The pain is there, sometimes suportable, today i had periods when i felt i needed to take some pain killers, and i wanted to use some homeopat stuff, replacing the clasic pain killers. | | |

Voltaren is a good pain killer when used as a Suppository. I do not know if you can get it in your country but you can inquire at your pharmacies if its equivalent is available.
Voltaren is Diclofenac Sodium and it is available in tablets and also in Suppositories which when used in the anus provide instant relief. It must be understood however that its use over an extended period is not recommended.

Dear Joe;
Sorry for any inconvenience because of my understanding. I just received the medicines as for Arnica 30c Liquid. The wet form is 3 drops of liquid in 500 ml of water and shake. Then I drink 1/3 of the bottle in the morning, 1/3 in noon and 1/3 at night or just 3 table spoon per session? Also for the Hypericum 200c for the pain i have to use the water bottle but every 4 hours to relive the pain do i take similar fashion of either 1/4 or 3 tablespoon every 4 hours. The remedies you listed are OK.
If English is your first language I cannot understand how you could possibly have misinterpreted my prescription which thousands have been given and invariably understood as copied below:

I am copying my instructions to you below:
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.

Dear Mr. Joe,
Started everything back as you mentioned. Oozing is still there atleast once a day and very small and PUS in drops. Itching remains just before the PUS is out and after that its normal.
Anything else I should do ? I am following strictly whatever you said so far.

Reduce the Silicea to just ONE dose daily.
Use the Tennis Ball technique which some patients have use successfully to drain the pus and report progress.
The idea is to eliminate the formation of pus which indicates that there is yet some residual infection inside. | | |

After so many days today my husbands fistula has filled with pus but its a closed boil that is not hurting ,as you had recommended to stop silicia we have done so .Do you think he should take it for a few days or just carry on with Arnica in wet dose and fer phos..

Yes, start the Silicea 6x twice daily and the massage which should soon open up the pus that is now locked in.
In your report you did not confirm that he is taking the Nat Phos 6x as this is only meant to keep the stools soft in order not to create any problem with a BM. I presume that he is using water to wash up after.

Hi Joe/Sayyad,
I am suffering from peri-anal fistula for more than an year now. I initially consulted a homeopath for 6 months who gave me treatment of silicea cal-phos and nitrates / aescules which controlled the pus and stopped it totally (i had very less pus formation juz 1-2 drops). Also i was told the tract is very small.
After that i did not notice any improvement in my condition so i wen't to another homeopath who has been treating me for > 6 months now and trying some myobic combinations.
It has given releif but i suffer from frequent constipation and scaling in the rectal area, which is becoming very irritating of late.
In spite of all homeopathic treatments still the small tract refuses to heal and the problem is worsening by the day.
Can homeopathy REALLY cure my problem please suggest.

I notice that you have addressed your problem to me and Sayyad. Who is Sayyad ? Is he a patient or a prescriber on this forum ?
I shall copy the therapy I have pioneered and prescribed to patients who suffer from FISTULA, FISSURE AND ABSCESS of the Anus. The majority of those who have used my therapy aka "Joepathy" have confirmed that they have benefitted from this therapy and many have confirmed that they have been cured.
I shall note the Remedies below:
Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.
Do not use toilet paper after a BM. Use a Hand Spray device instead available at Wal Mart which is a DIY fil.
No Alcohol, Red meat, Coffee and Sausages, Ham and Bacon as they are loaded with Saltpeter. No canned beverages like Coke. Do not eat hot (Chillie hot) food if you live in India.
Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily and exercise moderately.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
