Thank you for your lovely heart-felt kind reply! Thank you also for taking the time to read all my previous posts.
I shall order the Thuja 1M today and the other remedies once I get your reply as I need to know what form to buy the remedies in:
1) Thuja 1M liquid form? (e.g. in 90% ethanol base) - or if they don't do it is pellet form okay?

2) Calc Sulph 12X - in pellet form? (large or small amount? i.e. how much will I be taking for how long approximately)

3)Natrum Sulph 6x - in pellet form? (large or small amount?)

4). Merc. Sol 200C - in liquid form or pellet form?
I did also take this in India last year when taking the calc sulph 30c - again this was in tablet form and 30c potency for when the discharge was particularly bad and I was feverish. It had little effect but again maybe the potency was wrong.

Do you also want me to start using the Calendula Officinalis Q, (10 drops in 1 ounce of warm water, wash the area after each BM,) now also? If so what is 'Q' - is it the mother tincture?

I shall wait and order the sulphur 200c later on.

I'll try to reduce milk products - do these act as an irritant? Even the yoghurt? I'll switch to rice milk or oat milk.

Answers to your Q's.

1) Thuja 1M, must be in the liquid form, dosage already explained in my previous post to you. Get in the small amount available.

2) Calc Sulph 12X - in pellet form, large amount, 4 pellets under your tongue, 2 times a day, for 10 days initially, then, we will evaluate its working.

3)Natrum Sulph 6x - in pellet form, small amount, 4 pellets or tablets under your tongue, 3 times a day, for 15 days.

4). Merc. Sol 200C - get in the liquid form, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, daily 1 dose, for 5 days only.

5). Calendula Officinalis Q Yes, Q is the mother tincture. You will use externally.

After taking Thuja 1M, you will wait at least 3 days to start other remedies except Calendula Officinalis Q.

Hi Nawaaz,

This is Raj and Weekly update from me. Last week I had the oozing and PUS draining almost after every BM. I noticed that the itching is controlled on the day and next day I take Mystrica and Silicea. After 2 days itching comes after BM again and oozing, draining cycle starts.

also I note there is blood when I squeeze the are to drain and the blood was bright red. The itching is reduced if I squeeze and get something out of it.

I am getting all my medicines tomorrow night from India. I shall let you know once I get this and I can start other remedies as per your suggestion.

I was referring the earlier post by Chispas and curious on his question :

Can you let us know your comments? Is this applicable for me as well ? If so, I can stop on milk and yogurt as well.

Hey Raj, I am really feeling bad about your pus draining and itching. I wish your remedies order was here last week as we needed Thuja badly.

Did you take Sulphur 200C dose last week as I suggested?

Let's do this, I know you will be taking Myristica Seb. 200C tonight, please take one dose before going to sleep 45 minutes after your dinner.

Then, on Tuesday take a dose of Silicea 200C at night.

Wednesday - Myristica 200C
Thursday - Silicea 200C
Friday - Myristica 200C

Saturday - Sulphur 200C in the morning empty stomach.

Sunday - please take Thuja 200C as suggested in my previous posts.

You may take Natrum Suplh 6X as indicated every day.

The reason for itching is the pus formation. It will itch with pain until the pus is out of the tube. Let's try to avoid manual squeezing and reduce itching and scratching thru the use of homeopathic remedies. I hope and pray to see there is no need for this soon as it might irritate and damage your skin.

Please let me know when you get your remedies from India as we need them badly?

Regarding your question about Milk and Yogurt, it increases the moisture in anal area leading to itching and scratching. Therefore, it is my recommendation to cut down the amount of milk products. Also, please try to control your anger.

Thanks, Nawaaz. As I mentioned earlier I have not taken Sulphur yet as I am waiting on the remedies which I will be getting it tomorrow / Wednesday.

Exactly as you mentioned I feel the itching with pain until the PUS or something drained out immediately. The reason I also squeeze is I feel a lot of relive once its drained. I will try not to do much and rely on the medicines to do that task.

I am trying to control my anger but most of the times I fail though I keep trying intentionally.

Dear Raj, Please don't go thru pain and discomfort. You can always take a dose of Ratanhia that you have with you as needed for pain, itching, oozing, burning and scratching of anal area.

Also, you must understand, the red color blood you notice after squeezing is a very good sign to indicate that blood is flowing in the fistula tube now. The next step is to drain all of the pus, then, dry and close the tube.

