Dear Nawaz,

I was painful last 2 days. The swelling near my newly developed fistula wound in October is the main cause. I could feel that bowel gas entered the swollen mass but couldn't go out, making the swollen mass hard and pain.

I am trying to order the remedy and hope will reach as soon.

I would like to ask:
1) is there any other medicine that I will need to use later so that I can order it in advance?

2) Should the different remedy be taken separately or can be taken together?

I am not sure if I need to enter hospital again to cut open the swelling part...I hope no need.

I am now somewhat confused about what to order! You mentioned that Pulsatilla 200c will help my constipation (better than the 30c potency I have), as will the China 200c (which I shall take today!) and also to get the aloe soc 30c ASAP as this will also help my constipation.

As I am not working at present and so conscious of money which remedy should I get with regard to also helping the fistula heal? If one of the remedies I already have (ie. China 200c) will help the constipation then I would rather focus on getting the remedy to help with also healing the fistula. Or will they all do that?!

I didn't take any remedies yesterday and the constipation is still present but things are very slowly moving (ie 2-3 small BM with help yesterday). I have no pain in the bowels any more - just feels a tad sore - and the fistula seems to be behaving with less discharge than the previous two days. It is still a hard grissly lump but sitting is more comfortable now compared to the last few days. So that's a good start to 2011!

I will hopefully find the 'food for my soul' to complete it very soon (if that is what you mean).

Glad the snow has gone and sending you warm weather from the UK as quite mild here at present.

Please don't be confused, I sicerely wants you to get well ASAP. Please follow directions as I am really sensitive to your situation.

It is never a good idea to take more than one remedy at a time. But, in some cases when we are forced to suggest more than one remedy belonging to the same group and patient needs at that moment. Several factors we consider to give more than one remedy at a time for the good of the patient and to satisfy him.

Let me address your concerns as the constipation is the key to your fistula healing, therefore, in order to achieve a cure for the Badguy, we must solve your constipation problem. Aloe Soc. 30C is suggested for your constipation, also it will help in your bile preparation (very important for the reduction of pus formation).

2. Pulsatilla 200c, not for your constipation, although it helps in controlling constipation, but, suggested to you only for the healing of anal fistuala in the Sycotic miasm.

3. China 200C, not recommended for your constipation, but, to give you mental and physical energy that has been lost due to the huge discharges of fluids from your body. Please take a dose of China 200C today, only one dose. Fortunately, China also helps constipation. No other remedies today.

OK, you don't need to buy any other remedies.

As I suggested before, please don't go thru any pain at any time. You must take a dose of Hypericum 200C as needed.

What are you taking on daily basis except the Hydrastis?

The symptoms you have described are very good signs of healing. At least the blood is flowing to the effected area. When you get a chance, please update me on the exact symptoms today in detail. I know, you must be attending today the New Year parties, please go easy on the spicy food and over eating.

It seems, you have to order Podophyllum asap that is needed for your external piles. I really can't think of any other remedy that we will be needing soon?

Thanks for the response. I doubt I have soemthing good now to report except the pain I went through for the past 2 days.

I was out of town last night and just got home. Sorry,I didnt take any medicine since last night as I didn't carry the medicine as it was a sudden trip. Also, here is the details about me since last night:

- as I had to drive for 5 hours, after I reached there I felt some pain and oozing there in Fistula area.

- When I pressed the sides, some PUS which was little thick and pale color drained.

- Also, after I passed BM yesterday, I started feeling the pain inside the whole rectum.

- I thought as this kind of pain comes sometimes and goes away in few hours. But this time the pain remains still for the past 2 days. It was little severe this afternoon as I couldnt sit on my right buttocks at all. Somehow I managed.

- Yes, the pain was more in right buttocks where the Fistula is also there.

- As usual, the external growth is also sticking out and not stick to the sides.

- I am taking Nat Sulph 6X and Hydrastis Q nowadays. No other medicines I am taking.

- I can order Potaphyllum tomorrow and will get it in few days.

- As mentioned in precious post I got Calc Sulphur 200C pellets yesterday.

Mr.Nawaz, please let me know what should I do now and is there any other medicine I should take for this Rectum Pain. Is this due to any reaction in my Internal Piles ? Or External Piles ?

