Sleep Apnea and obesity
I am 45 year old, from last three years I have gain weight, which brings some health issues. One is disturbed sleep, loud snoring and obstruction in breathing ( reported to me by wife)Please advice.

15 Drops in 10ml. of water one hour before bedtime, and then again at bedtime.
Increase or decrease dosage depending on the severity. Use daily for 3 months for effective results.
