Hi,

Here is the story of my painfull journey since last seven months. It started with a small pimple on the crease of my buttocks just above anus. I didn't care much about it. It drained with pus and blood in a week time. I thought that was the end of it. I did apply some antibiotic cream to heal. It was fine for two weeks. Then again it drained same way. I went to doctor they suggested me surgeory. The doctor isnt's sure if it is fistula or pilonidal sinus. He say the only way he can say is the diagnosis under anesthesia. I wasn't agree with the surgon. I decided to start homeopathy treatment. I am using treatmemt suggested by Dr. Joe. arnica montena,silicea and net phos and antibi. I had been taking these dose since last two months. I see little imporvement but not much.
I am not sure what I have ?
Is it fistula or pilonidal sinus. ? Right now I have 1/4 inch of tear on the crease of my buttocks just above anus, i can also feel some lumps inside. It drains every two to three weeks with blood and sometimes with pus. It heels in two days and then comes back again in 15 to 20 days. I don't have problems during bowl movements. Dr. Joe please advise me the right medicines.

Dear Raj, You may start taking tonight before going to bed Myristica Seb. 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, only one dose.

On Wednesday night, please take Silicea 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, only one dose.

On daily basis, please take
Aesculus Hippocastanum Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening.

For constipation, if needed, you may take as usual
Nat Phos 6X after meals.

Please report your changing symptoms for remedy adjustments/enhancements.

You may order Hypericum 200C and Thuja 200C.

Yes i am using Neosporin AB after BM but Still i have pain after pass mutation . Its started pain in internal left side top of anal area and lower portion of rectum area and feeling hard on left site of rectum area. It is paining still 7-8 hrs but its not too much pain .Some time pus( Yellow color) discharged and pain reduce . I am Continuing your therapy since 15/10/2010 please do i need add or change any medicine .

As pre Ayurvedic doctor reported on 7th sep2010 ( Paient is diagnosed with Pus discharge from rectum for past one week . O/E pus discharge from 6'O clock region . No external opening . Internal Haemorrhoids at 3,7,11 'O clock position )

Kindly advice me do i need add or change any medicine or continue your therapy ...

I note that you started on my therapy on October 15 and you must understand that you cannot expect an instant cure to a problem like yours which you suffered from for some time.

i am sorry to bother you but you seem so knowledgable and i need help i have posted on the site.

history
-37 year old female
-history of constipation taking Miralax 6 years laxative over the counter or i do not have BM
-do not produce tears, dry eyes
-PCOS
-GAS
-poor digestion
-bloating
-anal fissure 5 yrs ago disappeared in 6wks
-currently have another fissure for 3 months now very deep with a skin tag (sentinal pile)
-also have an anal fistula still small but oozes some yellow pus and brown stuff
-painful to sit
-no longer doing physical activity my butt hurts when i walk or exert it too much. use to do pilates
-usually cold, hands and feet always cold
-dry eyes do not produce tears

treatment

can i put neosporin or mupiriocin inside the anal canal as well for the fistula? and will that irritate the fissure?

i am currently taking the -Ratanhia 1m 2 pellets twice a day, liquid of Silicea and Calcareous Sulpherica 10 drops under tongue or in water once a day


Please help me i am not sure what to follow as i am reading so many blogs on the forum i need help with both issues i really do not want surgery. sometimes i sitll get hard stool with all i take and sometimes i get diarrhea which hurts also. i need help with both anal issues i just wanted to give you my history. I do not recollect treating you and would appreciate if you will copy your post so that I can advise you.

I note that you wish to use Bacitracin but this is not usually effective as it only covers Gram Positive organisms. Polyfax is the ultimate.

TO Mr.Nawaz,

Since this morning I feel slight itching in Anus and also there is a sharp pain on & off in the fistula opening.

There was a very little PUS come out since morning. Also there was itching right after BM this morning.

No other symptoms that I noted so far.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Also, there is another thing I am noting recently ( for the past 1 year) that is , though I sleep for 8 Hours at night I still feel sleepy / tired in most of the day time. I know I am under some stress and my mind is not peaceful because of so many issues around me.

I am wondering does this because of any medicine I take now ? or don't need to be concern about this. Please let me know.

During the formation of pus and the release of pus will make you feel tired, feverish and sleepy as long as the fistula is active.

The key to the whole thing is to control your constipation and avoid Diarrhea.

I hope this will help to fight this disease.
