I am 47 year old female, married from caucasian background. I have three chronic anal fistula (5 years duration)and an anal fissure - all connected to inflamatory bowel disease. Surgery hasn't worked but I recently discovered some literature which suggests that higher doses of Nitric Acid can heal or improve long standing fistulae/fissures. I have tried 30C but there wasnt any noticeable improvement. Any suggestions?

I saw your post on the home page of this forum and requested you to post on this thread which you have done but I did not get the usual email alert so far.

I shall note below the therapy that has helped many patients as you can read on the 40 pages of this thread.

Joepathy therapy for treatment of Anal Problems:

Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.

I note that you have read about using Nitric Acid for your problem but I do not have any experience in its use and those who have done so have confirmed that it has not helped them in the manner that my therapy has done.

I consulted a homeopathic doctor about my abscess/fistula problem and he suggested me the following. I am on the 'joepathy' treatment since last sunday. I would like to know whether the course prescribed by this doctor can be tried out?

Acid Nit 200, 5 globules x twice daily
Silicea 200, 5 globules x twice daily
Gun Powder 3x, 2 tabs x twice daily
other than this he also suggested a phenolphthalein based laxative

Can the above treatment be considered viable?

having hemmoroids since 6 years... had a problem only oncea month previously, but for the last 4 months it has been constant, previously i was having bleeding with pain and disconfort, now it is bleeding.

have tried sulfur 200 and nux 200, no relief then had sulfur 1000 once 15days and then alos no relief.

was having allopathic, and laxative for 3 months now and the bleeding is still there.

My default remedy for Hemorrhoids is Hamamelis 200 in the Wet dose taken twice daily as per the instructions below. It has helped many like you who have used various drugs and the Homeopathic remedies listed which are usually prescribed by classical homeopaths who only treat the 'totality of the symptoms' presented by the patient.

My Joepathy treats the ailment directly and usually cures it, sometimes overnight.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

If you are constipated you can also add Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets after each of 2 meals.
Drink plenty of water and stop all Alcohol, Coffee, Chillie hot food and all red meat including sausages, ham and bacon.

You can also add Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

It is understood that you will not use any other drugs or remedies when using my therapy.

Though there is pus formation..i remove it, hence there is no pain. Only when there is pus there is pain. I had read somewhere in the earlier posts, to use neosprin ointment after BM.

Glad to learn that your problem is being resolved slowly but surely.

I hope that you are following my Joepathy protocol to the letter as there is salvation from this ailment from which many thousands suffer in silence and when they cannot do so, they resort to surgery and more surgery which is never ending as surgery is not the answer and does not offer a cure.

I can see that you have NOT followed my protocol as you have not used the Antibiotic Ointment so far.

This is perhaps the reason why your lesion is not healing on schedule and you are urged to get the Neosporin and use is as instructed.

You have unnecessarily delayed your cure and I hope that even at this late stage, you use it.

So glad I found this forum as I am reluctantly scheduled for surgery in a few weeks for a fistula which has been diagnosed by 2 colorectal surgeons. I started with an abscess back in Oct. which now is an anterior fistula. I am a 45 year old woman who also has a cardiac history which is an arrhythmia of PVCs (up to 20,000 per day). I tend to be sensitive to many medications therefore I avoid taking almost anything except tylenol for pain. My fistula acts up evry morning about 1/2 hour after BM where it seems to fill up with fluid and pus, the surrounding area swells and then usually drains and then I tend to fee better until the next day when the cycle repeats. I feel better lying down, but who can lie down all day!! I find your remedy exciting and interesting, and it is making me hopeful that I may be able to cancel or at least postpone surgery. In the meantime I am experiencing pain and soreness in the perianal region where the opening of the fistula is. Please advise me on your remedy and if you feel it is safe for me with my arrhythmia. Please let me know of any other side effects I should look for and your success rate in regard to fistula cure. Also, I take 400-600 mg. of magnesium every night for constipation which I will continue for life, will this interfere? Lastly, can the remedy cause constipation? I hope not! I note that you have read a few of the posts on this thread. I would suggest however that you read all the 41 pages on it to understand the problems associated with the treatment of a Fistula. You will find that the majority of patients have been cured but this is not a quick cure process as it is up to the patient to follow precisely the therapy that I have pioneered throughout the years even though I have not experienced the pain and discomfort of any anal ailment personally. It is through a process of experimentation that I have fine tuned the protocol for the therapy and I hope that you too can benefit from my 'Joepathy' .

Please note that surgery has never been an answer for anal ailments as every surgical episode invariably leads to another and another and it is the patient who will suffer severe distress without ever being cured.

Answering your many questions:

My therapy will not affect your arrhythmia. The Arnica prescribed will also help with your cardiac problems and you should soon experience some positive difference in your palpitations.

You will not need any pain medication as my therapy will eliminate the pain without causing any internal damage or distress. As I see it you probably experience pain after every bowel movement (BM) and the Polyfax will eliminate the burning sensation which is due to the bacteria reinfecting the internal lesion which in turn causes pain and the pus discharge.