You forgot to update me on your piles, how are we doing there?

I am pretty sure you will feel much better mentally after taking Sulphur and Thuja.

Please remember when you take Thuja, no other remedy must be taken that day.

Hi Nawaz, Here is my update - At times I still have terrible itching in my groin area. Itching around anus area is less. Itching all over my body is less but still there. I took 4 drops of Antimonium Crudum 200C in water yesterday evening.

I had used Calendula Officinalis Q after BM today morning. Past few days I was using Preparation H/Neosporin/Coconut Oil, which seem to provide temporary relief in groin area. I did not use any of these today, after cleaning with Calendula Officinalis Q.
Is it advisable for me to use Prep H/Neosporin/Coconut Oil ?

Please advise.

Body itch goes up and down during the day. Right now it pretty bad in upper torso.

Per your suggestion, I will take Antimonium Crudum 200C drops tonight as well.

As for niece, I am told that she is not any medication (very occasional Benedryl - if the itching gets totally unbearable). Just uses moisturizing cream on itch areas.

For your itching, if you can get Pulsatilla 200C, 4 pellets under your tongue, only one dose tomorrow? No other remedies tomorrow OR on the day you take Pulsatilla 200C. Hopefully, your itching will stop.

Foy your niece Rhea, may God bless her, please start on the following remedy.

Mezereum 200C, 2 pellets under her tongue, daily 1 time, for 10 days initially. She can drink some water after she takes the dose.

Please report on her in a couple of days. I usually don't do this on a very little information. Why was she not taken to a good doctor during the last 3 years???? Since you are a very nice fellow, I am going ahead with extreme caution.

Sorry I could not get more meaningful info on Rhea's condition. She was taken to Allopath doctor few times (she was prescribed to take Benedryl when itching becomes unbearable) but was not shown to a Homeopath Doctor before.

We would get Mezereum 200C for her soon.

For me I have Pulsatilla 30C pellets with me. Would these work ?

I will try at few other stores for Berberis Vulgaris and if I can't find them here, I will place online order

Thanks for your reply to all my questions! I have just ordered all the remedies in their correct form (liquid or pellet) and will hopefully receive them over the next few days. I shall take the Thuja 1M in the method you suggested and then as you suggest wait three days until starting the other remedies.
After the 3 days which remedies should I take please?
Just the Calc Sulph 12x (4 pellets under tongue, 2 times a day, for 10 days initially) AND the Natrum Sulph 6x - in pellet form, small amount, 4 pellets or tablets under tongue, 3 times a day, for 15 days.
And wait until I see what happens before starting the Merc Sol 200c or take that also? (You suggested 4 drops in 2 sips of water, daily 1 dose, for 5 days only).

How long should I leave it between taking each remedy - (e.g. half hour between remedies or okay to take together) as different homeopaths say different things!
I apologise for all these questions! You are being kept vey busy by us all.

Just to let you know I received all my remedies yesterday and took the 3 doses of thuja 1M as you directed yesterday evening (thursday). I shall now wait until monday to start taking the cal sulph 12x, nat sulp 6x and merc sol 200c. I am using the calendula to bathe the area after evey BM as you suggested. I assume this helps with the healing and softening of the tissue. I am still having to use a needle - which I know you told me not to! - but the infection is so profuse and the build up so bad that I have to let it out somehow -otherwise I become feverish. Hopefully the calc sulph 12x will remedy this.

Dear Chispas, How is your state of mind, constipation and sleep? Please give me details. Do you notice any impact of Thuja on your fistula? Please shed some light on this.

Believe me I hate the pain and discomfort in anybody. Use of needle is causing a lot of problems, but, it is not any of your fault, you are kind of forced to use. However, let's control the pain and feeling of feverish. You may start using Calc Sulph 12X and Natrum Sulph 6X immediately, but, wait on the other remedy Merc Sol till Monday.

You need Belladonna 200C, 4 pellets under your tongue, daily one dose, for at least three days to control pain, feverish condition and inflammation etc. You may get this from the health store ASAP.

Let's communicate on a daily basis as it is very important at the moment as I need to know your response to remedies. Above all, I need data like amount of pus, color of pus, blood, itching, burning, pain and constipation, if any?

I carefully looked at your case day before yesterday and I really have pretty good idea now what you have and how we are going to cure it?
