Dear Nawaaz,

The whole day today there was no itching. But around 6 PM there was severe itching just on the Fistula and followed by that oozing happened. When I got home, and saw the oozing, a drop or 2 PUS in slight brown color drained. No itching after that though there is still slight swelling persist.

I took only Paeonia 3 times today.

Please let me know what is my next medicine for tomorrow onwards ?

It appears that the blood is trying to flow in the itching area, but, still pus is forming that has to be drained ASAP.

Let's give the current remedies some more time to work.

You need to take Paeonia 3 times tomorrow just like you did today. Then, we will talk tomorrow and go from there.

Don't worry I will adapt your food suggestions so I enjoy the food if I do not like anything!

I will continue the remedies I listed in my last post (and yes it was a typo - my mistake, I meant Nat Sulph 6x not 6c!). When the Myr Seb and Sulphur arrive I will take today as you prescribed and then let you know progress.

In answer to your last question, I take 5 tablets of Nat Phos 6x in a little water as you suggested after each meal - so three times a day.

What time are you expecting your order delivered today? Let's see it is almost 1:00PM your time, it might not work today, because we must give 8 hours gap after Sulphur dose.

Dear Nawaaz,

I did not have a good morning today. Well I woke up little late and , I did not have the urge for BM today but still I started as I had to get ready to go to work.

I ended up spending almost 10 mins in BM, though it was not constipated I had to spend more time than usual. So, at the end I had the itching after BM and oozing as earlier. Also, I had the slight pain and discomfort in the rectum after BM (mostly from inside)and went away after an hour almost.

The difference in the food was, I was eating Papaya Fruit for the past 4 days and didn't have it yesterday. Not sure whether it could be it ? Nothing else I could think of. Apart from I was little tensed up and upset last night and I was up until 12.15 Am which was not normal.

I had my morning dose of Paeonia and will have 2 more doses as you suggested for today.

Please let me know if I need to add anything else.

Dear Nawaaz,

To add to my above post, I also noticed that at the end of my anus, (if you remember I had mentioned about the Fissure I used to have and got cured when I took medicine from Joe.) in the same place, a small oozing is getting up. It used to be like this and it also drains from there in a day or 2.

Recently whenever the oozing comes up in that area ( Fissure), only blood drain from there. The oozing appeared now also. Its very small in size and It is paining a little and it will be until blood drains from there.

Also in my observation (not sure correct), whenever the Fistula opening is trying to seal up, or not oozing, this Fissure area will ooze and pain, and it will drain.

It happened like this in past as well. Why is is like this ?

Just wanted to fill you in that I only just received the ferrum phos from my local health food store. Unfortunately, it took a few days for the order to come in. I'm going to start taking the Ferrum Phos tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to having this black fleck issue be a thing of the past. I am going to try to think positive that I will be healed of this issue. I thank God everyday that my abcess/fistula was healed in less than 6 months. I am hoping that since I was healed of that problem, this will also be healed quickly. I have a question for you. I am taking some vitamins, E, C, and evening primrose. Can I still take these when I'm taking the ferrum phos? Don't want to cancel out the effect of the cell salt with any vitamins. What should I avoid eating and drinking? I am currently trying to stay clear of gluten and lactose. I know I am lactose intolerant which brings on IBS and I think I'm also allergic to gluten. Thanks so much for your time.

EPO may interfere with homeopathic remedies. In my opinion, don't take any vitamins etc. at the moment. Please give the remedy to perform its functions.

But, again, for the third time, I am alarming you to respect your pilesproblem that might create serious issues. What are you really taking for piles now?

The data you provided in your prior posts points to only one remedy that may cure your piles, constipation and other bile issues. You must consider and carefully look into the following remedy.

Aloe Socotrina 200C, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 2 times a day, for 1 week initially.

I will abstain from taking any vitamins while I am taking the cell salt, Ferrum Phos.

Currently, I am not taking anything for my hemorrhoids. They are not irritating me at the moment. Currently the blue/purple pearly color is not visible. I have slight puffiness on left hand side where the pile is. I agree, I also want to nip that in the bud too. I do not want a fissure or a recurrence of a fistula again!!! I'm going start Ferrum Phos tomorrow morning like you said for three days. I was very happy that I did not have any black specks today (fingers crossed). Why are you concerned about my hemorrhoids. My parents suffer with them also from time to time and I'm the spitting image of my dad. Are you afraid of a fistula recurrence? I rarely have any pain with them. I had an awful birth and terrible episiotomy which I attribute all my anal issues to.

I am trim and in good shape for my age of 44. What I do have is a lot of stress in my life. I am always anxious and am very uptight. Since being on Joe's protocol, my fistula went away, but other problems popped up. I have a slightly enlarged lymph node on my neck which was checked out by a doctor and was told that I'm okay and my breasts have become lumpier. Plus the black speck issue which drove me crazy. I think that his protocol fixed one thing and caused other issues to pop up.

I am a health nut and take care of myself. When I get sick with an illness, I'm the first to get it and get it hard. But, I am only sick for a day or two with it. I do not linger with any illness. I am longing to feel like my old self again.

- Oozing was small in size.

Dear Nawaaz,

Here is my update for today :

- The usual SEVERE itching came up after an hour of BM and lasted for a minute.

- Followed by that a liquid like discharge drained in a drop or 2.

- Evenings there was slight itching. Also some PUS in white color drained in few drops by itself.

- A slight pain is just there most of the day. ITs more of a discomfort.

- Mindset, today was little down due to some issues at family also. Not so bad.

Please let me know if you need more information. Also, what medicine should I take tomorrow.

Update from my side is - fistula (pus and blood drainage) seems fine but I am having heavy itching over my upper body.

I am taking Urtica Urens 30C (3 times a day) for past 2 days. This medicine seems to help a bit. By evenings, I get itch attack (is it 'pitt' ?) on my face, neck, chest, shoulder etc. Putting cream does cool down itch and help a lot.

Currently I am taking Urtica Urens 30C (3 times), Nat Sulph 6X (3 times) and Berberis Vulgaris Q (1 dose) daily (have not taken Merc Sol 200C for past 3-4 days now).

I have avoided taking benedryl or any other anti-histamine medicine so far.

Please advise if I need to change medicine or dosage. This itch seem to have overtaken fistula suffering for now.

Color of the Liquid was kind of water . colorless.

- Pain was slight.

- No Blood at all today

- No change in symptoms except later in the day, i felt little relaxed.
