Update from me for today :

- around noon, while sitting I felt something drained from fistula by itself and verified it's some pus.

- it was slight yellow in color an thick.

- later in the day also constantly the pis drained every now and then but when I pressed the sides. No pain still. Except first time , the pus was not so thick.

- noticing some itching in the Piles growth which is hanging out.

- no other change in any symptoms.

Please let me know if I missed anything else.

FYI I have not received the medicines yet and so I have ordered again from ABC. I hope to get atleast this in few days.

No Nawaz. I don't have to push it back at all. Its just there hanging. Most of the times its just sticked to the side (left). Sometimes it will stick out and that time it gives me some issues like itching , paining .

Please take Sulphur 200C, one dose that is 4 pellets under your tongue, empty stomach in the morning at least 45 minutes before breakfast. ONLY one dose for now!

Nat Sulph 6X, 4 pellets under your tongue, 3 times a day, for 15 days.

Please stop Calc Sulph 12x.

Also keep on taking Ledum Pal. 30C on daily basis as you are doing now for pain and healing.



I have been taking the above medicine. Finding the pain mitigating.

Will report back again after couple of days or advise otherwise.

Yes. It's just go and stick to the sides by itself. But doesn't goninside completely.

I tried to look at the color but it was not impossible for me to look at that as it's there almost at the back end of rectum.

Just an update.....

Hems are doing fine. They are nearly non-existent at the moment. Knock on wood. I do not have any pain or itching. The whole area basically looks normal.

My burning stomach from my nerves has also calmed down a bit with the Holidays behind me. I feel a lot better!

Now.....had BM last night. Normal color, no pain when using bathroom. No black flecks on TP. Stool released very easily and with no difficulty as if I am internally coated with lubricant. This morning noticed with mirror three small dark deposits on skin at anal opening. Mostly normal stool color with small amount of dark specks in it. I'm wondering if this is just left over dried blood or waste.

I am feeling sooooo much better. Like I said no pain and my nerves have calmed down dramatically. I guess repairing damage that was done takes time and doesn't happen over night. Just like the fistula took me 6 months to repair, I guess this will also take some time to correct itself. Feel great knowing I'm on the right path.

I just wanted to take this time to thank you so much for helping me. In today's time, there aren't many caring souls out there who take a sincere interest in others. That's a special quality that I admire.

Dear Nawaz,

I just had someone looked at the color of the external growth. Its same as my Skin color but not in Grape color.

Also the bad guy was quite today until I had my BM in the afternoon. Immediately after the BM there was itching and oozing cycle showed up. Pus also drained in 2 drops which was blood mixed. Even in the evening some pus drained was in brown color.

Do I have to get Podophyllum 200C in liquid or pellets?

If liquid, I have to do another online order and I think it might take another week atleast. If pellets, I can go and look in local store. Please let me know.

Here is my update - my fistula seems better. No discomfort or drainage. I am continuing Hydratis Canendis Q drops.


On itching - I am having grahites 30C - 4 pallets dissolved in water, three times a day. I must say that amongest all the medicines I have taken so far in past few weeks (Nux Vomica, Apis Mel, Sulphur, Urtica Urens) Graphites 30C is the only medicine which seems to help in getting my itch under control.

However itch seems under control temporarily. It seems my itch/hives/urticarea attack needs Graphites 30C does every few hours (I have been having Graphites 30C regularly for last 6 days).

Should I continue with current medicine and dosage or is there a needs for higher potency of Graphites to be taken ?

You may get the remedy in pellet form. This appears to be the correct remedy for your piles!

Regarding the Badguy, the blood is flowing in the tube now, a very good sign. How is your constipation? Hard stools may cause the situation you are describing?

How thick is the pus? The color, if yellow, brown or dark brown, please give details?

When are you getting the ordered remedies, I hope and pray in a couple of days?

On fistula - it seems to be solid mass about size of half/quarter of a pea and does not seem to be filled with any liquid but rather a solid mass. Putting finger on it does cause some discomfort.

For my itching should I order Graphites 200C or Q ?

On niece's front - her itching and skin aggravation is still there but she is feeling better on both the counts after sulfur 200C dose.
Please advise on new medicine for her.

Please find the update from me for today:

- When the pus was brown yesterday, it was light brown. Also some blood drained followed by that yesterday.

- I have noticed that today the oozing in the Fissure area as well. I could feel some kind of mass inside and nothing drained from it so far. But when I touched it it is very painful.

- From the fistula some pus drained in the evening and it was slight yellow in color and thick.

- Yes, I feel the pain in the Anal area every now and then. Its kind of a pain which stays for a day almost and I feel it whenever I apply some pressure on it.

- Also I notice that whenever the external growth of the pilesis sticking out from the side, I feel the pain inside the rectum. When its goes back and stick to the side the pain goes away.

- Regarding the food, I am still conscious and avoiding lot of meat , Alchohol etc. Ate chicken on 2 days.

_ another Q, I had the oats last night and could it be the reason for today's pus and oozing ? Oncein the past I felt the constipation after I had the Oats. But not all the time. I am confused. Please let me know.

I tried one store for this Podophyllum today and didn't find. I will find few more stores tonight and tomorrow. Is this Podophyllum PELTATUM?


Also do you think I need to get any other medicine like Graphite etc for my itching after BM ?? So that I can make another order and keep it.

-In 2002, I got peritonitis and developed abscess in my ano and high ano area. I had the terminal ileum and ascending colon recession, opened a stoma for 2 yrs.
