Dear Joe,
I have been taking the Myristica Seb 30c wet dose twice daily as you suggested. I started it four days ago after stopping the silicea 6x but continuing the rest of the Joepathy as you suggested. You suggested I try the Myristica Seb as I had great trrouble rejoving the infection. However after three days of taking the Myr Seb the infection weas still remainig inside so I had to discharge the infetion last night using a needle again - with great difficulty and effort. After about an hour of maunally discharihng the infection turned to blood and bled slightly during the night - again having to empty it this mnornig and now it seems to be clear of infection but very sore and inflamed. Should I increase the dosage of Myr Seb to three time a day or reduce? Many thanks again.
I also noted your reply to Shaith and Raj with regard to using Dr Mumtaz's therapy. I am based in the UK and not heard before of the Q potency. (He mentions calendula 'off Q' also). My best wishes, Chispas

I am beginning to suspect that the pus you are draining constantly may be due to there being a focus of infection inside which is not being addressed by the therapy you are using today. Increasing the dosage and frequency of the Myristica will not help. Nor will the advice I have given to the 2 patients help you.
You are advised to take a smear of your pus for culture and an ABST (antibiotic sensitivity test) and you will take the AB to which the bacteria is most sensitive to.
You may have to get the OK from your doctor to do this test as you live in the UK.

Dear Joe,
Thank you for the fast reply! I had a pus smear test done about a month ago at my doctor's and the results came back as normal, i.e. the usual bacteria found in the rectal region so no antibiotics were prescribed. Shall I continue on with the Myr Seb 30c and Joepathy and see what happens? Thank you. Chispas

Suggest you do another as I feel that there is some bacteria that is responsible for your non ending flow of Pus. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

As you may be aware by now, a Fistula is one of the most elusive ailments that anyone can have. It is very difficult to be treated and those that are cured can consider themselves fortunate. Surgery is not an option and is invariably not successful and many patients have suffered up to 6 experimental surgeries which never seem to end. It must be remembered that surgery involves anesthesia and this is not recommended other than on a SOS basis.
The therapy that I have prescribed has helped many patients and I cannot understand the reason why you are not responding.
I note that you are following my therapy precisely as prescribed but the problem I have is that your statement " But still my problem is prolonging." does not give me sufficient information to advise you further.
Please try to describe your present condition precisely to enable me to advise you further.

Hi Joe,
I am writing this email with a very big hope that you can assist me with my problem. To start with , I found your email address and posts from ABC and homeopathy and more.I do not know how to contact you directly on that page but found a way to write here.
I have read all 46 pages since yesterday on ABC regarding Anal fistula treatment and found out about your joepathy treatment. I believe in homeopahty.
My condition is as below:
I am male 33 married living in Ireland. I have had 3 small opening of fistula track as explained by my doctor. They are about 8 or 10 years old. Every morning after stool passing, for 6 hours i have very bad pain....my doctors did a surgery and took out one of sinus...that has healed up and doctor wants to do another surgery....to take out second and then third...Doctors said after doing MRI that there are three tracks inside and they can't go deep so surgery is not 100% cure...they dont know what they talk about...I am in pain and loosing will to live....I read a lot of posts infect all and know about your treatment.
As we have been in touch via my email address under my user name...I have ordered the homeopathic medicine online and they are on the way...but Polyfax can't be bought without prescription here...what should I do any other alternative??? please let me know
| re: anal fistula- fissure | From Joe De Livera [Log on to view profile] | on 2010-06-30 |
To Fort James
Glad to note that you have already ordered the remedies that I have prescribed on this Thread for Fistulas instead of waiting for me to repeat the therapy which I believe I have done over 25 times over.
Please remember that my Joepathy for Fistula, Fissure and Abscess is not a quick fix as your problem is a difficult one to cure. It has helped the large majority of patients as you can read on this thread and I hope that you too will be one. Do not lose hope as although it will take some time to cure you can expect to be relieved of the majority of your symptoms within a week, hopefully.
Answering your question about Polyfax, you can get a prescription from your GP. If he refuses you can ask the chemist for the nearest equivalent.
Report your progress from time to time after you start my therapy. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

Dear Fort James,
I read your note to Joe with interest. I am based in the UK and had the same problems getting hold of AB cream. If you email me directly I can tell you how I got hold of some. My email is katesparks at hotmail dot com.
Joepathy is certainly worth a shot - it is helping me!

One of my patients on this thread informed me that Neosporin was sold OTC in the UK and US.
This antibiotic ointment is also as effective as Polyfax and it helped them to overcome their problem.

Hi Joe,
I am starting the joepathy from today.
Wish me Good Luck! | | |
| re: anal fistula- fissure | From Joe De Livera [Log on to view profile] | on 2010-07-04 |
I do hope that you too can be counted among those who have been cured.
Please remember that this therapy I have formulated aka "Joepathy" is not an instant fix. You will have to be patient and follow the therapy as prescribed precisely and you can always ask for any assistance if you do need it as you go along hopefully towards a cure.
| re: anal fistula- fissure | From sandyriver [Log on to view profile] | on 2010-07-04 |
Hello Joe,
This is sandy whom you hd prescribed some medicines for vaginal tear in page 45 or 46 [not sure].
I am taking the Arnica and the Fer. Phos medcines regularly. However the Neosporin ointment couldnot be applied as it is not OTA. I will be going to the doc tomorrow and will get the prescription.
Wanted you to know that I feel better now. No pus [thank GOD] so far. I am able to touch the area for wiping now. I still have light sore sensation in the outer vaginal lip which actually got worse a day or 2 before I got my periods. It felt like I had been cut in the outer lip at several areas. After I was done my periods, the soreness subsided and I have it only lightly now.
As I am going to the docotr tomorrow I will be asking her to do a full blood analysis. Anything specific I have to ask her to do apart from checking my hormone levels and for Diabetes?
Should I continue the Arnica and Fer. Phos or stop it for a while?
Thanks for the advice. | | |
| re: anal fistula- fissure | From Joe De Livera [Log on to view profile] | on 2010-07-04 |
Glad to note that you have recovered from your problem after some weeks but if you had used the AB Ointment you would have been cured by now.
I note that you wipe the area but this is not recommended as the dry toilet paper can cause further abrasion of the sensitive tissue. Suggest you use a wet wipe always by dampening the paper.
Since you are doing a Blood test, you can ask for a full Lipid Profile to have as a record of your Cholesterol and Triglycerides and Diabetes, all which can be carried out in one test.
You can continue to use the Arnica and Ferr Phos but not the SIlicea if this was prescribed. You can also stop the Ferr Phos as it only enhances the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood.

Dear Joe,
Since I last wrote about having a pus smear test done I have recetnly got the results from this and again no abnormal bacteria was found and so no antibiotics prescribed. However the infection has calmed down considerably, only having to be discharged twice a day now - still manually unfortunately but a lot easier than before. I have also received some MRI scan results - taken 3 weeks ago -and they report that it seems to be a persistent abscess and not a fistula. I am hoping this is correct but can still feel the inflammation of the fistula tract a lot of the time. I am ucnaam currently taking currently taking the wet dose arnica 30c three times a day and Myristica Seb 30c wet dose twice a day plus the ferr phos. Should I continue with these dosages or make any changes. Many thanks. I really appreciate your advice. Chispas |
