I am taking Ferr phos 200c, Calendula 200c and Hypericum 200cfrom last 3 days, fistula is ok now but itching is still there. Fistula is red as blood is clotted on it.As per ur instruction i will continue for 2 more days.

Apologies for late reply. I am taking my regular food of roti/chapati with veg curries. I am avoiding all foods which will cause pus. I am going through lot of stress at work and unfortunately it is unavoidable, we have some deliverable to meat and going through lot of pressure to achieve it.

Today the fistula track is opened again and lot of pus and red thick blood came outside. The pus color is yellowish. Pain is little bit there but able to bear it.

I don't know why that pus is building again in that part. This week I took only soft food. I didn't took any spicy foods. But the pus is building :( But comparing to last week, this week the pus less than on that day.

BW is soft now comparing to last two days.

Please suggest me next course of action.

I was not taking any remedy in last 1 week, The only medicine I took 1 week back is scelicia 1M. I will take Kali Phos 30C as suggested and update you the status. The current symptoms are a very little pus coming from the anus and the bubble. a little burning sensation while passing stools. and I have some pain around the anus.

Hi, I'm a 25 year old male from Ireland. Developed peri anal abscess 18 months ago. Had first and second op 13 and 9 months ago respectively. They said there was no fistula so just drained it and no need for packing. Was still in pain so I went for second opinion and told me there was a fistula. Had it opened, drained and a fistula put in three weeks ago. Became infected almost straight away with lots of oozing and pain. Still not gone do I may have to go into hospital to get antibiotics intravenously. Surgeon has already told me I'm gonna need follow up surgery in two months but after looking through this thread I don't feel that is going to cure me.
Any advice welcome. Can anyone advise a possible treatment to help get rid of this for good? At the moment there is pain, slight smell from ooze and small bit of blood. I know I will have to go to hospital to get rid of infection if it is still infected but can anyone please help me get rid of this problem for good. I've read about arnica and stuff but not sure what else to take.

I meant to say they put a seton stitch in during third operation, not a fistula!!

Had 2 external hemroids and took aloe to reduce them and after 1 week it did. The pain is/was very high, burning like a fresh cut to the rectum. Sitting or standing depending on the day makes it very slightly better, but really just changing positions is all it does. I went to gastro doctor and he said it was a bad fissure, gave me nitro cream and 'rockets' for pain. NEITHER work at all. If I have a bowel movement it may or may not hurt a lot, but after 30mins it starts to burn. No medicine I have taken has any effect on it. If I have a BM at 7am then by 5pm I am usually feeling very little pain. I wake up with ZERO pain, but its a daily cycle that repeats at every BM, and if I have 2 BM in one day, then the whole day is shot. I can't sit or stand for very long, nothing seems to help.

Dear Nawaz,

Current situation is far better than previous days. Yesterday and day before yesterday I saw watery type of pus came from fistula track. Yesterday afternoon on words there is no pus. Its closed again I think. But there is no pain a lot today and very very little itching few times. But its no need considerable I think.

The area of fistula,it looks hard surrounding area. The bubble is size decreased a lot. Now its looks like pearl size. No swelling that much too.

So please suggest my next course of action.
