Dear Megastar,

I am suffering with Anal Fistula since 5 months.
I have consulted the doctor and he suggested operation is the only way to cure this.
I am not willing to go for operations as I found many complications and re-occurrence after operation. Then I found that it cure possible in Homeopathy without any surgery.

Here are the symptoms.
1. The fistula is in top side of Anal.
2. High Pain and burning.
3. Swelling around the anal
4. Huge Pus Discharge (Most of time white, sometimes yellow and sometimes red)
5. Unable to Sit/Stand/Sleep.
6. drowsiness
7. unable to control Farting.
8. Huge pain while passing stool.
9. Huge pain when I cough sneeze blablabla..

No. I have only taken Homeopathic medicine for my fistula/abcess so far.

So can you pls confirm if what I have is a fistula or abcess or something else? You have seen the picture. Can you pls tell me your diagnosis? What exactly is my condition called and how long do you think it will take to heal completely?

Pls advise what to do next.

Yes, Nawaz Sahab. I have done that from today. The loose motions (food poisoning problem) was unrelated to fistula so I got it treated from my local doctor. I hope you understand. I am back to normal now and will finish the antibiotic tablets tomorrow.

So I should be ready to start with the next medicines prescribed by you for my fistula/abcess condition. It takes me one day to procure the medicines you suggest. So kindly tell me the next course of action considering the present condition.

Present Condition:
There is no pain in the wound area now. There is no build up of pus at present but the wound feels sticky.

Pls suggest the next remedies to be taken so that I can procure them from the market by tomorrow.

I am here for my own problem. I had a fistula from 2007. Last year in 2010 I got Ayurvedic treatment of Ksharshutra (Seton) and the tract was cured. But a very discharge continued. I consulted doctor but they were not able to locate the exact position of discharge then. From Feburary 2012, Discharge has increase and on touching I feel harness in the form of a tract nearby my earlier fistula. I can go to my earlier doctor but I am looking if Homeopathy can be useful as I think I am in initial stage. Also Ayurvedic procedure was painful and I have my exams coming in May and then in October.

Pls instruct me the dosage. And whether I should continue with Calendula Q? By the time my fistula/abcess heals completely, my kitchen will have a seperate section of Homeopathic Pharmacy! lol...just kidding :))

I am not able to keep myself focused. Mind always works on too many things and thus no head-start in any of my endeavor. I used to get angry very quickly earlier (3-4 yrs ago) but not now. Irritation is there, happens with almost everything. I am also not able to take my mind off something once I notice it. Also my feelings for my near and dear ones changes very frequently. Sometimes I care too much and sometimes I think I am doing nothing for them.

So I think my condition is a little messed up. :)

Apart from my fistula condition, I have one other problem that my hair are greying at a very fast speed and this also started with my fistula problem in 2007. So I thought of sharing this too.

I was unable to find Calendula 200C Dilutions so I got pills for time being thinking they may be helpful meantime. I can get the dilution in couple of days.

I took medicine just 6 hours back, So I cant say how the medicine effected me. But today after I pass stool in the night I had terrible pain and its still continuing. and I had pus discharge when pass stool about 1/2 hr back. its in light yellow/whitish. over to that today I am suffering with huge acidity so multiple problems at the same time. life is looking miserable today. I feel much beret when I woke up today, although I have burning sensation it is much better than earlier.

As you suggested I took 1 dose of Ruta 200c (4 drops in 2 sips of water- Correct me if I was wrong) and started the course of Calendula 200C. I will update you my situation in the evening.
