Quick update about my sittuation.
The pain and burning at the 1 1/2 inch bubble is reduced a lot but the pus discharge is still going on all the time (Though its reduced). swelling also coming down. so its kind of trouble free day today. and I am glad that the pain at anus is almost zero now. (I must be thankful for you)

But today the problem with acidity/acid reflux came back.
From the morning there is a lot of burning in throat and chest, acid gases coming out from mouth. wired sounds in stomach and gas movements are there, No nosia, my mouth staying normal. thirst increased.

My yesterdays diet:

Breakfast I had is Vegetable sandwich, in Lunch and dinner I had chapati with Vegitable curry.

today diet:
skipped breakfast, lunch roti with bottle guard curry and 1/2 cup of curd rice (I feel beter if I take curd rice when I am having this acidity problem), Dinner. Chapati with beans curry.

Remedies I took.

Yesterday (Tuesday):
3 does of BVQ, 1 Dose of callendula 200, 1 dose of ferrum Phos 200, 1 dose of hypericum 200 and 1 dose of aconate 200.

Today ( Wednesday ):

3 does of BVQ, 1 Dose of callendula 200, 1 dose of ferrum Phos 200 and 1 dose of hypericum 200

update :
constipation 100% gone with just 2 dose ofAlumina.
today no pain after BM so i did not take any pain meds..
just :
- Asec Hipp 3 times
- nat Phos 5 tabs 4 times today

pl suggest what to do next ?
i feel im close to be getting cured !

My apologies it was my typing error. I took 1 dose of Aconite 1M on Tuesday morning with your suggestion.

'So, there is no bleeding at all now?' I would say yes, since last 48 hours I just saw only 2 drops of blood (On Tuesday afternoon while having BM). I am seeing bloodish mark on the wound sometimes. if I try to clean the wound with a tissue paper I am seeing a little impression of blood that's all. no blood discharge.

Please reduce this to 4 tablets after each meal.

I would like you to only take Nux Vomica 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, one nightly dose at bed time and one dose at least 45 minutes after breakfast, for 3 days only.

This is Naresh from India.

I am suffering with Anal fistula from last 3 months onwards. I had a surgery, the doctor cut the external part(half inch). Then all the pus is came out side. But still its not cured. After one month of surgery, its paining again and pus and blood came through. This cycle repeated every 2 days. Last 15 days I took some homeopathy medicines and applying anti biotic ointment to external part. Then the pus is not came 12 days. After 12 days (yesterday) again some pus(its looks like a water) came from that place. Today pus and blood came from that part.

remedies taken from last 15 days:

1- Silicea 6x...2 tab twice daily.
2- Nat phos .. as stool softner-2 tabs daily
3- Anti biotic ointment (after bowl)
4- Arnica Mono in liquid form - 2 two times daily

my current situation is good. very little bit of pain, today morning blood and pus came from the external part.

Please take Berberis Vulgaris Q, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 4 days.

Also, Calc Sulph 200C, 4 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 2 times a day, for 4 days.

Continue with NP 6X as before.

Stop all other remedies.

Please get Calendula 200C, Hypericum 200C, Alumen 3x and Belladonna 200C for future use.

Quick update, I would confirm that there is no blood discharge from last 48 hours. I just saw a drop(Very very little) of blood to the tissue paper while cleaning after BM. except that I never saw blood discharged. The pus discharge is still there but its very low compared to couple of days back. By the time I saw your reply today I almost completed my todays dose of BVQ 3 Doses, Ferrum Phos 200 1 dose, Callendula 200 1 dose. I have only Hypericum 200 1 dose left for today. So I will start Nux Vomica 200 Dose from tomorow and stop all these medicines.

I have little concern here, The pus is smelling a lot since yesterday ( I noticed yesterday ) The smell is like spoiled egg, it is very odd. the person sitting beside me can notice the smell.
except that everything is going good, pain/pus/swelling all getting reduced I am feeling normal

I would like you to also use Calendula Q as external application, 11 drops mixed in 1/2 glass of warm water, 3 times a day. Wash the anal area with this using some cotton, especially after each BM.

How is the acidity position this morning?

I am into the next day now. Its 6:00 AM in the early morning here.

Yesterday through out the day I had the problem with burning in throat and chest. stomach stayed a bit calm. All the times burps with acid gases comming out from the mouth.

I took, Dosa (Made of Weet and maida floor) in breakfast, roti with beans curry in lunch and dinner.

I will have a sleep now hoping the acidity reduced by the time I wake up.

Instead, please wash the anal area after each BM with Calendula Q, 11 drops mixed in 1/2 glass of warm mineral water using some cotton.

Quick update about my sittuation.

Since morning, The pus discharge reduced and the swelling at the bubble is getting reduced noticabilly at the same time the bubble thickness also getting reduced (now its just about 1 match stick thickness)

But since todays morning BM, I am getting pain inside the anus. the pain is very heavy. The pain like there is something inside the anus and pussing/hurting internal walls.(just trying explain how I feel.) which is making my life very difficult. Unable to sit on my back.
Additional to this, I got rashes on my thies which making my life miserable. So on the whole today one way its a painful day because of the pain in anal and rashes and the other hand happy because the pus is getting reduced.
Please review and suggest something need to be changed in my remedies.

My current remedies which I took today.

1 dose of Nux Vomica 200C in the morning 1 hour after breakfast.
1 dose of Nux Vomica 200c about to take while going to bed.

And I am cleaning the wounded area with callendula Q mixed with water according to your instructions.

Breakfast I had today:
a sweet made of Sago,
Lunch Chapati with vegitable leaf curry.
Dinner roti with mixed veg curry.

So, let's stop Nux Vomica.

Take one dose of Aconite 1M.

Good morning, Thank you for your reply. currently after couple of hours of sleep the pain I was referring to in my last post is reduced a bit though I still have the pain. I will stop Nux Vomica now and take 1 dose of Aconite 1M now. I will update my status after 4 to 5 hours.
