Reporting back after 5 days of taking
Asec hipp 30c and calendula 200.
There is no improvement in the conditions (
Only change is that itching has reduced a lot but there is still pain after BM for few hours and hen it goes away

Also pain reduces after taking calendula but seems temporary as it comes back after BM

What shd I do ?
I don't know if I will ever get better (

zero constipation .. 4 times nat phos is helping a lot. im also drinking a LOTS of water like atleast 10-12 glasses water a way and high fiber diet so got that under control.

today also pain started about 2 hours after BM and mild slow plain all day till evening.

pain is on left side of rectum , specially when i sit or drive. not much if im not sitting. its not sharp of neelde pain but rather dull pain.
also DURING BM it feels pressure on the INSIDE of rectum (not pain) just pressure as if there is something havy inside.
also pain is not on teh outside .. rather feels on the deep inside.

How are you? Hope all good. This is an update from me. Have been taking Alumen 30c twice daily as per your instructions.

Currently there is no pain, no soreness, but a very miniscule watery transparent discharge of maybe 1 drop daily. I am glad to tell you that the swelling of fistula/abcess and building up of pus cycle has been broken for almost a month now. There has been no swelling or build up of pus for the last one month or so.

Kindly advise what is to be done now.

I completed 3 days dose of BVQ today.
Quick update about my sittuation, blood discharge have been reduced however I am seeing a little bit blood dishcarge about 5 to 6 drops everyday.

Please suggest if I need to continue BVQ or stop it.

Dear Nawaz,

My condition is bad comparing with earlier days. Everyday pus is coming from that fistula area now. Its looks thin yellow color(nearly 10 drops every day) Gas also came from anus. Regarding pain, it is little bit discomfort. The size of the fistula also increased a little bit. Earlier days there is no swelling that part. But now I saw little bit swelling in that part(looks like a small bubble) If I touched there, its very smooth(sponge type). I think there is some pus in that bubble. But after came pus from that part, still its looks like same size. So please guide what I have to do right now.

Thank you for your prayers and your blessings as always. I stopped all remedies since last 3 days.

And here is the latest update. There was pain & swelling since today morning and 3-4 drops of blood (no pus) got released this afternoon, which gave me relief from the pain & swelling. Point to be noted is that this swelling & discharge of blood has happened after a gap of almost a month. Possible reasons for this swelling could be:

1. I stopped all remedies since last 3 days. OR

2. I drank a big glass of Coke yesterday night. It's too hot here, so couldn't resist the cold drink. Could it be because of this aerated, fizzy drink?

Please advise what to do now?

Also, take one dose of Alumen 30C when you get up in the morning, for 4 days.

Did nothing extraordinary, it was a usual day. No physical exertion, just normal physical activity. But was just feeling a bit pessimistic & low because something I was hoping for did not materialize. It could be that plus the Coke which I drank.

Will take BV Q and Alumen 30c as instructed and report to you after a few days. Many thanks.

My weekly diet I mentioned here:

* Breakfast: 6-8 Idly(5 days) with chutney(made by Peanuts) and Upma(2 days)

* Lunch: Rice and Curry(5 days vegetable curries, 1 day eggs and 1 days chicken)

* Snacks: these are made with Gram flour and chilli powder (5 days at 4 pm)

* Dinner also same like as lunch.

* Cool drinks rarely took one (300 ml) for 15 days.

* I didn't like ice creams.

* We used Tomato a lot in curries(weekly we use at-lest one to two kilos).

This my diet for every week.

Hi Naresh,

Rice always form the pus. Please stop eating rice completely for the time being.

Also, the vegetables like Peas, cauliflower, potatoes etc. will form pus. So, please avoid these and cold drinks until your fistula is completely healed.

My doc here is pushing for surgery and I'm afraid ..

Sulphur
Nit acid
Rathania

Again, most help came from asec hipp but only in the beginning one month .. Nothing after hat ... Do u think I have more than one problem ?
