All my life I had problemes with my bowel movement. There is no complete evacuation and I have to go several times. I also have exzyma syndrome (dry hand skin in winter), akne on my thighs and a respiratory allergy.

Last year I was diagnozed with IBS(constipation oriented), enlarges ganglions (near the prostate), bread and milk intolerance (though my doctor after a colonoscopy said I don't have inflamatory diseases nor celiac), below average plattelets count and ofcourse a fistula. I ve done an operation to lay open the fistula, 3 months ago, with no improvements to date. I have no itchiness near it, (though a hemeroid developped after the surgery). I think that I have an agressive odor (though no1 admits it). Every time I touch the fistula with a cotton napkin it drain a smelling yellow pus, I keep on draining it, but it keep getting back. I am not getting rid of the wound completely (Fistula) Please tell me whether the homeopathic medicines Iam taking is of proper or excess dosage or strength and also kindly recommend some changes in the strength of the homeopathic medicine if required at the earliest as the specialist doctor with whom I recently consulted is telling me to undergo a surgery at the earliest. PLEASE GIVE ME A PROPER SOLUTION AT THE EARLIEST.

In the morning the pain was High where I was unable to sleep comfortably or sit or stand. the pain is reduced a bit now but not to a comfortable stage. Swelling increased in the morning and its still the same now.
Yesterday I had normal rice and a little bit of Chinese spice food.

I am irritibale, imapation and always in a hurry, every1 tells me that. I over stress but i honestly try to manage it. I am getting a lot better in controlling my stress.

The pus was whitish yellow all the time from the beginning. and its the same now. The pain is gradually reducing now. and I want to update you that when I had BM after my dinner I had blood discharge around 10 -15 drops. is that fine or its something to fear about.

Dear Lebanese_patient,

Please take Nux Vomica 30C, 4 drops in 2 sips of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 4 days.

Down the road, you will need Calc Sulph 12X, Calc Sulph 200C, Berberis Vulgaris Q, Calendula 200C and Psorinum 200C. Please get these remedies asap.

Report progress after 3 days.

Today was a mixed day for me. Morning I started without pain but afternoon The pain came heavily then reduced by evening and then after dinner the pain is back again. from the morning I didnt had pas or blood discharge but now I had few drops of blood mixed with pus discharged. swelling is still there and I still feel the hard bubble inside the wound. the pain is varying all the time. and today I noticed a pimple kind of thing comming out at the end of fistula track.
