Update:
healing progress has come to a stop i think. I had increased yellow/green pus today (not a huge amount but more than it's been in a while). No pain though.
Should I keep up with the same protocol?

Healing progress - seems that more pus is forming that last week and possibly abscess a little bit larger in size (not there is no drainage from the anus so believe that the fistula has healed).

Regarding food:
breakfast is usually eggs, bacon, oatmeal or fruit, black organic coffee, snacks are nuts bars, lunch a large salad with nuts and seeds and evening meat and veggies (all organic and not eating red meat). I did notice that I had a couple of my kids gluten free chicken nuggets which had rice flour in them.

regarding exertion, i do exercise/lift weights. Would that be considered exertion? it does bring me joy and feels good to sweat!

unwanted event, my 11 years old dog just became ill and makes me sad. Not sure if she is getting better or if we need to make the hard decision. Also, an event happened with our business that did bring a bit of stress.

So, in summary, this past week was a bit more stressful than usual. But not sure how to avoid those situations.

What is the exact skin color around and on the mouth?

The location is on the left side about half an inch from my anus opening.

The color is skin color, except the outer ridge is a bit purple same with the opening with the doctor had cut to release the pus in jan/13. The pus is white is color.

There is less pus leaking this morning that usual.

calendula 200k (4 pellets, 1x/day)
alumen 30c - (4 pellets, 1x/day)

I haven't taken anything today yet (waiting for 45 min away from food!)

Yellow in that isn't good. Increase Alumen 30C doses to 2 per day.

You will be needing Merc Sol 200C when the pus color turns to clear watery/white.

Yesterday there was a lot of pus leaking throughout the day and some pain (aching around the abscess)

But as you said, one needs to be patient and so I am!

There isn't as much leakage today, but still some (and still yellow/had some darker yellow this am).

it is less thick and lighter yellow in color

energy is actually feeling lower than usual (i thought maybe because i am off my supplements).

Mind is very good, stress is low now
(our dog passed away on Wednesday)

The abscess feeling smaller (it's about the size of the tip of my finger tip) and feels like tissue is re-building

I didn't take any homeopath today, should I take anything before bed?

Thuja occidentalis just arrived, should I take that and any of the other remedies?

Also, I should be menstruating in the coming week or so and to confirm do not take anything during that time.
