I have been waiting for cycle to start. Since yesterday having mild cramps in lower abd which increase today. I took one dose of MP 1M yesterday and then today morning. It is helping me but not 100%. Just now the cramps are coming back. I am worried as usually I have bad cramps the first two days. having brown discharge till now. Please let me know how many Mag Phos 1 M dose I can take in a day? I scare of overdosing. Also I had taken one dose of Staph 200 just now.
Please suggest something to keep the pains at a bay. InshaAllah.

Let's not take MP 1m anymore. Just take Staph 200c. If you feel more pain, then, take Belladonna 200C as needed?

The cycle was started 2 days back. Its my 3rd day today. This time too, I had severe pain on 1st day.I took Staph and Belladonna but in last took 1 ponston as i could not bear it more. Then 2nd day was much better. I took only Staph and Belladonna and water bottle. Today it is further better but having pain at left side of lower abdomen and lower back. I am taking Belladonna but pain is not subsiding today also took Staph. I am keeping water bottle and do not want to take any pain killer. Trying best to keep this pain off my mind as I cant concentrate on anything.
Overall this time I think it is improving despite the pains I had.

Stop all other remedies. Just take Ponston, Tylenol or Panadol as needed for pain.

I have taken Cal Phos for 2 days. Last night was last dose. Actually what is happening is that when I took remedy the pain subside but do no vanish completely. AlhamdolilAllah it is quite bearable, but still u may understand that it is quite annoying at times as it diverts my attention. Pains is changing sides: some times on right ovarian side and then at left side. Also good thing is that I did not took any ponston etc for pain as it is going down gradually. So I thought better to avoid them.
Its my 6th day having brown discharge since yesterday.
Yes, and one very important thing to inform is that as usual I am having burning sensation while urination. As I may have told you before, that it is happening since few cycles now. Happens from 5th day to 8 or 9th day. After urination it feels as if the bladder is not fully empty and some kind of pressure is developed and it is painful. I had to control over myself and despite the desire to empty bladder (which of course is already empty), I try to avoid it.
No other complaints Alhamdolilallah.
Please help further.

Dr. I am very sorry in advance for self prescription. I was having mild pain in lower abdomen and lower back since morning. Which was very disturbing so in evening I took Belladonna 200 C. AlhamdolilAllah. I worked and now No PAIN. I know that you ask me to stop all remedies but I was really irritated by pain.
Sir, for now I am worried for another problem that is painful urination. It is too much now. I am going washroom too often today almost every other hour and its very painful. Also as I informed in morning that after emptying bladder there is too much urge to urinate. Please help urgently. I am worried if God Forbid anything else is there.

I have Lycopodium 200C.
For mother nature..its my 6th day today. And brown discharge is there since 2 days now. However, I think if any remedy is not to be use during this time then I should avoid it and wait for at least next 2 days. But i will be glad if any safe remedy for this time can be taken to reduce this painful condition.

Oh i am sorry dr. I waited till late yesterday for the reply but I know due to time difference you may not have been able to do so. Since I was quite disturbed till evening due to pain sensations in lower abdomen so I took half a ponston. But it did not helped with burning urination, it just helped the pelvic pain. So at night before bed I took Cal Carb one dose. AlhamdolilAllah since morning I am feeling much better.
That weird sensations have reduced by 40% i guess.
And I dont have this remedy. Please let me know if I should continue with Cal Carb? Also I am feeling that brown discharge is reduced or may be gone as I am not having since last evening. But waiting for some more time to confirm this. Its my 8th day.

Dr. a good update: I am not having any brown discharge now. Its my 8th day. I am really happy. May be it means my cycle is turning good. Remedies are doing their jobs...Oh inshaAllah soon Allah will hear our request and reply. InshaAllah!

I have taken one dose yesterday only.
I am not using washroom as often as was doing yesterday, but the painful sensation is still there, though reduced by 50%. AlhamdolilAllah

Well, since lst I guess 3 months , every cycle I get this painful urination around 5th cycle day and it lasts till 9 or 10th day or may be sometimes till 8th day of cycle. But this month i feel its more than before. And still today i am having it but less painful compared to the day before yesterday. Also it is followed by a lot of urge to empty bladder and rectum after urination. and it build pressure in pelvic area.
I have tried best to explain whats actually happening.
Also m still having mild pain in lower body.

It is to update you that, from Friday evening till Saturday night I was having some brown discharge in moderate quantity. I am having a feeling that it may be due to a little tension that I had due to some my personal works and AlhamdolilAllah it went off yesterday afternoon. I dont really know if that can be a reason for brown discharge. But wrote just in case it matters.
However, from morning today I am having lot of white and some times cream colored discharge. Its semi liquid like jelly.
Having mild pain in lower back only. that weird sensations gone now. AlhamdolilAllah.
Please guide further. Also, fyi, its my 11th day today. Took no remedy yesterday.
