Just want to give you quick update, No pain, pus or blood discharge today. swelling also reducing.
but from the afternoon acidity problem is started, its not high, but feeling burning in throat, chest and stomach. I did not took any medicines for this. Taking a lot of water from the afternoon to control this.
I had poori (made with weat floor fried in oil) with onion curry, roti with toor dal in lunch.
I will let you know the if bleeding stops.

Dear Mr. Nawaz,
Hello, hru?!
I have taken psorinum 200C 45 mins after breakfast.
No constipation / scratiching / bleeding of any sort.
Loose and solid BM.
Pus is yellowish light, with little water secretion, it's like traces as in it is not sticky nor bulky anymore. (this was the case in the morning and at noon).
Hope this is a good sign?
If not it's ok.

the curry made of onions, basin (chick pea powder), tomato, littile bit of chilli powder and pinch of garam masala ( powder made of many different spices). I did not take any cool drinks today. I am not at all taking cool drinks actually.
Now a days I am eating any food with very less spice in it. and todays dal which I had have very less chilli powder in it, No other spices was there.

Earlier when I used feel high acidic, then I used to take them which used to give huge relief for couple of hours.

Atleast once or twice in a week I will have this acidity problem, when the acidity comes to me, The burning will all around trought, chest, stomach. I will get burps (Sour and acidic) at such times even If I take water I will not be able to bare it. I will have that kind of sensation for 5 to 6 hours.
At such times Eno fruit salt was the one which used to give me relief.

Yeah, I will get vomits when I have this acidity problem and as I will take hell lot of water because of burning. all the time when I am undergoing acidity problem I will have this watery mouth.

* Current time : Friday 11 AM IST.
currently I am having some acidity effect (Not high)
I have burning sensation in throat I feel like there is some acid in throat I am having burning at throat continuously.
I feel burning in the chest if I take any thing (water, tea, any food.). In the abdomen I am feeling like something moving inside and having a little burning.
And to answer your question :
'How was your sleep last night? ' I had 6 hours undisturbed sleep. no dreams, i had such a sleep that I dont remember what happened in that 6 hours (Usually I will have same kind of sleep. may be because I am working in late night shift and getting tiered)
and the other question : 'Are you able to eat eggs or chicken? ' actually I am a vegitarian so I dont have exact answer for this but the sittuation is I will be able to take spicy food but it will burns a lot in throat and it will make vomit sensation.
I had eno fruit salt long back around 1 month back. when I took eno at that time the burning gone immediately, however the feeling of moving something in abdomen was there for couple of hours.
thats the sittuation about acidity.

Poori in breakfast, roti with dal in lunch, roti with vegitable leaf curry in dinner.
Remedies I took:
3 does BVQ, 1 Dose Callendula 200, 1 dose Hypericum 200, 1 dose ferum phos 200 according to the time you suggested.

It's been a few days since I updated. The last few days, I've had periods where I felt ok, then the area would feel irritated and then drain. It's drained a couple times in the past few days. No blood until this evening - had small amount of blood. Otherwise, I feel good.

There hasn't been pain...more irritating as it swells (blister like) before draining but not painful. No burning. Little itchy. No constipation.
Mentally, I feel good. Better than when this condition first started.
