Hi Joe ,

Report after 15 days . Pain has been reduced than earlier but Still i have pain after pass mutation .
Its started pain and discomfort in internal left side top of anal area and lower portion of rectum area and
feeling hard on left site of rectum area and pain .
it feels some thing blocking inside in below rectum area left side if i give warm water pain reduce than earlier .
.Some time pus( Yellow color) discharge and solely . i am using Neosporin AB after BM . When i insert my finger in anal are some mass is touching in left side top internal .

Fistula which was lanced by an Ayurvedic doctor and resulted in the discharge of Pus and Internal Haemorrhoids at 3,7,11 O Clock position .
Ayurvedic doctor discharged pus from 6'o clock region and it is internal and there is no external opening .


Kindly advice shall I continue Arnica 30c ( 3 times ) , Silicea 6x ( 3 times ) , Ferr Phos 6x ( 2 times ) or do I need to change or add any medicine ? I have soften the stools .

I note that you have not listed Nat Phos 6x in the remedies that you are taking today:

If you are not taking Nat Phos it is obvious that this is the reason why your Fistula is not progressing to a cure as your hard stools will continue to further damage the delicate inner lining of your rectal tissue.

You reported in a previous post of internal Hemorrhoids and the remedy that will help is:

Hamamellis 200c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

Hi Joe ,

Thanks for your advice . Actually i had soft slools so i didnt taken Nat phos but in a day i do 2 -3 times BM .
So i will continue Arnica 30c ( 3 times ) , Silicea 6x ( 3 times ) , Ferr Phos 6x ( 2 times ) .
Nat Phos 6x ( 2 times after meal ) and Hamamellis 200c in the Wet dose ( 2 times ) .

Will give Report progress after one week .

Just as FYI - I started Silicea, Ferrum Phos and Arnice wet dose from y'day and I am noticing bit of pain/tension in abscess/fistula area. It could be probably something else I ate over last 48 hours.

This may be quiet long..but I will give as much info as I can to your questions.

9. Pelvic area pain, pain in both sides mid abdomen down, feeling of needing to pass stool rectally, but nothing passes. Massive scar tissue confirmed June 09. Blockage requiring colostomy same time. Month ago fistula allowing stool to come through vagina.
10. Surgery Feb 07 incision from navel to pelvic bone lg mass and appendix removed. Dr told us that it was not cancer. Then at follow-up appt 4 weeks later we were told that the pathology report showed that the mass was appendaceal cancer. Two weeks later after changing DRs another surgery was done, incision from sternum to pelvic bone, where many small tumors and a portion of her colon and small interstines were removed. She also had a two hour heated chemo flush of the abdomen. She seemed to do okay after these surgeries. Then in Nov 08 another surgery (incision from sternum to pelvic bone) was done to remove one mass that had reoccured. It was attached to her bladder and rectum. She also had another chemo flush. Post-op was horrible and then started having severe pain with nausea and vomitting. After E/R was admitted to hospital where she was diagnosed with an e-coli infection. A drain tube was inserted at the bottom of her back on the left side. It remained for about 4 weeks. Bowels have not been the same since that surgery and pain has persisted. In June 09 she was again admitted to hospital with intestinal blockage. Another surgery was done in an attempt to clear the blockage. However, massive amounts of scar tissue was found that had the intestines bound tightly. The surgeon was unable to even get to the site of the blockage. A colostomy was done about 4' about navel in the incision line. Surgeon said that was the only place possible for him to put it. Also, the colostomy is not complete as some (very little) stool would still pass. Surgeon said he did all he could. Again after a couple of month was admitted to the hospital with blockages and was put on IVs and no food to allow blockages to clear up. Has been hospitalized 3-4 more times since for same problem. Another procedure was done in July 10 to dialate her stoma (which is inverted) as it was narrowing. About 2 months after that procedure she felt horrible pressure as if she needed to pass large stool rectally. After hours of straining..nothing passed. She then did an enema rectally and still nothing. She started vomitting and was again admitted to the hospital. Now about every two weeks her colostomy output will stop and she must do an enema through her stoma. Following the 3rd surgery in Nov. 08 the pain has been constant and most days severe. Nausea comes and goes. Then as of about a month ago she has developed a fistula which is allowing stool to pass through her vagina. Her OB/GYN says that the fistula is high in her vagina. She has been treated with a kidney infection and is now taking antibiotics to keep from getting other infections.

Thanks for your quick response too. I am wondering where are you located? I went to bed at 2:15AM after looking at her case, I am in Atlanta, Georgia.

Anyway, she will have to stop all her medication when she takes homeopathic remedies. Believe me, she is not going to need her current medication as the new homeopathic remedies will cover all of her issues. She will start loving these products.

After giving birth to my first child in December 2009 I developed haemroids approximately 2 months after the birth which continued for approx 3 months- i tried several over the counter medicines, some from Australia and some here in Japan and eventually got a prescription from a doctor/surgeon specializing in bum/intestinal issues.

For a couple of months everything was fine and then 2.5 months ago I developed an abscess which was lanced and drained at a regular hospital (not a specialist) and I was given antibiotics and had gauze changed each day for a couple of days before I could do it myself.

About 3 weeks ago it returned and then went away and then returned after each BM.

I am pregnant again (22 weeks) and recently saw the same doctor I saw originally with the haemroids (but not the abscess) and he said I now need surgery to fix the problem as it is now an anal fitsula. He said unfortunately while I am pregnant he can not do anything for me (can not prescribe ANYTHING) and that I can have the surgery AFTER I have the baby and when I choose to stop breastfeeding (he said they will not give me anaesthetic while I continue to breastfeed or am pregnant- I would have to stop breastfeeding for 3 days which of course would cause my milk supply to dry up)- I would prefer to breastfeed my second child for at least six months but preferbly longer.

I take panadol/tylanol for pain relief and am very careful to rinse the area with water in the shower (and only water) - i have some gel I was given with the abscess and I put that on daily as well.

I live in Japan but am going to Australia next week (home country) for two months.

I have read a lot of the posts on here but have not found whether any of the treatments are safe to take while pregnant (I am sorry if I missed it)

Also, are these treatments successful if someone has NOT had the surgery (as all I had was the abscess cut/lanced to drain but no surgery for the fitsula yet)

This is affecting my quality of life, leaving me upset all the time and I seem to have a mild fever constantly (37.5 or so) and feel sick from the pain. I find it difficult to care for my 10 month old son because of the pain I am in (it comes and goes, some days are not as bad)

I am dissapointed the doctor said that nothing can be done while I am pregnant and or breastfeeding so I am hoping for another option.

You will use the Hamamellis 200 in the Wet dose which is made up as follows:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle twice daily.

Aloe Soc 6c is also used in the Wet dose made up as indicated above.
