I have been reading this thread with a great deal of interest.

I am a 40 year old male that developped an abcess (mistaken by doc as a hemmorrhoid) that progressed to a Fisutla-in-ano. A specialist did a Fistulectomy (due to resistance to freezing I do not want to go through that again).

I noticed a 'vein' alongside the cut open tract that was very firm and disappeared into the right cheek. About 3 weeks ago it returned to normal state (soft, not inflated) so I thought everything was great.

Last week what I thought was a pimple on the apex of the right cheek now appears to be another opening - there is a firmer cyst-like lump below it and it slowly oozes a faint yellow/brown discharge. Not a lot, but enough to cause undergarments to stick to it. There is very little discomfort except when I sit for prolonged periods and my weight shifts to it. Sitting is my job :)

I do not want to go through another surgery and reading up on recurrences, I think my choice is sound.

I am looking at natural ways to heal this - I found a reference to a 'ghee and warm milk' solution, then I found this forum.

I am patient and realize this may take time but I truly believe it is the right way.

Could you please provide guidance on what to do?

I have no constipation normally.
You lump near the anus oozing red liquid, some days and not others that fails to stain underwear. The doctor who visited me a sort of introductory needle to see if it was a fistula and since then it hurts more.
I have trouble just in bulk, especially when I cough.

Fistula is small in size and no blood or pus. Lump surrounding the fistula is present. Itching is also there.

Currently my situation looking very good. I didn't have any noticeable problem in the last week days. Regarding Fistula: Last two days on words I see only water type of pus(only two to 3 drops) (no blood or no yellowis pus only watery type of pus)). Size of the fistula track also decreased and swelling also decreased a lot. No pain while BW or sitting on chair.

Last 5 days remedies I used

Hyperium 200 c 5 days 1 dose,
Berberis Vulgaris Q 5 days 3 dose, and
Calendula 200 C 5 days 1 dose.

Can you please suggest me next course of action.
