I am taking the medication as follows -
1. Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken thrice daily
2. Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily
3. Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals
4. Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily
5. Antibiotic Ointment applied in and around the anus by a gloved finger after every BM.

There is no foul smell from the pus that is discharged. It only has a yellowish color to it. I want to know that is this discharge of pus from the anus common to all patients of fistula??
Also please advice future course of action. I am being suggested to undergo a fistulogram to investigate the extent to which the fistula is present. What should I do? Considering that I do not have any pain or any other irritation should I skip the fistulogram and continue with your therapy? Or will a fistulogram aid in finding out how much the fistula has cured??Please advise.

I note that you have followed my protocol precisely and your cure seems to be on track.

One point I would like to clear up is your statement:
'Antibiotic Ointment applied in and around the anus by a gloved finger after every BM. '

Please note that you must insert your gloved finger with the AB Ointment all the way inside and you will gently massage the lesion downwards to expel the pus.

It is possible that the Pus may be due to the SIlicea 6x which you are taking 3 times daily. You may reduce this dosage to twice daily and report if you notice any difference in the output.

I doubt that a Fistulogram can be of help today. As you probably are aware this involves injecting a radio opaque dye into the sinus which is then X'rayed. This procedure is bound to cause further unnecessary damage to the tissue which is being rebuilt inside and it is obvious that you do not wish to make your problem any worse than it is today.

Im looking to try the Joepathy treatment in hope of avoiding any operations. Ive been dealing with this fistula/s for about almost 2 years .. I just knew it would heal on its own but sadly it has not!

I have been dealing with pus and sometimes lots of it and the smell is horrid so its has dwindled my quality of life extremely. I presume that you have read the 43 pages of this Thread as they will give you all the information you required to treat yourself successfully. Please note that my therapy protocol must be followed precisely as it may not help otherwise.

I note that you are taking both Vitamins D and C in the 1000mg tablets. Please note that you are overdosing yourself with the Vit D at this very high dosage and this could be counter productive for you. As you have already read my instructions it it best not to use any other drugs, vitamins or other mineral supplements as quite frankly, I feel that this is just Hype from Big Pharma who depend on fooling the public that unless one uses them in the highest dosages, one cannot survive.

I have proved otherwise very conclusively as at age 81 I do NOT take any pills. I only take Arnica 30c in the Wet dose nightly and can testify to its efficacy in maintaining all body functions at optimum levels.

I presume that you are aware that you cannot 'order' the Wet dose of Arnica 30c as you have to make it yourself according to my instructions.

The Bacitracin ointment you have got is OK. Insert it according to instructions inside your rectum on a gloved finger and massage it downwards from the top.

One final point. Do NOT ever consider surgery as it will only make a bad situation infinitely worse. You must however understand that you will not be cured instantly with Joepathy as you can read from the many cases that have been cured. You can expect to be cured in about 3 months and here is hoping that you will report success in this time frame.

Report progress weekly or more often as necessary.

About the arnica.. I meant the liquid version when i meant wet dose... everyone had pellets but no liquid version.

I eventually found arnica montana 30c labled homeopathic dilution by a company called boiron with 87% alcohol. They had another one but at 20 something percent alcohol but i chose the 87%.

I shall start the therapy soon and will report my progress.

I am a 25 YO female who also has recurrent anal abscesses, i have had two surgeries since feb this year. I am booked in for a third surgery in 8 weeks time to insert fibrin glue (IF there is no infection still there) . Currently I have a seton in place. This seton has beeen there since Feb... I had suregery again on Monday becasue the frist draining seton wasnt open anymore adn the pus was forming quicker than it was draining.

Now I have an open wound about 2cm;s across with the seton looped through to keep it draining.

I am so sick of this and all these suregeries. All under general anaesethics in hospital adn becasue I only want to deal with private Doctors is costing me a fortune! Not to mention recovey times!

A naturpath gave me silica by itself? I have been taking this but who knows if it has helped or not.

What else should I take with the silica? I noticed about your ointment? Can this be purchased from a pharmacist? If I take that name to them could they give me some?

Also is there any foods I should avoid with this abscess?

Any help would be greatly apprecaited I dont want to have another general anaesthic and hospital visit :(

I am concerned to note that a 25 year old girl has been subjected to the trauma that you have so obviously suffered with your anal abscess after 2 surgeries within a few weeks of each other and another programmed shortly.

This form of experimental surgery should be banned by the long suffering public who unfortunately are not aware that there is an alternative form of therapy aka Joepathy which usually helps the patient in under a week and leads to a cure in a month or so. Answering your questions:

You will STOP all other drugs and other remedies you may be using today.

Any good antibiotic ointment like Neosporin, Bacitracin can be used if you cannot get Polyfax. This must be used immediately after a bowel movement to reduce the bacterial count which is left behind after a BM.

No alcohol, smoking, spicy (chillie hot) foods, red meat, preserved meat like sausages, ham, bacon (Saltpeter).

If you live in the US, I cannot understand the reason why you insist on consulting a private surgeon instead of using your health insurance to have your surgery on insurance.

I would like to know for my information what each surgery costs and how long your recovery time post surgery, is.

I would also like to know how your problem first started and for how long you have suffered so very unnecessarily with it.

Also how did you discover this ABC Forum which I believe is the only one in the world that can CURE Anal ailments.

I note that you have a Seton already fitted in place after the removal of the first both of which have not done you any good. You will have to get it removed ASAP as it will interfere with your cure with my therapy.