Please help me Nawaz. I am so down for the past 2 days because of this pain. I am also worried that may be some other complications going on internally ? Please guide me and help me to come out of this issue ASAP.

Please do not worry at all as there are no internal or external complications.

This happens and this is what you call life? We have to do what we have to do?

As a matter of fact, your anal fistula was healing and very near to entering the new phase, but, due to your journey with some food and stress got severly aggravated. This is why it is called fistula, The Bad Guy. It really fights back pretty hard.

We have to fight it out, there is no other solution. As you know, you have 3 things for sure, Anal Fistula, Anal Fissure and external piles, therefore, we must be patient and with all the worldly noise we must do whatever is required to cure these problems. I am confident, we will win soon.

After taking Hypericum 200C, please take a dose of Paeonia 30C that you have with you. Give at least 15 minutes, just pour 4 drops into half a glass of water, stir it nicely, then, drink the whole thing!

In my opinion, lactose in the remedy dose that is too small an amount to cause any problems. But, to be on the safe side, it is better for you to use dilution form instead of pellets.

Thank you for explaining the different remedies to me. It is all very clear now. I shall not be able to order the Pulsatilla 200c and Aloe Soc 30c until tuesday.

How do I take them please?
I assume I only need a small quantity of pulsatilla but more of the Aloe Soc.

I took the China 200c one dose yesterday and nothing else. Again the fistula became much more active and had to empty several times yesterday and also during the night once. Today it is still 'active' and uncomfortable to sit on. The discharge is yellow in colour as usual and profuse and quite liquidy. Constipation-wise I had a tiny BM this morning with no help from myself so that was good! Still very tired and weary today, feeling achey in arms and right heel aching again.

I slept really well for about 10 hours aside from getting up to empty the fisutla in the middle of the night.

Thanks for the response. But I did not eat any food / meat in the travel Most of the time I ate home made food without any spicy. Still not sure why I had all that pain for the past 2 days though.

Last night I had Hypericum and Paeonia as you had mentioned and th pain was almost gone in the morning. After I had the BM, in the morning the pain is there slightly.

No itching / pus drained in the morning.

Please let me know what medicines should I be taking today.

You are Welcome, no need to mention thanks. So, the BadGuy got disturbed from sitting and driving. Might be your stress and anxiety? Pain might be from your fissure or piles?

Raj, you must watch carefully now about the color of your pus on daily basis. We are looking for a watery discharge, when that happens we will take a dose of Merc. Sol. 200C, but, please let me know before you do?

You must take Paeonia, at least twice a day along with Hydrastis. You may discontinue Nat Sulph 6X. As it is never a good idea to take a lot of remedies.

If there is a lot of pain, then, you may take a dose of Hypericum 200C?

Please be happy, be patient and order the remedy for your external piles as suggested ASAP.

Yeah, may be the sitting for 5 hours might have caused this issues.

I am always try to be patient but most of the times I feel am little fast than usual and excited on everything. Also very anxious. I am kind of a person who cannot sit in one place for more than 30 minutes but need change frequently. I mean atleast change of environment. Is this some kind of problem ?

Also I am very emotional and sentimental on most of the things I do.

Plesae do not go over online prescriptions, it wil worsen your problems. Homeopathic doctors work on guess work, which is dangerous, they never examine a patient and really dont know what they are dealing with. So I do not need to get the pulsatilla 200c or aloe soc 30c? I thought you said that the pulsatilla was for the sycotic miasm for the fistula so assumed you wanted me to take it.

I will wait a little longer before taking another dose of the china 200c as I feel that the fistula has got worse since taking it yesterday. I will take no other remedies until you suggest. (I still have the silicea 200c that I ordered just in case that is required and lots of other remedies!).

Hope you are doing well.

I have completed 3 day course of Berb Vulg drops. Drainage has slowed down. I did not notice blood on TP today (blood was seen on TP till yesterday). Fistula feels normal again today. On itching front, it come off and on but intensity is very much less than what it was 1-2 weeks back. I am still waiting on Graphites 200 to arrive. For me graphites medicine has helped control the itching/urticarea. attacks.

On my niece's front - her skin eruptions and itching have returned. Should she take another dose of Sulphur 200C ? She had taken first and last dose of Sulphur 200C (4 pallets) on 12/24/10.

I will wait for your next instructions for me and niece.
