Myristica S is of no use to you right now as your Abscess is draining. It is only to be used if the abscess is not draining.
You can take the following:
1. Arnica 30C Wet dose 3 times a day
2. Silicea 6X 2 tablets 3 times a day
3. Nat Phos 6X 3 tablets 3 times a day
4. Ferr phos 6X 3 tablets 3 times a day

Hi Joe/others,
I am a fistula patient from last 2 years. I have gone the thread. I want to undergo treatment under you.
Brief History of my case:
It started with very little pain in anal region in March,2008 and doctors (allopathy) that I consulted gave me some medicines which treated that pain. But Last year in May2009, I had pain with discharge (Watery some time mucous). I undergone MRI which showed a small calcification at 9'O clock.Doctors suggested fistulotomy which decided not to go with. I opted for Homeopathy treatment. I was benefited in starting but improvement did not take place since last 9 months. So I stopped his treatment in June 2010 and currently on Ayurveda medicines. I do not have detials of my previous HomeTreatment as Doc did not gave me prescritions :(
Currently I feel pain with watery discharge (no mucous from last 3 months). Earlier I had one small lump just near my ano, recently I feel that one more lump is there about 1 cm from previous lump.
Please suggest me Homepathy medicines and also can I carry on my Ayurveda treatment along with it.

I shall copy the therapy I have pioneered and prescribed to patients who suffer from FISTULA, FISSURE AND ABSCESS of the Anus. The majority of those who have used my therapy aka "Joepathy" have confirmed that they have benefitted from this therapy and many have confirmed that they have been cured.
I shall note the Remedies prescribed below:
Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.
Do not use toilet paper after a BM. Use a Hand Spray device instead available at Wal Mart which is a DIY fit.
No Alcohol, Red meat, Coffee and Sausages, Ham and Bacon as they are loaded with Saltpeter. No canned beverages like Coke. Do not eat hot (Chillie hot) food if you live in India.
Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily and exercise moderately.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack which can be ordered from the ABC.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.
You have inquired whether you can continue to use Ayurvedic therapy for your ailment together with my therapy.
The answer is a firm NO.

I have few doubts though..
(1). What is 6x?
(2). I have following medicines with me( Liquid form, Dr. Reckeweg & co.. 11ml bottle)

With this I understood that I have to mix three drop of medicine in abt 500ml water. Do I need to drink all that 500 ml then or some part of it. Please let me know.

(1). What is 6x?
6x is the potency of the Silicea and the Nat Phos and the Ferr Phos.

What are the medicines you refer to?

Silicea 30c is not the equivalent of Silicea 6x
(b). Arnica mont. 30 (90% Vol. % Alcohol)

I have read almost all the pages in last 8-9 hrs. Reading all the threads I want to thank you for all you are doing here. May God Bless You!!
Yesterday I said I have a Fistula, but reading abt 2500 posts here I find that my case is less complicated. I have never seen blood discharge. Mucous discharge was also for some very small time. Watery dischsrge is there. Earlier (abt 1 year ago) thier was a small lump at 9'o clock position (not an opening). Now abt 1 cm apart one more small lump is coming up (Please see the attached pic which I have hand drwan to give a rough idea). I can feel no pus pocket as such. So I dont know if it is Fistula, Fissure or abcess. WHAT DO U THINK IT IS? PLS LET ME KNOW.
Also I wld like to mention that I am currently going through a competitive exam and working to.. so 8 hrs of sitting in office and abt 5-6 hours at home.

You cannot expect me to diagnose your problem from Sri Lanka where I live. You will have to consult a surgeon and ask for his diagnosis which he will do by inserting a Proctoscope into your rectum. He can then inform you what your problem is precisely and I can then take it from there.
If you sit so long before your computer you can use a hollow inflatable cushion shaped like a Bajaj tube as this will take the pressure away from your lesion.

As prescribed I had prepared anrnica 30 wet dose by using three drops of arnica 30C/90% ethnol dilution in 450 ml of Bislery mineral water. From next day I have found some sediment in the bottle. Is is OK or shall I prepare the same using distill water. | | |

The sediment you reported was not caused by the Arnica of which you used only 3 drops of Ethanol.
This sediment was already in the bottle and you are advised to discard is as it was already contaminated and can antidote the Arnica.
You do not have to use distilled water as Bisleri is a reputed brand and is OK. | | |

