Just to add.
4 years ago, when it started, i went for operation as it was very painful, they open it up and then proceeded to drain BadGuy out.
There was no invasive surgery just to cut it open to drain it out.
From then on, my nightmare start. Every 2 months or so, it would re-occur again. Pus would gather at the sight and after 3 to 4 days, it would burst out. It would then recover and repeats itself after some time.
I can't take this anymore :(

You need to start with the following remedies ASAP.

Natrum Sulph 6X, 4 pellets under your tongue, 3 times a day, for 2 weeks.

Hypericum 200C, 4 pellets under your tongue, 2 times a day, for 1 week.

Down the road to completely heal your fistula, you will be needing the following remedies.

1. Calc Sulph 12X
2. Berberis Vulgaris 1X or Q
3. Arsenicum Album 200C
4. Merc. Sol. 200C
5. Calendula Q 6. Merc. Sol. 1M
7. Sulphur 200C
8. Thuja 200C
9. Pulsatilla 30C

Please have someone bring the above remedies as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please take Arnica 30C, 4 pills/drops nicely dissolved in a 1/4 cup of mineral water, 3 times a day, until your remedies arrive.

Unfortunately, Silicea 30C can not be used at this times due to your state and symptoms. I wish it was 6X or 6C, then, it would have been OK right now. In my opinion, Silicea 30C will create more problems for you at this stage.

Thank you Nawaz. Shortly after my first post the pain began to get worse. The pus seem almost yellowish/tanish but there is very little, maybe the size of eraser. The pain usually can last between 2-4 hours. Sitting makes it worse so I try to stand. I am trying to change my diet to help soften stools but I am still having trouble. I forgot to mention that the fistula occured after months of rectal bleeding from hard stools. I was told the bleeding was from fissures and the pain was from hemmoroids. The fistula developed during this time and popped and drained on its own, that was almost 2 years ago. Thank you so much for your quick response, many many blessings to you.

Hi Nawaz, Had a much better day today with very little pain and stools good. Not much pus at all, still the same as before. I was wondering about ordering Natrum Sulph, ABC has Natrum Sulphurosum and Natrum Sulphuricum, which one do I need. Thank you in advance and God Bless.

Hello Nawaz, hope you are well. I took my last dose of Hypericum this morning. There is improvement in the pain after bm, I just hope it does'nt get worse once I stop taking it. Last night I felt more of an ache where the fistula is but it didn't last long. Yesterday pus seemed a little more brownish. Also I notice that on the bottle of Myristica it says 200ck not 200c. I hope that doesn't change the effect. I was able to buy Natrum Sulph 6x locally, but the other remedies won't arrive till next week. I am hopeful that this is all working and thankful to you. Hello Nawaz - Peace be upon you. I hope all is well. I continue to heal and feel better. The deep pain has abated. Pain is present at all times except when lying and upon awakening. I am very thirsty with dry lips, skin, stool, despite continuos water consumption. I am on my third day of the prescribed Arsenicum album. I am feeling optimistic. Thank you, Nawaz. Salam.

Thank you for your quick response. I thought I was only to take Hypericum for 5 days. Just to be sure, I will continue taking Hypericum 200c twice daily depending on pain, Myristica 200c every 3rd day for 2 weeks(I began that on the 20th), and now I will begin Natrum Sulph 6x 4 tabs 3x's daily for 2 weeks. Nawaz, I have many remedies that my wife and I have accumulated over the years. They are:
Apis mell 6c, Arnica montana 30c, Arsenicum 30c, Drosera rotund 6c, euphrasia 30c, Hystimanum hydro 30c, Ippecacuanah 30c, Mercurius sol 30c, Nat sulp 6x, Nitricum 200ck, Phytolacca 30c, Pulsatilla 12c, Rhus tox 30c, Sulphur 30, Silicea6c, I will discontinue Arsenicum album immediately and begin Natrum sulph this evening before sleeping.

The anal fissure was diagnosed in December. Pain got progressively worse until I began the Nitricum dosage. Pain was initially stabbing and burning, then became a severe deep throbbing pain. The pain is now a sharp dry pain. That is relieved by lying down.

I was diagnosed with external hemmorhoids twenty years ago. They have been painful many times over the years.

I have not had any bleeding or discharge in over five years with hemmorhoids. No discharge from fissure either.

My mental outlook and physical well-being improved tremendously following the prescribed Nitricum dosage. I am feeling very optimistic and more relaxed. I feel that my whole being is dry - personality, body, etc.

Nawaz - I forgot to mention a couple things:

The fissure feels like it is swollen, large and obstructing the stool.

I can not distinguish between the hemorrhoid and fissure pain anymore. My hemorrhiods were always associated with consumption of spicy food, which I have completely eliminated from my diet.

The pain from the fissure/hemorrhoid has stopped me from completing the month of Ramadan for over five years due to severe rectal pain that starts several days after fasting. I pray that I can overcome this obstacle.

Pain is strong, constant,sharp.

Sharp and burning. The only time I felt itching was two days after taking Nitricum.

Strong inclination to have a bowel movement every morning upon awakening. Stool is dry and difficult to pass usually. Rectal spasms occur during bowel movement.

The pilesare usually flacid and extending out of rectum. They swell and become inflamed after bowel movements. I used to push them up into rectum but this is not effective anymore.

I do not take pain medicine, only warm baths for the pain.

Also, you need to get for down the road use towards the complete cure of all issues inshallah, the following remedies.
Hypericum 200C, Calendula 6X, Mag. phos 200C, Natrum Phos 6X, Berberis Vulgaris 1x, Sulphur 200C and Merc. Sol 200C.

In the meantime, until your remedies arrive, please take Arnica 30C in the wet dose, 3 times a day.

Hello Nawaz I hope you are well. Yesterday I felt good until after a bm in the evening. It was unusual because I didn't feel pain while going, it seemed soft, but there was some bright red blood when I wiped (sorry so graphic). I did feel quite unfomortable in the fistula for the rest of the evening. I will say that the pain has definitely improved. As far as pus goes there still is very little, sometimes what I see is brown which I think is a littl stool that passes through the fistula. I did receive the rest of my remedies yesterday.
