Dear Nawaz,

How are you. since last 2 days I was feeling good I had very less pain and no pus or blood discharge till today afternoon (Monday). from the afternoon the pain started heavily (No heavy as when I am started. I would say about 40% of initial pain when I started treatment). When I had BM in the afternoon, around 10 drops of pus (Light Yellow) discharged mixed with couple of drops of blood. then after till now (10 PM in the night) I had 2 BMs where I had couple of pus and blood discharge each time, I don't have any constipation. Due to this pain and as its feeling something stuck in the track I had to opt for BMs. Since Afternoon the pain is increasing and decreasing. and I also noticed that the swelling increased a bit.

My current mind behavior is acting up, getting very very irritated for everything, unable to bare small sounds, unstable in any work.

Diet info:
Saturday:
No Breakfast, Roti with Dal(Made with Tur Dal) in lunch, Roti with bottle guard curry in dinner.
Sunday: Had Dosa (Made of batter consisting of fermented black lentils fried on pan) in breakfast, Fruits in lunch, and Roti with Paneer curry in dinner.

Today Monday: Dosa in breakfast, Roti in lunch and dinner with onion curry.

Remedies taken:

Saturday: BVQ 3 doese, Callendula 200c & Hypericum 200C one dose each.

Sunday: Callendula 200c & Hypericum 200C & balladona 200C 1 dose each.
* Stoped BVQ as I didnt had Blood dicharge since wednesday.

Today: Callendula 200c & Hypericum 200C & balladona 200C 1 dose each.

Please suggest how to proceed further.

Sorry, just noticed I have calc sulf 200C is that the same as sulfur 200C?

For current pain, You suggest me to take 1 extra dose of Hypericum or shall I take aconate? I already had a dose of Hypericum about 4 hours back.

No pain today after just a little bit in the morning

I have a qs:
Can asec hipp cause sleepiness ?
I'm not able to sleep n the night and even in he day even tho I was very very tired ..
Just an observation

Also after I take asec hipp I get a lot of itchiness for 1-2 hours .
Is this normal ? Good sign ?

May be it is a good sign that the blood is trying to flow in that area.
May be pus is trying to form...
So, please keep taking Calendula and Hypericum daily.

Dear Nawaz,

I asked the question about Aconate dose for immediate relief at the time when I had severe pain while working in the office.
Yesterday night the pain went to peak stage where I was unable to sit stand and while walking its more trouble as it feels like some walls are rubbing inside anas while walking, The pain was inside the anus and around the swelling area. however in the night after dinner I had BM where around 10 drops of pus (Light yellow) and couple of drops of blood drained. after that the pain getting reduced gradually. now in the morning (Tuesday) the pain is pretty much in control. so I will continue with my regular remedies.

Currently I am on this dose.

BVQ 3 doses per day
callendula 1 dose per day
Ruta 1 dose per day
Balladona 1 dose per day
Hypericum 1 dose per day (Twice if required)

I will report you the pain status in the night.

Just wanted to give you an update of a symptom which I have been experiencing since last 2 weeks. I am feeling a constant burning sensation at the tip of my penis since last two weeks. I feel this burning sensation while urinating and also generally throughout the day. I have also noticed that my frequency of urination has also increased. What could be the reason for this? I am drinking about 3-4 litres of water daily.

Is this symptom in any way related to the medicines I'm taking for the Fistula? Just to remind you, I have been taking BV Q since last two weeks and started taking Alumen 30c since last two days. The fistula/abcess itself has not given me much trouble and seems to be healing slowly.

Just thought I should tell you about this new symptom also. What do you think is the reason for this?

You must communicate any changing symptom to get timely help.

No, it is not a good practice. There should be at least 4 hours gap.

Update from today :
Had some constipation today ... But very less pain .

Still having Trouble sleeping .. Not sure why .

I'm travelling and unfortunately nor carrying calendula .. Hope it's ok to wait 2 more days .. :(

I mean to say, as per my current dose. I am taking BVQ, Callendula 200, Hypericum 200, Ruta 200 in the morning where I am giving 5 to 10 min gap to each remedy in the afternoon I am having 1 dose of BVQ and in the night I am taking BVQ, Balledona 200, Hypericum 200 (If required) again here I am giving 5 - 10 min gap to each remedy.
Am I doing something wrong?

If i am wrong, please suggest the right way so that it will be very helpful for me.

And about todays sittuation, I am feeling very much comfortable since pus draining yesterday night. Pain is very less, No Pus or blood discharge from morning. Swelling reduced. and very little acidity problem.

Breakfast: brown bread with thum,olive oil and cucumber.
Lunch: chiken with lettuce and coleslow

1 smooth solid BM.

1 dose of sulfur 200C before breakfast (45 min)

Pus: yelowish (medium to clear). liquid form, like very pale pus.

No constipatin / swelling / burining / itching.
Good mood, oveloaded with work.

I will continue with sulfur 200C in the morning, nothing else.. for a couple of days.

I am sorry that I didn't mentioned about this, As you already reviewed about yesterdays nights situation. The pus color which drained yesterday night is light yellow and its about 10 drops. and a couple of blood drops at the same time. and after that no pus or blood discharge.

The swelling is reduced a lot, I just have the swelling at the top side of fistula track where I feel a internal bubble inside and its about 1 1/2 inch long.
