Yes, yellow pus is still there when it drains.
There hasn't been pain...more irritating as it swells (blister like) before draining but not painful. No burning. Little itchy. No constipation.
Mentally, I feel good. Better than when this condition first started.

Please don't be confused. How was your acidity problem last night? I am still not sure what do you have? Please you must do more in describing your so called acidity issue. Then, a correct remedy may be selected?

Dear Nawaz,
I am not able to explain much on this. However let me retry summarizing my problem.
currently I have burning in throat and chest and feeling of something moving in the stomach.
The burning in the chest and throat is there since day before yesterday (Thursday afternoon) sometimes its high and sometimes its low. acidic gases and burps coming from mouth. because of this burning problem I had to take more and more water which resulting me vomit (I had vomit 4 times in last 2 days). farting also increased in last 2 days. my mouth is keeping normal.
Food I had yesterday.
I skiped breakfast because of burning. Lunch I had chapati (Similar to weet roti) with Tomato Dal, Dinner I had roti with paneer butter curry.
And I just want to update you about my fistula problem.
Everything is looking good. No severe pain or burning, No pus or blood discharge from last 2 days. Swelling is also getting reduced.
Remedies I took:
3 doeses of BVQ, 1 dose of Callendula 200, 1 Dose of Ferrum phos 200, and 1 dose of Hypericum 200

-Pus is small and limited bright yellowish dry cells. As if 15 to 20 small sugar particles in size.. With watery yellowish and watery secretion.
- I am getting a bit irritated and angry, for the silliest reasons. I don't know why.

Please get Calc Sulph 12X asap to deal with your yellow color pus.
Also, please take only one dose of Sulphur 200ck today, 4 pellets nicely dissolve with a spoon in 1/4 glass of mineral water.

Well I usually see other people's body language, touching their noses or covering it is one sign.
My friend imagine, all ur fistula patients who have bad bo, could smell themselves, they wld be in a perpetual state of displease.
As for judging whether the body odor problem has decreased or not. It will take sme time to know.

My apologies for confusing you.
It it because when you asked me about watery mouth couple of days back, I did not know the exact meaning of it. At that time as I took a lot of water the water coming back from stomach with burps which I thought its watery mouth. Later I realized that my understanding is wrong. My mouth is staying normal. No water accumulation.
I am really sorry as this happened because of my poor English.
My current situation is the burning in throat and chest reduced, its very little now.
the feeling of something moving in the stomach is still there and acidic gases coming from mouth with burps.
No vomit sensation since yesterday morning.
Food I took yestarday:
Breakfast : Dosa (Pancake made from Black lentils Batter).
Lunch: Chapati with bottle guard curry.
Dinner: Dinner with Vegitable leaf (Palak) Curry.
And to update you about my Fistula problem.
I am glad to inform you that 1 had 3 continues days with out blood or pus discharge.
pain is very little now. No burning in the fistula area. swelling reduced a lot.
I have a small concern here. The bubble I refered in my earlier post.
'The bubble that I am reffing to is between the Fistula track and Testicles. The bubble is about 1 1/2 inch long. The bubble means I feel like there are 2 to 3 match sticks inside area just below the skin. it is very hard as hard as match stick. '
is reduced a lot in the bottom side of that 1 1/2 in bubble but the the swelling increased in the top side just below the Testicles which giving me uncomfort. even if a cloth part touches there I am feeling pain.
Remedies I took yesterday:

Till now there is no pus or blood from it. (As it is internally in the body and there is no passing out for it). Today That pain at the top side of that 1 1/2 inch part is increased a lot. even If it touch i am feeling pain.

Lunch:
Chapati with vegetable curry.
