Thanks a lot . Just want to inform I noticed from last 4 days more pain after BM and immediate pus discharged yellow color not so thick after BM till 7-8 hrs if more than one BM in a day pain will be more . I observed one thing there is a small hard mass left side of external rectum just near to left side hole and pain also . After BM I gave warm water but still pain not reduce .
I think small external opening left side rectum but sure is it external opening of fistula or not but small hard mass is there from last 2 days .

Kindly advice me do i need to add any medicine for Pus reduce after BM and more pain after BM in top left side
and small mass in left side rectum area if i press it is paining ..

Calcarea flour 6X, 4 pellets under your tongue. 3 times a day, for 2 weeks.

Hi Nawaz,
Just wanted to let you know that I rec'd the products you recommended for mom. she started taking them yesterday. You mentioned that other remedies would need to be added after 10 days. Do we need to wait and see if there had been any change or do you know what she will need--so that I can get them ordered so they will be here at the 10 day mark? I've read about Thiosinaminum for adhesions/scar tissue, is that something we will try? There has been no change yet after the two day use. She has stopped her coffee-she's not very happy about that :) She's afraid to come off all her meds, like the antibiotics and hormone patch..are those okay to still use? Dear Nawaz, can you tell me a remedy that can make the fistula to come out through the skin? To make a hole where the pus is collecting. As you know my fistula is under the skin and until now it didn`t go to the surface. I kinda feel where it is... in that place it`s itching. Joe was telling me about a cutting knife medicine that helps to cut open the fistula through the skin but his treatment i didn`t find them here. Respect, Andrei.

I am sure, she is not taking any other medication as it will cancel homeopathic remedies. Please be patient and I request you not to take any other medicine at this time.

Please keep on posting any changing or not changing symptoms that will really help to know her response to these homeopathic remedies.

Thank her for stopping the coffee, I know it is hard, but, it is required. She may take tea.

Let's not worry about the new remedies order etc. as we will have to see her response, then, do it right.

My condition is kinda ok. Pus is coming out on BM. And sometimes during the day i fell it`s coming out. Pain is moderate. I feel itching on my skin above the anus. I spoke with mom..she said the pain might be a bit better. There is still a lot of pain in the high parts of the vagina. Also, she said that she does not think she has ever saw pus coming from her vagina...just stool. She still is very tired..wants to sleep alot. I've not got to spend much time with her the last few days to observe her moods..but on the phone she sounds ok. She told me that her colostomys output has been almost nothing since yesterday..that happens often and most of the time will end up requiring an enema. You can feel the scar tissue around her incision and in the lower parts of her abdomen...will these remedies help soften the scar tissue and maybe loosen her intestines allowing better flow of the stool? She was tested for anemia a few weeks ago and they told her to take iron supplements but the iron makes her feel sick and will constipate her even more. She also mentioned that the stool (coming from the colostomy) looked darker...almost blackish when taking the iron. She's had some b12 injections in the past and she seems to almost immediatly feel better after the injection. She takes liquid b12 and it helps with energy sometimes. I'm sorry but I keep thinking of symptoms/problems of hers that I did not think of before. Again, Thanks for your time and support.

Hi Joe, I have been taking your prescription for past 7 days now. I have seen blood coming out of fistula to lessen but I am still seeing pus come out. I have been having incredible itching and discomfort in the region as well.

Appreciate if you could advise on the next steps in order to control pus and itching.

The greatest son is actually a daughter :) That's funny because I told her that I did not know if you are male or famale even though I refer to you mostly as 'he' when talking with her. Just to clearify..she needs to take a remedy and wait 15 minutes then take another, etc. I bet she's been taking them all at once. I know she had mentioned blood but I'm not sure if it's been some from her colostomy site or her vagina. I think that the only time the color of her stool has been 'off' is when taking the iron. I also think that there is some burning but I don't remember her mentioning itching. I will verify all this with her later today and let you know for sure. Do you just answer questions about this type of problems or all?...I need to get myself, my girls and husband evaluated. You've been so great even though I feel like I'm taking too much of your time. I have consulted a number of physicians and some of them say that I have fistula and some tell me otherwise.

I am pasting here some of my diagnosis :

(1). HOD,Surgeory of a govt Hospital. Considered very good doctor of Fistula but could not treat one of my relatives for same even after 10 operations!! He diaganosed me 3 times. Every time he was adament I have nothing but still my symptoms are like of Fistula . I am pasting his finding and suggestions of hi last diagnosis on 03/01/2009:
Pain Anal / Perianal from 1 year
Pain during defection
Watery discharge while passing motion
No Bleeding
Ext Hoemorroide 9-11 'O Clock
No fissure / fistula

Proctoscopy - GI Haemorroid 7-11 O' clcok

(2). Since I was still having doubt, I consulted another doctor, this time Senior Surgeon of very big private chain in India. Dated 25/05/2009

He suggested MRI pelvis which I did under go. Report summary is 'Opening in the right peri-anal region witha linear hypertense tract extending superiorly on lateral aspect at 9 'O clock position with transphintric extension into the right ischeo-anal fossa, forming a small collection

___ Suggest grade III variety of st. James calcification

Doctor than adviced : Fistula-in-ano. Fistulectomy (Low Level).

Okay, she said that she does not have blood coming thru the colostomy site, but she does have at time some bright red blood coming thru the vagina with the stool. In regards to stool - colostomy stool is brown and looks like a normal color and the stool coming from the vagina is more of an orangeish color (totally different than the colostomy stool) There is burning and some itching but mostly from the stool iriatation in and on the outside of the vagina. The colostomy site also burns and itches from the same problem as her stoma is inverted. Let me know what to do next. Btw, She said that her mood has been very good today. THANKS!
