For healing, I would like you to take Hypericum 200C, one daily dose and Calendula Q, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 2 times a day, for 5 days.

Thanks for the clarification. Just to confirm, Calendula Q is to be taken internally or externally? We previously used Calendula Q for washing the wound area externally.

Hi dr nawaz ,
I don't know what happened but itching is back again today after BM :(
Had such great 3 days ..
It's not that bad as I think some o the inner heamorrids have healed ,the once that were giving the sticks feeling.
I don't get that feeling any more
But I still feel that there are a few more on right side that is causing the itching then pain
It's always on the same side
Today I got itching 4-5 times a day which follows the pain then
Pain is also not needle like .
It's more like hard as beating drums
That's the way I can describe it
I am still on sulphur and asec-hipp Q Pl let me know what to do next

Any pain? Any bleeding? Any swelling? Pain level is a 6 out of 10. Very little bleeding when I sit for extended periods of time. I don't believe there is any swelling.
What remedies have you been taking for the last 3 days and how?
Calcarea Sulphurica 12X, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 3 times a day.
Also, a daily dose of Hypericum Perforatum 200c, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 1 time a day when you get up in the morning, at least 45 minutes before breakfast.
In addition, Calendula Officinailis 200c, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 1 time a day at bed time, at least 45 minutes after dinner.

The above items form pus, therefore, one must stop for the time being, until the fistula is completely healed.

update from today:
had pain right after BM that lasted 30 mins -1 hr and then no pain and no itching during the day and tehn little itching in the evening.
Dr nawaz, i noticed one more thing.. thougth i will put it as symptoms.
in past 3 days i have noticed that if i have clear BM as in clear stomach and no constipation.. there is no pain.no itching.
if therre is even litle constipation and stomach does not clear, i get pain/itching ..
Dr nawaz, can you pl tell me what kind of problem do i have ? is it still blind piles?
can i be cured all the day ?

first upfate from today: no change in symptoms.. severe pain and severe itching right after BM and went away in 20 mins and after that only a little dull pain on the left side.
i have been on sulphur/asec-hipp for 8 days now.
shd i continue ? or change meds?
one more thing Dr nawaz, are there different kind of blind-piles? over last 2 months there has been improvenemt with asec-hipp and now sulphut but every time the improvements stops after 4-5 days or so.. is it possible there are diff kinds and needs diff meds?