My Private Health didnt cover my surgery as I have nt been with them for more than 12 months! I didnt realise the waiting period was so long. Each visit to my surgeon costs $120 (had 5 now) - I get about $60 rebated. My hospital visit and theatre cost me $1200 PLUS $457 for the Surgeon ( I can get $300 rebated) and $300 for the anaethitist (I can get all rebated) I am in Australia.

I didnt go back to the Public Hospital as obviously they didnt insert the seton properlly in the first place and I was not confident with this Suregon. He was a 'General Suregon' not a colo rectal surgeon.

My First abscess I tried to let drain naturally over a week. The pain was so intense I couldnt walk or sit down , i got high grade fever and chills and had to go through emergency. I am trying very hard to find the correct dose of Arnica. I can only find the liquid dilution with 20% alcohol. The places I have called say they do not sell the 87% alcohol to consumers, only to practitioners. I am most anxious to start your treatment and find this very frustrating, hopefully the 20% alcohol content is okay. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can finally get started. Thanks you.

You may increase the number of drops to 4.

I hope n pray that your suggested treatment works for my husband. he had a perennial abscess which was operated ,3 months back and developed into a fistula the track is of a low type and there is edema still . the oozing from the track is not much .I have put him on joetherapy ,he is taking a stiz bath morning and evening .any other recommendation you have?

I believe that you are the first person who has read the many hundreds of posts on this thread and has decided to use my Joepathy to help your husband without first posting to ask my advice.

As your husband has already experienced, Surgery is not the cure for his problem which has been rendered more difficult to cure after this surgical experiment which basically every surgery to cure this problem, is. It is usual for one surgery to be followed by another and another and I have treated a patient who had already suffered from 5 surgeries and was heading for the sixth when he consulted me and I saved him from further butchery.

Dear Joe, many thanks for the quick response. My husband developed a perianal abscess in early Feb this year and was operated surgically in end feb. Followed by 3-4 weeks of daily cleaning and bandaging. However in apr, a small hole appeared near the healed incision which was diagonosed after an MRI as a fistula in ano - doctor says it is the low type with one branch and the tract is narrow. After reading these threads, since yesterday, we have started with Silicea6x (Reckeweg, 4 tab x 3 times daily), Natrium phosphoricum (adelmar, 4 tab x 3times daily) and Arnica in RO water (adelmar,one spoon x 2 times daily) as recommended by you. We are starting with ferrum phos 6x today. The antibiotic ointment is not available in the name mentioned - can you recommend (my husband is allergic to sulpher and pencillin) the salt or alternate name available in India?

Adelmar is the make or brand name of the bio chem medicine available in India.

He is following the diet rules too. avoiding all tea coffee,alcohol ,meat,etc and drinking lots of water .

I shall reduce the dose too.

Till now the oozing has increased a bit and the area has a throb ,pinch of a pain (not too much either).

Is it OK for him to sit cont.in office as this does not bother him and travel as his job demands ?

I haven't posted a msg in quite some time because I wanted to make sure that my abcess/fistula was completely healed. It has been about a month and all is well. No sign of ever having this problem. I don't know if you remember me, but I was the one who cut themselves in the shower shaving and left two minor cuts in the perianal region that started giving me problems. I used your remedies and then stopped about a month ago. The only thing that I have been doing is after going to the bathroom I clean up with witch hazel on a cotton ball. Not only has the abcess/fistulas gone away completely, but my long-time hemorrhoids are non-existant now. Thanks so much for all your help and mostly for your patience in answering my many questions in the past.

My last and final question for hopefully a long time is:
How long does silicea last in your body eliminating foreign debris, necrotic tissue, etc. Since using silicea, I've noticed occassionally black specks in my stools that resemble coarse black pepper that comes from a pepper mill. I have asked a few friends and they claim they have also had that in the past and it just must be something that I'm eating that is not being digested. They have the consistancy of mica flakes but very small. They are also dry and not wet. Noticed them when wiping myself. They are not visible in the stool. Any input into this would be appreciated. I also am under quite a bit of stress these days with taking care of my elderly parents. One of which has broken her shoulder. I notice when I'm stressed, I notice these specks more. I am glad to learn that you have been cured of your Abscess and Fistula in spite of your accidental injury which made a bad situation much worse.

Yes I do remember you very well as it is not every day that I come across one who has an injury caused by shaving which I hope you are doing today with more attention and care. I would prefer that you use a wet wipe or better still the hand spray which you can get from any supermarket which you can fit into your existing plumbing near your toilet seat for use to wash up after a BM. This can save you the irritation that can occur after a clean up with toilet paper which can cause your problems to recur.

Answering your question about Silicea, I am not aware of any research done on how long it remains active in the body but I would reckon that it should be eliminated in 3 days after stopping the last dose. Your report of the black powder like substance is of interest and I would suggest that you take a sample of your stool for analysis in a laboratory. I cannot accept that it is caused by the Silicea.

Sorry to learn about your mother who has broken her shoulder. This accident is bound to set her back a few years and will tax you even further.

I would suggest that you continue to take the Arnica 30c in the Wet dose for life.

You can also give your parents a capful twice daily as it will also help them. If they suffer from constipation you can give them Nat Phos 6x after meals as it will help to keep their stools soft. Remember to give them plenty of liquids and exercise them as far as is possible.

I know it has been a while since I responded but it is taking a while for me to get all the parts of the joepathy.

From this site, I see that they are selling Arnica Montana. Is this what I am supposed to buy in the Liquid Dilution?

I was not able to get this locally so I will have to order it online.

Also I did check with a gloved finger, but could not feel anything on the inside of my anus. So I am thinking that my opening may be higher up. Does it make sense for me to still use the AB ointment and how will this fact affect the Joepathy?
