Hello Joe,

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry I could not reply to your email earlier.

After I started Arnica 6 c in wet does by BS dropped to 95 level. Earlier it was around 125-130.

However I am still trying to establish patterns. I notice that if I eat any carbs in the eveing my BS is 100-105. Still way better from before.

My next study will be to observe my BS if I don't take carbs and also stop Arnica 6 c for a couple of days.

I will continue to monitor and update you in a few weeks.

Hi Ramsa

I can see that you are a very cooperative patient and this is indeed rare on this ABC Forum. It is through this spirit of cooperation that Homeopathy can march forward and it is essential that we all do everything possible to ensure that this march forward is not hindered through petty dissensions on the efficacy of Joepathy versus Classical Homeopathy.

The main aim of at least one member here is to show off his superiority and I am sure if he monitors this thread that he will admit that my Joepathy is far superior to his classical therapy which rarely if ever works to cure the patient.

I am glad that you have cheerfully taken the responsibility of experimenting with your Arnica and I hope that you will share the resultant data.

Hello Joe,

I read most of your posts and I believe you are doing this in good faith and to help.
Please continue to stay poised as you always are. Even if one person benefits from your therapy it is all worth it.

My apologies for not having responded to your post of September 13 which I read only today.

Thank you for your kind thoughts which are appreciated.

To Uzmakhurram

I would like to reassure you that it is absolutely safe to give your 13 year old son Nat Phos 6x to hopefully reduce his weight which you have not indicated.

It is likely that he has some other reason for his obesity and you are advised to consult a pediatrician to diagnose the real reason.

Maintain a record of his weight loss weekly and report it here. It is possible that he may even show an increase on the standard reduction of 1kg per week.
Joe De Livera last decade
i have met doctors but they say he will reduce when he will touch puberty. but i feel strange when he wears jeans and his belly protrudes.
funky last decade
i will start this very soon and keep you updated.
funky last decade
Do I understand that

Funky = Uzmakhurram ?

If so I would doubt very much that 'he will reduce when he will touch puberty.'
Joe De Livera last decade
you r wright Joe. i am also not convinced of reducing fats at puberty, as i have seen many cases in my friends of not reducing even after puberty.
i have started the medicine.lets hope for the best.

I just read the information about using Nat Phos 6x and will be purchasing it to try. Hoping that it will be the answer to dropping some weight. I have the remedy in 30c but from what I can tell I have to get the 6x. True? Thanks for any input and support.
Grateful1 last decade
To Grateful

Nat Phos 6x will usually reduce weight in about 80% of those who use it at the rate of 1kg per week.

Nat Phos 30c will NOT do so.

I would appreciate if you will report your weight loss if any, in 2 weeks.
Joe De Livera last decade
I will post my progress after taking the remedy for 2 weeks. I just placed an order last night. Keeping a positive attitude! Thank you

hi joe,
thankyou so much , my son has started loosing weight.
his weight was 60 kg, now his wight is 58.5kg within 3 weeks. but he still has pot belly. will it also reduce?
uzmakhurram last decade
To Uzma

Thank you for confirming the drop in your son's weight by 1.5kg within 3 weeks. The expected reduction should have been double at 1kg per week and it would be interesting to figure out the real reason for his reduction being only 0.5kg/week.

It is essential that you coax him to exercise and to drink plenty of water and other liquids to stimulate his body to lose weight.

His diet must also be strictly controlled but you mentioned that he does not overeat.

Report progress weekly.

Have you checked his Blood Sugar level?
Joe De Livera last decade
dear Joe,
i have never checked his blood sugar. i am giving him a lot of water and his deit is also controlled except he is just allowed to have fast food once a week.following is his everyday deit.
two bread slices with an egg and one glass of milk.at 7.00am
snack for school:
one apple and one guavava.10.30am
one whole wheat bread (roti, like pitta bread)and some chicken/mutton /vegetable gravy. at 2.30 pm
a glass of milk at 5.30 pm
one whole wheat bread (roti, like pitta bread)and some chicken/mutton /vegetable gravy.
at 7.30pm
then he sleeps at 9.30 pm

joe you want the test of blood sugar,
fasting or random?
uzmakhurram last decade
I note that you have not confirmed that he partakes of the normal exercise that a child his age should be doing on a daily basis like running and playing as all this exercise will burn up his fat.

I see that you are consciously controlling his diet and this is OK.
I would still advice you to not permit him to eat fast foods which are just laden with oil.

I note that he has 2 glasses of milk and it is essential that this milk is NON FAT.

You can take a standard blood test after food from his finger as it is not worth subjecting him to the stress of taking blood from his arm. This test is to reassure both you and me that he is not a juvenile Diabetic.

You can take 3 tablets Nat Phos 6x immediately after a meal and observe if it helps you.

Exercise is essential and you will strictly control your diet.
Joe De Livera last decade
Some homeopaths tell not to take tablets with hand, what are your views on that ?
badshah19 last decade
My mom doesnt eat anything, and still is a bit fat!

I've brought Natrum Phos 6x for her.

How long should she take it?
rahman_hope last decade
TO Badshah

All Biochemic Cell Salts in the X potency are in tablet form and they can be handled quite safely without damage to the contents.

This includes Nat Phos 6x
Joe De Livera last decade
To Rahman

Your mother can take Nat Phos 6x and watch her weight drop by 1kg per week.

She should take it as long as she wishes to reduce weight.

Report progress weekly.
Joe De Livera last decade
Question: you recommend taking Nat Phos 6x (3 tabs) after each meal. Is there a time limit to wait after eating or is it OK to take immediately after eating? Usually the remedies require waiting 30 mins before or after meals - correct? Thanks ~
Grateful1 last decade
You can take 3 tablets immediately after every meal.
Joe De Livera last decade
Can we swallow the tablets with water or do we have to let them melt under your tongue?
