Dear Nawaz,
Sorry to update you that I didnt get the Nat Sulph. I wen to the store but by mistake they had the Nat Mur reserved for me. That guy in the store told me that he misunderstood me. But they also dont have Nat Sulph, He said he can order it and get it for me.
Anyways, I should get what I have ordered soon.
Coming to the details :
- There was some PUS formed and the fistula opening was little hard.
- I had the pain the whole day until I get home as the PUS didn't drain and I had to press on side and its drained. PUS was 3 - 4 drops and it was light yellow in color and little thick. After that 2 drops of blood also drained.
- pain and discomfort reduced much after its opened up and drained.
- Also, there is a little limp in the Fissure area. I could feel some little mass inside. As earlier I am hoping some blood will drain. I shall update you on the same when it drains.
- Can I continue taking Rathania for pain ? Please let me know.Also what other medicine for today and tomorrow morning. Please let me know.

Let's do this, based upon the info. in your latest post, please take the following.
1. Myristica Seb. 200C, one dose tonight and for the next 2 nights before going to bed. This will be for 3 days.
2. Hypericum 200C, one dose daily, at least 45 minutes after breakfast, for 3 days.
3. Silicea 6X, 4 pellets under your tongue, one dose around 3:00PM and one dose around 7:00PM, for 3 days.
NO other remedies for the next 3 days.
Please continue the wash with Calendula after BM.
Also, please answer the Q's in my previous post.

An update for you! Thanks for the post about taking Ars Alb 30c three times a day for 2 days. I took the remedy for the past two days.
I am still taking silicea 6c and Calendula 30c three times a day also.
The fistula is still not discharging so I am still using the needle. The pus is yellow as usual but getting thicker - which I am hoping is a good sign! It is still quite profuse but normally when I am very tired (as I am now with the right foot etc) the fistula goes mad and is profusely filling up but that doesn't seem to be happening as much at present so another good sign! It is still a hard grissly lump though but I have every intention that this will reduce.
I was at Accident&Emergency last night with my right foot as it was getting worse and worse. I have bursitis in one of the sacs at the side of my heel so they gave me a steroid injection into the sac to reduce the inflammation and a crutch to reduce the weight on it. I see them again on friday. I am now taking ibuprofen (antiinflammatories) to help reduce the swelling. I know some homeopaths feel that allopathic medicines will interfere with homeopathy but I am still taking the homeopathic remedies too!
I am still very tired but I think the steroid injection is really helping.
I am going to order some more Calendula 30c online as running out and can't but that over the counter here. If there is anything else you think I should get please do let me know.

After taking those remedy pain has been gone down and pus discharged .
Pain has been reduced from left side of top .
Present Condition

On daily basis, please take
Aesculus Hippocastanum Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening. This is for your piles.
For constipation, if needed, you may take as usual

- I am having 8 hours of sleep in fact. ut even after that I am feeling sleepy most of the days. Not sure why.
- External impact, I was little down with some personal things for the past 3 days. But I think I am OK now.
- Food, I had chicken last week and it was little spicy than usual. I normally avoid and very conscious.
_ I am still out of liquor, coffee etc. Please let me know if I need to avoid anything else as well.
- Other than that, I am not able to think anything else.

Good Afternoon Nawaz...
Hi.....just to update you on the black fleck issue. I've been taking the ferrum phos as prescribed since Monday. I've also ordered the Aloe Socotrina 200C and are awaiting it's arrival. The flecks have been prior to today very teeny almost like smaller than a grain of sand on the TP when I wipe. It is not seen in the stool. Today, however, I notice larger deposits on the folds of the hemorrhoids after wiping. Sorry for TMI, but when then small clusters (there were two of them) were broken up, they were the color of normal stool again with a few black flecks again in them. Almost like its debris from the colon walls. I am hoping the Aloe will resolve things in the near future.
I am wondering if this happens to others that have had an issue with abcesses and fistulas or am I the only person you've heard of with this issue? I've researched it on the net and there are many others that have had this same old problem and generally can't find why they have it. It is odd that I never had this problem until I accidentally cut myself last December and unfortunately an abcess and fistula arose from it.

Thank you for your lovely reply and concern! I don't know Hindi unfortunately (aside from ordering tea with no sugar!) so could not translate what you said. I tried an onliner translator but nothing happened! Maybe you could give me a rough translation into english if it does translate?
My foot is getting better - going gently with it and seeing the guy at Emergency again tomorrow for a check up. But feel rest and gentle exercise shortly will help.
I will continue with the calendula 30c and silicea 6c three times a day. As I mentioned yesterday the fistula is still 'productive' but I think the discharge is getting thicker - I am still using the needle - but it is a lot more comfortable when sitting etc and no pain at all except a little pain/inflammation on the left side of the fistula opening when I have to massage the area (gently!) to remove the dicharge. I think it is a persistent abscess now rather than a fistula so all going in the right direction of healing!
I'll update you in the next day or so and see if you think I need to take any other remedy or make changes. If there is anything you feel may be helpful homeopathically for healing the heel faster (aside from giving me a dose of patience!) please do let me know.

First of all, we have to get rid of your pain, that is certainly not a good thing. I suggested yesterday for pain, please take Hypericum 200C, 2 times a day, 4 pellets under your tongue, for 3 days. Please buy the remedy today and start taking ASAP.
Then, please take a dose of Myristica Seb. 200C at night before going to bed at least 45 minutes after dinner.

Hi Nawaz....
Thank you for your fast reply once again to my inquiry. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the aloe and can't wait to start taking it.
Currently, I am very anxious and nervous about this situation and am fixating about it. Earlier today, when I had a BM, I inspected the stool and saw two red pieces in it. Upon inspection, the small pieces were thin as tissue paper and were red in color with black on the edge of the material. They were able to be taken out of the stool without it breaking up. I have eaten tomatoes and roasted peppers within the last few days, so I don't know if this is what it is or if it is a product of blood. The two small samples were 2 mm X 3mm in size. Now, I feel like I'm obsessing and I don't want to obsess.
It seems like once I corrected the fistula problem, this problem popped up. I am really disgusted and feel hopeless. On a brighter note, my hemorrhoids have retreated and are not popping out anymore. Now the area looks normal and the purple/blue pearly grape-like hemorrhoids have gone away at the moment. I do not have any pain or discomfort in this area. The only thing I am suffering from is extreme stress and anxiousness which I don't know if it's aggravating my situation.
Sorry for once again my rambling but I am just so nervous that this problem will not go away. I don't know which problem I would rather have had....the fistula or this black fleck issue.
