Brother Nawaz - Greetings and blessings. I hope all is well. Thank you for your inquiry.
I have been feeling very optimistic since the Nitricum, and not as prone to anger and hostility.
Yesterday, however, I had a lot of pain, which caused despair and self-pity. I cried heavily yesterday. I have not cried like this since I was a teenager. I felt as if I am losing control of my life due to my incapacitation from pain for the last two months.
I feel better today, and am confident I will heal, but fear having relapses in the future.
I forgot to mention that I feel like my rectum is too tight and that i can not relax it. I feel uptight and irritable.
The Nitricum dose greatly reduced my pain, although pain is still present. Pain now begins approximately 1 hour after BM, lasting until I lay down in the evening. Pain is dry and sharp, instead of the deep throbbing pain I was experiencing before your treatments.
My BMs feel better and softer since beginning the Nat sulph treatment.
I am on my third day of Podophyllum and feel a bit better.
I am also taking Arnica. Not sure if I mentioned that I feel like I have taken too much Arnica over the last ten years to treat various physical injuries from work and sports.
Physically, the pain is wearing me down.
Spiritually, my faith in Allah is strong.
I have given you much to ponder. Nawas, you are in my prayers and thoughts.

Then, please take 2 doses of Merc. Sol. 200C with a gap of 4 hours today.

One dose will be 4 pills in 1/4 cup of mineral water nicely dissolved with a spoon.

Please don't go thru the pain ever. You must post or send me email (address in profile) regarding any issue.

For pain, please take Hypericum 200C as needed. In addition, you may take Mag. Phos 200C for pain twice a day.

You must stop Arnica immediately as it is interferring with the current remedies.

We will repeat Nitric Acid depending upon your changing symptoms.

Please follow the directions and never self-prescribe.

Do you have any pus coming? If yes, what is the color and quantity?

May Allah Subhana Wa Taa'ala bless you with no pain? Aameen.

Salam Brother - Many thanks for yor encouragement and kindness. I will answer your questions:
I haven't had any pus or drainage ever. No blood in stool for over six years.
I have had this pain for six years. Until December, the pain usually appeared every four to six months and lasted for 3-5 days.

I will discontinue Arnica and continue with Podophyllum (4 pills,1X/day) and Nat sulph 6 (4 pills,3X/day).
I will begin Hypericum 200 as needed for pain (4 pills?) and Mag phos 200 (4 pills,2X/day)

Hello Nawaz, I took the Merc Sol yesterday as prescribed, I will not take it today correct? Yesterday evening I had bm this time it was painful to get out and again a little bit of blood. I was in pain the rest of the evening and at times it felt almost unbearable. I still do not notice much puss. I began taking the Calendula today and will keep you posted on how I am doing. Thank You Nawaz. I will continue taking the Hypericum 200c twice a day for pain. I just started the Calendula and will take it for a week as you prescribed. I do take Natrum Phos 6x 4 tabs after each meal for constipation. It seems that what comes out really doesn't look like it should hurt coming out. I feel like your patient Ramishi as though the rectum is too tight. Many blessings to you and thank you so much for all your time and effort you put in to help me, it is very unselfish of you.

You are Welcome. I appreciate the kind comments, but, really, please don't feel that way. This is your greatness. I am nothing, all I have is prayers for you to get cured from this nasty disease. I share the pain and discomfort with you. I wish and pray there was a overnight quick fix.

We will have to work together to cure the Bad Guy asap.

One of the key is to control your constipation as the anal area gets aggravated by it. So, you need to increase the number of pills of Natrum Phos 6x to 6 after each meal. Or, You need to purchase Aloe Soc. 30C or Bryonia 30C for constipation. It is really up to you. Watch out your eating habits, just eat good and enjoyable meals.

Here i am writing for my wife. Last one month onwords she is suffering buring and pain in anal, in 2007 she had a surgery for anal fissure, after that seemed to be ok. Now she is suffering burning and pain in anal very badly and she can feel a vein swelled there in anal while touching with a finger. So can u please suggest me the solution... Is there any oinment in homeopth for healing this?

Please give your wife 3 doses of Sulphur 200C with a gap of 4 hours in one day only. That will be 4 pills in 1/4 glass of mineral water, let it get dissolved, then, stir it nicely with a spoon and drink the whole thing, 3 times only in one day. Not daily. You can start on this immediately today.

Also, buy Hypericum 200C in pills form. Then, I will let you know when to start on this remedy.

Please post her symptoms in detail tomorrow. What is the color of pus, if any?

Thank you Nawaz for your words of encouragement and prayers. Yesterday I had a wonderful day! I really never felt pain yesterday, just a bit of discomfort and only for a little while. What is even more amazing is I had about 4 bm yesterday and I felt fine after each one. I noticed a little pus that was yellowish but still very little. Yesterday I also started taking 6 Nat Phos after my meals and that seemed to help. I took my last dose of Myristica this morning. I am feeling very positive and hopeful today that this Bad Guy can be tamed. Thank you and may you continue to be blessed in all you do.

I am making small improvements in pain management. Bless you, I am now able to attend to some of my work responsibilities. However, Pain is still the main issue. Pain begins now approximaely one hour after bm. Pain is tearing and burning, lasting until I retire in the evening. Crouching and kneeling reduces pain. Standing position is most painful. Fearful of resuming physical activities at work.
Anger now replaced by hopelessness.
Relationship/communication problems at home with my wife.

I completed my one week term on Podophyllon yesterday. I am now currently taking the following:
Hypericum 2X-3X/day for pain.
Nat sulph 3X/day
Mag phos 2X/day

Thank you Nawaz, I am having another wonderful day today it is 2:45 pm here and I am feeling great with no pain. I am realizing the impact of physical pain on my emotions. I have not felt this relaxed and at peace in such a long time. I have been taking Natrum Sulph 6x for about a week, I will continue to pay attention to the color of pus. In my considered opinion, based upon the current state and symptoms, the current plan will not produce timely results. Therefore, we will have to change the plan and do the following.

1. Stop all remedies
2. Take 3 doses of Sulphur
30C with a gap of 4 hours in one day. You may start on this immediately.
3. Next day after completing Sulphur, please take 2 doses of Nitric Acid 200C in one day.

Please provide feedback on the above plan.

It would have been nice if you had Sulphur 200C? How long would it take to get Sulphur 200c?

Dear Nawaz,
pus color have no change, it is normal yellowish, pus qantity is also have no change due to this problem. There is no itching and bleeding too. But sitting for a long time there is burning and some pain....mainly travelling in bus or car.

Please pay good attention to the pus color everyday that tells us your miasm change, then, we will have to stop the current remedy(s) and give the new one. So, we will be looking for a watery/white pus color soon.

Also, once and a while, please examine the fistula area color that will also change to pink indicating the healing is going very well.

I am doing fine, by God willing and thanks for your prayers for me.
