess sort of bump, turned out into some pus boil (pimple) and pained a bit (I walked a lot that day, may be an added reason for the pain).On the 3rd day, there was light yellow pus discharge and the bump became flat, but still exists. I continued the same on 4th and 5th day too (the dose) and no pain, but I still feel some light bump exists. No update on the right one, it is just the same (No pain, very little drainage and a couple of drops of blood (which might be due to use of tissue during travel, seems to be healing).I had diarrhea on 5th day (Not sure if the reason is medicine or excess amount of food I took). Today is 6th day and my monthly periods started, also I did not take any dose. I have got all the other medicines you recommended in pellets form though. Please let me know how to proceed from here.

Please let me know the dosage I can take starting from tomorrow. In these 5 days, I felt itching at times on my left abscess. Also, one day, due to constipation, I had a some blood ooze while going to stool (not sure if it is from the right one or left one).
