Just an update on my progress:

Been taking daily morning Hyp 200 and today will do my weekly evening Staph, eating lots of fibre and drinking lots of water.

Over the last week mainly pain free:)
I have had some pinching nerve feeling or dull ache in the scar area and there is still the scar lump.

This is always more noticeable when i have been sitting for a while or driving.

Shall i continue with my remedies?
Is there anything else i can take or cream i can use to to reduce the size of the scar tissue lump.

How big is the scar lump? When you press hard on it, does it hurt?

Hi Nawaz

Its two lumps really, a very small one (size i guess 0.5 cm) to one side of the main scar close to the side of my rectum, this one does not hurt sometimes feels tender, and is the area that sometimes gets irritated after a BM, its the area my surgeon tracked the fistula up to i think... as I seem to remember my wound branched off in this direction

the other one is the main scar entrance (healed) size 1.5 cm and no this doesn't hurt either but tender if i have been sitting alot I can feel scar tissue underneath this leading to the other small lump.

Both these always feel least noticable when i first get up in the morning- obviously they have not had a night of any sitting.

Shall I continue with the Hyp mornings and weekly Staph?

How long have you been taking Nitric Acid 1M? When did you take your last dose?

Please refer to my posting on 2011-04-17.

I have been trying your Joepathy medication since the beginning of June 2011 as follows...

Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood in the body which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.

Do not use toilet paper after a BM. Use a Hand Spray device instead available at Wal Mart which is a DIY fitting.
No Alcohol, Red meat, Coffee and Sausages, Ham and Bacon as they are loaded with Saltpeter. No canned beverages like Coke. Do not eat hot (Chillie hot) food if you live in India.
Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily and exercise moderately

I feel better for a week and the wound seems to be closing but then opens up again becomes bigger and red for last three months. The cycle is continuing.

i have been using nitric acid from last 20 days only.i take every day morning 5 drops

i feel my stool some times sticky.

blood drops falls at the time of passing the stool.

i have some color less liquid with some bad smell but this is not every day.

today i feel burning sensation
from afternoon.
the feel at anus is same as that of the skin around a wound.
i am not getting interest at my work place also.i am feeling some what irritated by evening.
please suggest

i am thinking when ever i get the time 'how to cure this problem'

Dear Venki12345, Please stop Nitric Acid immediately. No remedies for the next 5 days. Homoeopathy does not work this way. The remedies have serious side effects as these are very powerful.

I'll suggest a remedy soon inshallah.

Been continuing with Hyp mornings and weekly staph.

Been mostly pain free, a bit of pinching again the last few days, on and off noticably if I take the Hyp later on. Always feel better the day after taking staph.

Shall I continue with the remedies.

hi Nawaz,
as per ur instructions i stopped all the medicines including nitric acid.

this is my second day.and i do not have any burning sensation yesterday.
but today i feel some time burning sensation and pain also along with a bit of pinching at the right side and back part of anus after passing the stool.
after stopping medicines i observed that the color of the stool changed from dark brown to yellow.

blood drops continued at the time of passing the stool.

need to put some pressure while passing stool.

Skin becoming more tight around the anus.

please suggest any medicine that i need to start

you have mentioned in the reply serious side effects.please tell what will be the side effects.so that i can give more information to you.

Please start taking Berberis Vulgaris Q after 3 days.

Also, please get Hypericum 200C, Sulphur 200C and Natrum Sulph 6X.

Side effects may be many on your mental and physical conditions.

I am sorry i could not reply you as i was in a remote area for last three days.

i have started the course to day only.Other medicines also available but they are asking about the quantity.it is available in both liquid as well as tablets.

From last two days i am suffering from severe pain.
I did not even get sleep in the last night.

There is also burning sensation.
I am not able to sit even for hour in a chair.
from two days i am thinking on this only
please suggest.

I did not change my diet also.

Today after BM though i have been suffering alot this morning, it feels very itchy again and pinching and there is a bit of swelling.

That then makes me worry that is is coming back


I have been taking hyp 200c mornings and staph every 3rd day

No constipation, but irritation all day after having a BM this morning.

Pinching, nerve feeling and the small lump still there feels sensitive after touching it, can feel it when sitting down, which i haven't normally noticed in a while. Heat pad is a comfort

Mentally: Feel scared it might be coming back, so been worrying.

I didn't take the staph 200c dose last night as I went to be before i checked my mail.

Have taken Hyp 200 c this morning, still pinching after BM.
