Yes I am using Nat Phos 6X for acidity problem and which is looking good. No severe acidity problem in recent time.

I am worried now, When we consider the fistula problem completely cured.

The pain is very severe in all the mussels and joints. especially arm and forearm mussels, below the neck at the back side, mussels below the knees, back pain, Knee joints shoulder joints. the pain is becoming soo severe as i am becoming lazy to lift my hands/getup from chain/lift cofee cup something like that. feeling drowsy all the time. And over to this i am noticing some swelling on musseles especially on back and below forearm
I did not used Ruta 200C in recent time, I used it when I was having pain at fistula and I feel it did not give much beater results at that time.

Thats the explanation I was able to provide Please suggest.

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Thank you again. Will take 4 drops of Thuja 200c mixed in 1/4 cup of mineral water today and I am stopping all other remedies.

Just to update, I was taking Alumen 30C and Calendula Q till yesterday. At present the fistula area is completely dry and is not giving any trouble at all. I am hoping that the area will heal completely in due course and the scar will vanish fully. Thanks for your prayers. Will report again after a few days.

Hello Nawaz Sir,

Yes, I have stiff mussels at below forearm, below knees. sometime it will get very harder where I need to do a gentle hand massage to get some relief.

hi Dr nawaz-
today , almost after a month, the pain was back and bad!
i have to take 2 dose of hypercium to control the pain satrted right after BM.
i tool sulphur but if had no affect at all.

mental symptons;
stress is high at work and i dont get any time to even get up from my chair :(
im sleeping well tho .. straight 7 hours.
im afraid now that my problem might come back . pl help :(

I will be able to take the dose of Thuja 200c on Monday. This is because I'm travelling right now. Sorry about the delay in taking it and also for my delayed responses. I will surely take the dose of Thuja on Monday.

But just for your feedback, I have to report to you that Alumen 30c seems to have worked very well on me.

You need to calm down at work. Stress will increase your pain and other issues.

You should not take Sulphur anymore. Please do not self-prescribe.

So, you have no pus, no bleeding, but only pain?

Yes.. No pus .. No bleeding ..only pian

I had bleeding just once when this problem started about 7 months ago .

Pain gets worse when sitting and driving and slightly better when I'm standing or walking

Also it gets worse if I have to strain during BM

In the past week I have tried calendula and asec hipp as u had suggested but this time no relief

Both these meds had worked earlier

Dr nawaz is this still blind piles?

Yes, it seems blind pilesas you have been describing.

Please go for Asec Hipp 30C, 3 times a day, for 5 days.

For pain, keep on taking Hypericum 200C, Calendula 200C and Ruta 200C.

I took Calc Phos 200C, 2 times a day, for 2 days for body pains and the pains reduced a bit though I still have pains however the stiffness in the mussels are gone.
in last 3 days I continued taking my regular dose of callendula 200 and hypericum 200 for my fistula problem and Nat Phos 6 X for acidity. Now a days I an not seeing any sigh of acidity and Nat Phos is working great for me.
But the most worring think I currently have is yesterday my fistula is opened up again and it started paining. since yesterday all the time I have some pain which is barable but sometimes its going high. There is no sign of blood or pus only pain is my problem now.

Please suggest.

I took 1 dose of Aconite 1M today and my body pains reduced a lot.
But unfortunatly I had to report bad status about my fistula problem, The pain increased inside anus a lot and over to that there was a lot of blood discharge from the punchere which was made by the bubble/gland earlier. The blood was about 10 to 15 drops and the pain is like hell.

I had my regular food yesterday and today. (Roti with vegitable curries without any spices)

Remedies I took today:
1 Dose of Aconite 1M
1 Dose of Callendula 200
1 Dose of Hypericum 200
3 Doses of Nat Phos 6X for acidity problem.

Greetings of the day.....

Last 4 days I went to my home town. there I didn't have Internet connection. SO that reason I didn't sent any reply about my situation. I didn't took any remedies from these last 4 days.

Present situation with out remedies also good. Very very small pain few times. 2 to 3 drops (looks like watery) is discharged from the fistula in these days. Gas problem is still not controlled.

I am back today. So can you please suggest me for next remedies what I need to take.

I took Coffea Cruda 1m and body pains reduced, and also fistula pain is reduced.

Today I had couple of more blood drops discharged again, And also pus leaking from the puncher all the time. I am seriously worried now.
Do I need to take any more medicines or shall I justs continue with Callendula 200 and Hypericum 200.