You will not need the large dose of Magnesium you are using as the Nat Phos 6x prescribed will replace it and also help with the cure.

Thank you so much for the quick reply! I spoke to my local health food store and they do have Arnica 30c is it okay to put the 3 pellets in the water and shake...what exactly is the 5ml Ethanol pack? Is that available in the U.S.?? If not, where should I order it? Also, they only have silica 6c dose..is this okay to start with as I want to start right away! What exactly is the difference between 6x and 6c? I also need to do some searching for the other 2 remedies (nat phos and Ferr phos) are these both imperative as I see in your earlier posts they were not.I really would prefer to stick with my magnesium as it helps with other things as well and has worked wonders for me, my stool is quite soft with this so is it okay for me to just take this instead of the nat phos? As soon as I hear back from you, i will be off to get my new 'cure'!!

I have given you precise instructions to follow in my prescription which has been used by many hundreds of patients who suffer from Anal ailments. If you wish to be cured of your problem as many have been and have confirmed their cure on this thread, you must follow the protocol specified.

Silicea 6c is not the equivalent of Silicea 6x and you must use the 6x tablets.

You again question me about the Nat Phos and the Ferr phos. If you wish to be cured you must follow instructions precisely.

The Nat Phos 6x will replace the Magnesium which you are not expected to take on a daily basis. The Nat Phos 6x however is absolutely safe in use daily.

Please remember that the only alternative to my therapy is surgery which as you may have read on this thread is never ending.

I have been following your prescription since the last week and here is my progress report -

Initially the scar was swollen reddish and pus used to come out continuously although in small amounts. There was also a bit of pain. As I continued with your therapy the amount of pus coming out slowly reduced and as of today there is no pus formation at all. Also the swelling of the scar has subsided greatly and also the redness has reduced. I do not have any pain now though it hasn't gone completely. I am still continuing with all your medications including application on antibiotic ointment after each bowel movement. I have also been avoiding spicy food and meat. I have been having normal bowel movements as well.

How long do I have to continue using your medication? Should I continue till it heals completely (redness disappears) or should I continue for longer than that.

You may not know this. I am 81 years of age and Homeopathy to me is only a Hobby and a Passion. I do not follow the strict norms of classical homeopathy where the classically qualified homeopath will only treat the 'totality of the symptoms' presented by the patient and NOT the disease directly as I have done in so many thousands of cases, the large majority of which have had a successful resolution.

It is the sheer joy that I derive from helping cases such as yours that keep me active with my Joepathy into my advanced years, much to the chagrin of the classical homeopaths who would never have dared to use the therapy I prescribed simply because it is not found in their text books. They would have prescribed the classically accepted remedy Nitric Acid which in all probability would have made your problem even worse.

The time here in Colombo is almost midnight and I shall sleep very soundly tonight, happy in the knowledge that my therapy has cured you in just a week. This is an all time record as anorectal problems can sometimes take up to a year to be resolved.

I am trying to order all of your remedies. I went on the Washington Homeopathic Products website as you instructed. I am a little confuse so please clarify as I want to be sure I order the correct remedies.
1. Is Arnica Montana 30c liquid dilution plus alcohol 87% correct?

2. The Silicea tablets only come in doses ranging from 11x-200c. They do not have 6x listed as an option.

3. Is 'Nat Phos' Natrum Phosphoricum? This they do carry in a 6x dose.

4. Is 'Ferr Phos' Ferrum Phosphoicum? Again, I do not see a 6x dose. The dose of this ranges from 9x-30x.

I want to be sure to have the correct formulas to get the most out of your treatment. Please let me know what you think, and if I should order it anywhere else.Thanks so much

It is strange that WHP do not stock the remedies in the potencies I prescribed. However there are many other brands of Homeopathic remedies and you will have to search for them either in they city you live or on the web to obtain them.

Thanks for asking.I am really doing fine.The pus is going down not zero yet though.I noticed one thing this time.I think the bad lesion is being replaced by new tisues.I saw also some shrinkage of the lesion,which was not there in my first trial.Most of all have no pain at all.
By the way I am thinking of using Hamamelis 200 in wet dose along with my Fistula prescrption, to cure my hemorrheids.Please let me know what you think.

I do not remember your mentioning your Hemorrhoids before and this can alter the etiology of your ailment and the therapy will I feel be more positive to help in your eventual cure.

As I see it, the root cause may have been your Hemorrhoid which was being constantly infected with each passing BM and the resultant pus and other problems followed.

You have identified the correct remedy Hamamelis 200 in the Wet dose and you are cleared to use it with your standard medication twice daily.

You must leave at least half hour between the many remedies that yo are now using.

Report your response to the Hamamelis in 2 days after you start the therapy.

Hamamelis Virginica is the full title of this remedy.

You should order the Liquid Dilution in 87% Alcohol and as usual you will use only 3 drops in the 500ml water in the same manner that you used for the Arnica.

I have observed that the swelling has increased again and also the redness. There is no pain though. The way it has swelled it seems that pus is developing again. Is there any reason to be worried? I am continuing the usage of the medications.