I did consulted experienced sureogns in Delhi. I am postiong some of the details below
(1). HOD,Surgeory of a govt Hospital. Considered very good doctor of Fistula but could not treat one of my relatives for same even after 10 operations!! He diaganosed me 3 times. Every time he was adament I have nothing but still my
symptoms are like of Fistula . I am pasting his finding and suggestions of hi last diagnosis on 03/01/2009:
Pain Anal / Perianal from 1 year
Pain during defection
Watery discharge while passing motion
No Bleeding
Ext Hoemorroide 9-11 'O Clock
No fissure / fistula
Proctoscopy - GI Haemorroid 7-11 O' clcok
(2). Since I was still having doubt, I consulted another doctor, this time Senior Surgeon of very big private chain in India. Dated 25/05/2009
He suggested MRI pelvis which I did under go. Report summary is "Opening in the right peri-anal region witha linear hypertense tract extending superiorly on lateral aspect at 9 'O clock position with transphintric extension into the
right ischeo-anal fossa, forming a small collection
___ Suggest grade III variety of st. James calcification
Doctor than adviced : Fistula-in-ano. Fistulectomy (Low Level).
I didi not undergo this as I have seen my relative could not recover from this even after 10 operations.
So with your experience in this field Iam asking to please suggest what it is, as you do not have any financial motives and your intentions are very good for patients like me, I can trust you. In India, you can trust your enemy but can not
trust doctors. Private doctors want to earn as mush money as they can from 1 patient and govt doctors will not tell you what your problem is. I may be generalising but that is the scenario I have faced so far.
Please help me out. I am giving a brief of my symptoms :
(1). A small pimple like lump near anal (right butt, of the size of 1 small pea.)
(2). No opening on surface
(3). recently (1-2 months) one more lump (same charachter, but of small size may be 1/3rd of the previous) at 1 cm distance(pls refer the image I attached with last post)
(4). Pain when I press hard on these lumps. Also I feel that the nerve connecting these two is also hard.
(5). Watery discharge all the time but very less 1-2 drops
(6). Burning sensation and pain as I sit for very long hours(could not change my routine for next 3 months atleast, have to appear for an examination for which I have dreamt of all my life)
(7). No blood discharge ever
(8). Had Mucous discharge last year but not now. May be my earlier Homeo treatment did something. But since last 3-4 months negligible discharge of pus/mucous
I see cases here are much more complicated. So I had a hope if I even have such a disease or something else. As I have this problem for 3 years now. If this is fistula, it shld have shown something worse face of it by now. (I hope so its
not fistula).
With all your experience please let me know wha do you think it is. So that I can have a better picture when some private doctor want to give me some wrong suggestion
Please suggest me if you know some good doctor(Home/Alopath/Surgeaon/Any) in Delhi whom I can trust.

Here is the reason for your present problem. I suspect that a vein is crushed or otherwise injured by your constant sitting and you MUST use a hollow cushion as prescribed by me to relieve this pressure.
The remedy is Hamamelis 200 in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
You can amend my prescription for the suspected Fistula and I shall treat your Hemorrhoid for the moment and observe your progress which you will report to me often.
DELETE Silicea 6x
Take the following as prescribed.

I have already done that. The relative is my Sister-in-law and while he was being operated I realised same symptoms with me in 2007 and thats when I started consulting Surgeon's . But they insisted that I don't have anything. And then in May 2009 a private surgeon wanted to operated me for Fistula straight away. I do not understand the logic of these so called experienced surgeons (30+ years of exp). They operate 10-15 cases in a day. I have seen them while I was nursing my relative.
Thanks for your therapy I have decided to give it to him.

You are extremely fortunate that you refused to come under the knife as the majority of surgeons will as if by instinct put you on the table ASAP when they smell the money that flows into their pockets (usually untaxed) with each surgery.
AnoRectal surgery in particular is a GOLDMINE and at your age of 27 years your surgeon would have maimed you for life and like your sister in law, you may never have been cured.
I would like you to know that I am not a professional Homeopath and have never suffered from Rectal ailments. Homeopathy to me is only a Hobby to which I am passionately dedicated and which I have practiced for the last 30+ years. I am living proof of the efficacy of using Homeopathic Remedies as I do not take any drugs except on a SOS basis. The last time I did so was 2 years ago after an Inguinal sugery.
I am 81 years of age and drive myself daily to work as I have done for the last 60+ years.

Hello Mr Joe
I have been using Jeopathy for the last 3 days and my pain has considerably reduced, although puss is oozing with very little blood. Previously, when i was not using Jeopathy, more blood and very little puss was coming out (from an opening that is 6 inches above anal hole)! Thanks alot to my angel Mr. Joe.
For the past 1 hour I have been suffering from watery motions and diarrhea.
I want to ask u can i take allopathic medicine for it?? And should i skip silica dose 2nite if my BM are not normal or it wont have any impact on diarrhea?? I would like to inform u that i m not using Nat Phos as my BM are never hard and that i firmly believe that Jeopathy is not responsible for this diarrhea. But since i m under ur treatment i dont want to eat or drink anything without ur permission. | | |

Glad to note that you have not taken the Nat Phos which I have prescribed to keep hard stools soft to avoid any exacerbation of the lesion.
You can take Ars Alb 200c in the Dry Pellets dose 4 pellets sublingually for your diarrhea. It usually stops it in a few hours. Take it after every motion and drink plenty of water to replace the lost fluid in the watery motion. | | |

Glad to note that you have completed a week on my Joepathy for your Fistula and that your problem has already been helped even without any reference to me.
This is the spirit that I am trying to establish where the therapy I have formulated is now available to the world of those who suffer from the 3 Ano Rectal ailments --- Fistula, Fissure and Abscess, which are usually subjected to surgery on a never ending basis.
It would be useful if you can give us some background details of your case and also indicate if your are M or F.

6x is NOT the equivalent of 6c.
I have never heard of 7x which is not a standard Homeopathic potency but if it is available in your country, you can use it instead.
