Thank you for thinking of me. I hope you are well and glad to see that two folk on the forum seem to be doing really well(Raj and Amit?).

I am taking calc phos 200c - one dose once a week after initial dose of 3 doses 12 hours apart (on Jan 6th). So took a single dose last thursday after intial doses and next to take again this thursday.

Also taking hydrastis 6x twice daily.
Fistula produces the same discharge these days but sometimes it discharges itself so no use of needle required - amazing!!! (Smile!). Seems to be getting harder and sticking out more - maybe scar tissue?

My constipation has been really bad so have been taking molasses twice a day to help and also boost my iron levels as low at present. However I think the molasses has aggravated the bowel as been suffering with anal sphincter bleeding and swelling for the past few days which is now subsiding as using a homeopathic cream for haemmorhoids which contains hammemelis. Really wonderful stuff.

I also stopped taking the hydrastis for a few days in case that was the cause. I also wondered if the calc phos 200c may have caused the reaction as all the swelling and inflammation of the anal sphincter etc happened the day after I took the last dose.

What do you think please, Nawaz?

What is the color of pus and
its thickness?

The blood discharge is a new symptom, how many drops per day and its color, please inform?

The pus is coming very very little , half of the half tea spoon.

It is yellowish
Blood sometimes not always
Itching and burning is too much.


So, I am taking Hypericum 200C now. What other medicine from the list i should take.

Now, who in the world told you to take Sulphur 200C, 20 doses???

No wonder you are having problems by over dosing it. Please I request you not to self-prescribe. You must always share the actions of remedy taking as homoeopathic remedies are very powerful and have side effects.

Please do not take Sulphur 200C anymore.

Now you need take a dose of Calc Sulph 200C, only one dose NOT daily please.

Then after at least 8 hours, please take a dose of Hypericum 200C.

I'm doing okay right now. I have not received my order yet, so I think tomorrow I'll be going on line checking to see if my package got lost.

My whole family is unfortunately sick with the flu/colds and I'm trying to dodge the bullet here. Plenty of rest and trying to eat right.

20 Doses I meant in 20 days approx. Every day 4 in the morning empty stomach as you prescribed.

However, since we agreed to daily update you of my condition. I am going to do it. My understanding now is

I will take calc sulph 200c only one doze per day and after 8 hours of taking it i will take Hypericum 200c one doze and that is per day too.

Similarly, Hypericum 200C, you may take a daily dose depending upon your pain.

Pus is almost none
however itching and burning sensation is there.
Pain is mild.

Thanks for your reply. The pus is always yellow in colour and sometimes mixed a bit with blood but only a tiny amount making it more orange/pink in colour! It is quite thick - not watery anymore. It is still quite profuse - empyting it about 6-9 times a day - about 4-5 drops each time. I think it is getting better though - the amount of discharge reducing.

The blood discharge was from my rectum from the bleeding piles- no blood in the fistula. The piles are now much much better so that is good!

I shall continue with the hydrastis. I am due to take the calc phos 200c (weekly) dose tomorrow so I hope that this does not cause the piles again.

When did you find out about your piles? You never mentioned about the blood before? Is this a new symptom?

My order got lost so I'm reordering today. I haven't been taking the aloe lately because the hems were not giving me a problem.

Right now I have one small hem which pops out occasionally and is pearly in appearance. It only gets red/purple/blue in color when I strain using the bathroom. What gives the whitish coloring??? The mucus membranes???

I am still having blk/brown flecks but now they are appearing much finer. My nervous stomach has cleared up and I've gained some weight back that I'm really happy about that. Other than that, nothing is new for me.

My hubby has a tickle in his throat which causes a cough. That's the only symptom that he has at the moment. Thanks again!

In answer to your question I had a really sore anal sphincter last week and got lots of bleeding from it every time I had a BM for about 3-4 days. I assumed that it had gotten irritated from molasses that I had been taking for 1.5 weeks to help with my constipation. It is all fine now and no swelling etc. So if it was pilesthen they are gone!

I will keep taking the hydrastis as you said until it becomes a watery white discharge. I am still feeling completely exhausted though, all the time, even after having a good night's sleep.

I had an appointment at the hospital today and saw the consultant who said that it could now just be a persistent abscess and they would only know if they operated and then they would excise it and pack it if it was an abscess. I told him that I was pursuing homeopathy as all I hear about are people having more problems after surgery.

Can I ask you Nawaz please of all the people that you have treated homeopathically for anal fistulas how many are healed completely from the problem??

I ask this as I have been using homeopathy for the past 2.5 years for this problem and not yet recovered.I have been slowly getting more and more debilitated from it. I know I sound negative but it is having such a huge impact on my life. So I just wanted to ask your own experience with healing this condition through homeopathy.
