ElSalam Aleik, Brother Nawaz -As you prescribed, I am taking Hypericum 2X/day. I will not receive the Apis 200 for another two days. I am definitely healing and getting better, but some days pain is severe, due to painful bowel movements and spasms, which returned three days after the Niricum/Sulphur dose. Yesterday was terrible; today I am better.
Interestingly, I was working in my bee yard two days ago when I felt the usual sharp tearing pain in my rectum. Surprisingly, the pain felt is identical to the initial pain I feel when I am stung by bees. I never realized the pain I sometimes feel in my rectum is similar to the initial pain from bee stings. Nawaz, your support during the last three weeks has been a very enlightening and healing experience for me on many different levels. Salamat and many Dhua'.

WAA brother Ramishi,
Please never go thru any pain as you can always take an additional dose of Hypericum 200C and Mag. Phos 200C as needed. Pain is not good at all.
While you are waiting for Apis Mel. 200C, please take Apis Mel. 30C you have with you, 3 times a day, for 2 days. One dose will be 4 pills/drops, nicely dissolved in 1/4 cup of mineral water.
Please report after 2 days.
Many thanks for your kind words and prayers.
With more prayers for your pain free life.
Regards

Hello Nawaz, I pray that you are well. Today I received Sulpher 200c, Alumen 30c, Antimonium Crudum 200c, and Nux Vomica 200c. I still need to order Berberis Vulgaris 1x and Aloe Soc 30c. Yesterday and today I had some discomfort after bm. I have been taking Hypericum at least once a day, sometimes twice if I'm suffering more. Please let me know if I should take anything different today or tomorrow. Thank you and many blessings to you.

Hello Nawaz. To answer your questions, the last 2 days I have noticed more stool passing through fistula, after that I see a little greenish pus when I dab the area. No bleeding unless I have a very rough bm. I do feel burning usually before or after bm. I feel some itching but it is usually only when stool passes through, the itching goes away when I clean the area. My energy level is low but I hope that will change as I begin to lose weight. My state of mind is a bit of frustration because of the constipation broblem and anxiety to get it under control. I am still taking Nat Sulph and Calendula 3 times a day along with Hypericum as needed for pain. Thank you so much and God Bless you. I have had an anal fistula for about 8 years now. I finally tried homeopathics.
Silica 6x 2 tablets 3 times daily. Arnica wet dose 3 times a day. Nat Phos 2 tabs 3 times a day for stool softening. Ferr Phos 2 tabs 3 times a day.
Inserting polyfax or similar antibiotic in rectum after bowel movement was recommended. Haven't done that yet. can't find polyfax.
Results so far...about 90% reduction in pus discharge. Much less discomfort, both in the fistula and the hemmerhoids. This is after 8 yrs of misery.
I sm hoping like hell that this will finally get rid of this monster...One side effect seems to be a bit more IBS because i am lactose intolerent...might have to find some remedies without the lactose...Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

To Fistulaman
I have already replied your post and shall copy my reply below.
I note that you are Lactose intolerant and if you still wish to drink milk and milk products the remedy is Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after a glass of milk.
I am glad to note that you have been using the therapy I formulated about 10 years ago to help patients who presented your ailment.
I note that you do not use Polyfax as you have not succeeded in getting it in your city but any wide spectrum ointment will be OK. If you are not using the antibiotic ointment, this is the reason why your cure has not progressed on schedule.
Please check the therapy you have used up to now and compare it with my therapy below.
For the record I shall copy the therapy I have pioneered and prescribed to patients who suffer from FISTULA, FISSURE AND ABSCESS of the Anus. The majority of those who have used my therapy aka "Joepathy" have confirmed that they have benefitted from this therapy and many have confirmed that they have been cured.
I shall note the Remedies prescribed below:
Silicea 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to expel the pus from the lesion.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose a capful of the bottle taken thrice daily to increase the flow of blood which in turn will help to rebuild the tissue.
Nat Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals to soften the stools.
Ferr Phos 6x Dose 2 tablets taken twice daily to improve the quality of the blood to help heal the lesion.
Antibiotic Ointment like Polyfax or equivalent which is used internally on the tip of a gloved finger inserted into the anus after every bowel movement to keep the bacterial count as low as possible in the lesion.
Do not use toilet paper after a BM. Use a Hand Spray device instead available at Wal Mart which is a DIY fitting.
No Alcohol, Red meat, Coffee and Sausages, Ham and Bacon as they are loaded with Saltpeter. No canned beverages like Coke. Do not eat hot (Chillie hot) food if you live in India.
Drink at least 3 ltrs water daily and exercise moderately.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml bottle in the Liquid DIlution in Alcohol with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Liquid Dilution in Ethanol.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Hi Nawaz, sorry I didn't report my progress early, but I didn't have access to the internet until now. Unfortunately I took the wrong dose of Sulphur 200c last night and this morning. I took 4 drops instead of 2. I only felt a very, very small amount of burning today. I did not have any pain as I had a very good bm. I did not take Hypericum today. All in all a very good day. I hope I didn't mess things up too much with the wrong amount of Sulphur, sorry. I hope and pray you are well. God Bless you always.

Greetings Brother Nawaz - Salamaat! Under your care during the last month, my pain and other symptoms associated with the fissure have decreased considerably. I want to thank you for your dedication and skill in helping relieve me of three months of chronic, extreme pain.
I am still in the process of healing, and experiencing brief periods of pain throughout the day - not as extreme as before. My BMs are back to normal, and spasms have finally ended.
1. Is there a treatment I should follow to promote the healing?
2.Is there a treatment I should follow to prevent a relapse or recurrance of the fissure?
3. What treatments can I use for pain?
Many blessings and prayers!
With Much Respect. Rami

Hello Nawaz, I pray you are well. To answer your question regarding pus, there is very little. So far today seems to be even less pus. Again no pain today and burning sensation was ever so slight and lasted for a very short time. The diet seems to have helped with the bms. I am still feeling very tired and sleepy but I contribute it to the huge change in diet and my menstrual. Many prayers and blessings to you. | This thread continues beneath the following ad.

| re: anal fistula- fissure | From Coastal [Log on to view profile] | on 2011-03-19 |
Hello,
I've been following this forum and have been dealing with my own issue of a fistula which had developed 5 months ago.
A friend of mine who is a surgeon looked at it and mentioned that it is quite small. That surgery may create more complications.
As with the others on this bulletin board. I'm seeking a way to finally resolve this issue. I've made drastic changes in my diet to cut out the 'bad' foods. (Sodas, chips, processed foods.) Which has dropped my weight by 40 lbs. I have no issues with constipation, but do have abdominal pains which come and go for the past 1.5 years in the upper left quadrant.
Anyway, my heart goes out to all who have suffered from this issue. As it can be very hard of the mind/spirit of a person. With God's help, and my faith I hope to resolve this troubling setback. My hope is that this method may be the right path for me to take.

Hi Coastal,
It seems you are on the right path. May God bless you.
So, welcome to this thread!
As you already know that Anal fistula, we call it a BadGuy that is an opening in the skin near the anus.
Fistula leads into a blind pouch or may connect through a tunnel with the rectal canal.
Words Of Caution.
As this is a serious disease, one must never assume and self-prescribe. Never think of SURGERY as this will be a local and temporary solution. More than one fistula will reappear again in most of the cases. A comprehensive communication and case management is required for a complete cure.
Please remember, there is no quick fix. One must be patient and determined to get well soon.
