What is the exact color of pus? Yellowish
How many drops approximately? several drops; i am required to wear padding or it would soak through my underwear and clothes

Please describe your pain in detail? it is a constant pain in my rear; sharp pain

Any bleeding? a little bit of bleeding if i sit too long, the exterior incision from the surgery gets irritated

For the most part, I am laid back; i do get irritable at times, frustrated at times from the constant pain; otherwise very laid back

How long have you been taking Arnica 30C? Just started yesterday

How many times per day? I dissolved 3 pellets in 500ml of water and taking one teaspoon, twice per day.

What is the response from this remedy? Nothing yet

hi dr nawaz-
i took coffee cruda today morning.
update:
pain was less but still there after BM just like everyday.. for some reason, i feel pain on the left side of rectum during BM but that goes away and when it comes back after 2 hours its on the bottm.
overall, not so bad. didnt feel much while driving either.
little dull pain was back in the afternoon for an hour and then itching started that lasted for 2-3 hours.

one more thing i wanted to let u know..
i have been having a lot of dry mouth and feeling thirsty all day even tho i have ben drinking a lot of water.

today i got pain in the morning but still under control.
while BM i had lot of disconfort. it feels like there is something blocking the passage . also i am not able to have complete BM. it feels like i have to go but not able to . hard to explain.

current state & Symptoms:
* mental state : became short temperred a littl too much in last 4-5 months.
* if get annoyed, kind of start yelling and also feel anxity and hard breathing. this is a change in last 5-6 months. otherwise very calm.
* during BM if feels like there is some kinda stick on the left side of rectum... there is severe itching right after but goes away quickly and then pain comes back which is more 'needle' like . pain increases if i'm empty stomach and goes away if i eat something.
itching comes back if walk too much and pain feels more when i sit and drive. if i'm standing up dont feel so much needle like pain.
whenever pain comes, it goes away by afternoon after that as if i have no problem at all... only itching comes back if i does.

history:
i have a history of piles (blood in stools wheenevr i ate something spicy - garlic, ginger) since past 10 years but it never hurt or got this worse.

one year ago i ate some very spicy food and blood in stools started and stayed like that for 5-6 days .. right after i started to develop severe severe rectum pain. so bad i could not go to work or sit. slowly that got better and then this new pain/itching started .

only meds that ever worked for me in past 6 months was what u suggested asec hipp. that made me almost 50-60% better in one month that was 2 months ago. since then you have suggested: sulphur,thuja,rathana etc but did not make any big difference. when compared one year ago. pain is very much n control.. but i can feel that there is no improveemnt in past 2 months and symptoms are exactly the same.

i had AF 6 years ago and since i have tried so many piles meds , it just came to my mind if i have AF :( i have explained my symptioms in details Dr nawaz, pl help!

whenevr take asec hip my pain goes away .. itching get smore but i feel this is all temp. a soon as i stop asec, original symptoms of more pain get back in 2-3 days.
i work in a computer field.
drive 2 hours a day.. sit most day but in the evenings i walk almost one hour.. this is what itching get sworse.

Here is quick update about my situation.

Present I am very comfortable. I didn't saw any pus or blood or watery type pus from that fistula area. There is no pain also. I am very very happy with this situation. Thanks for your help and your prayers. The size of the fistula looks like normal size ( I mean its completely gone and the skin is looking normal after wound healed ).

What is the next course of action(remedies) from tomorrow onwards?

I had taken homeopathy meds and that had cured me .
I don't know which meds it was as that had come from a doc who did not tell the namevod meds

One year ago I had exactly same symptoms that's why I tbcame to my mind that it's fissure . But those symptoms have changed now.
Pain not that much and it's more itching

Physician had diagnosed I had fissures at that time by examinations at it was visible
This time when I went . He cud not seed anything
