Glad i came to your blog, i am 30yrs 82 kgs and 5'2 height. I am taking syrup for liver. I have suffered form gland and its cured now... i really want to lose weight and can i take nat phos or phytolacca berry tablets, which one is suitable... I want to conceive but due to my weight its taking a toll over everything. Can i lose weight with this tabs, will it harm since i am tryning for a chid,

You must understand the Nat Phos 6x when used for reducing weight will only work if you do not take any other drug or Homeopathic remedy as for some reason they antidote the weight reduction property.

Em also undergraduation final year dr.... Em so anxious abt loosing my weight before i was 110 kg it took two months to me to bring it to 81 kg wid out using any drugs now it again climbed to 96 kg so em using phytolacca berry since 1 month no such results came out... I just read abt NAT PHOS 6x so can i use it now?? N is it availible in pakistan?? I will be anxiously waiting for ur reply..

If you were successful in reducing your weight some months ago it is very likely that you can repeat your effort again with Nat Phos 6x which you can order from any Homeopathic Pharmacy in your city if you live in Pakistan.
Take 2 tablets after each of 2 meals and watch out for a reduction of around 1kg per week.
You must also exercise daily to sweat it out and a half hour of brisk walking or at the gym will help. You will not eat any fatty foods which usually result in weight gain.
Nat Phos will only work to reduce weight if no other drug is used.

Nat Phos 6x is absolutely safe to be used daily and the maximum dosage is 8 tablets taken at the same time.
Some patients have reported that they experience a slight taste on the tongue if this dosage is repeated 3 times daily but this is only temporary.
You may like to know that at the 6x potency the Sodium Phosphate is 1 Millionth of a gram. (10 to the power 6)

Hello dr.... I have been to pharmacy he showed me natrium phosphoricum 6x by wilmar schwabe but it was so cheap like 135 rs so em afraid it might be duplicate ... So plz help me out what should i do......

Homeopathic remedies are so very cheap that it is not a surprise to note that you question their efficacy.
The fact is however that the Wilmar Schwabe is one of the best products available.

Nat Phos 6x is always sold in tablet form. It is a Biochemic Cell Salt and cannot be confused with any other presentation.

I am using Raulfia Sepentina to control my B.P . Can Nat. Phos be used to reduce weight without discontunuing Raulfia

Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily is by far more effective to control your Hypertension but it will take some months into the future to do so.
You can also add Nat Mur 6x dose 2 tablets taken twice daily and you will find this combination effective in reducing your BP.
Unfortunately Nat Phos will not work to reduce weight with Nat Mur but it may just work with the Arnica.
Arnica will also stabilize your Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels which are the real reason for your Hypertension.

My B.P is under control using Raulfia Serpentia with moderate exercise. But again pl. clarify whether I can use it along with Nat Phos 6x for weight reduction
