Yes AlhamdolilAllah its more than 7 hours and am not having any pain but heaviness in abdomen may be due to cycle is on. Its my 2nd day only.
OkI will take ponston but it is always my last resort to overcome the pains.
Well I am trying best to avoid these items in the list. But have lots of craving for rice and chocos some time.and i try to get some alternate at that moment. like any biscuit or nuts etc.
I have sepia 30C only.

Last night almost 9 hrs after ponston I felt pain in upper abdomen just beneath the ribs in the center. I just lay down and went into deep sleep. I woke after 3 hrs and felt the pain was still there. I took one dose of Staph and tried to sleep again. AlhamdolilAllah pain is lessening as time passing on. Now I am having mild twinglings in whole abdomen. and feeling dull.
Please let me know what should I take to control these feelings of dull pains in abdomen. Staph/Belladonna/MagPhos/Hypericum?? I am just not clear abt which one is needed now. Please help.
Also my stomach is too heavy with clear sounds of air in it.

The update is that its my 8th cycle day today. Having brown discharge since 3 days now. Having mild pain sometimes in whole abdomen and sometimes in Pelvic area but nothing too much just bearable without any remedy. Also not continuous but come anytime of day and go on its own.
No other complaint AlhamdolilAllah.
The remedies will arrive tomorrow inshaAllah.
Please prescribe further.

The only symptom now is brown discharge. AlhamdolilAllah no other problems. Feeling good overall. Its my 10th cycle day.

Sorry for creating the misunderstanding in posts. I have mistakenly used my aunt's id to post here. And now I can't edit the post.
Please note my current symptoms are: brown discharge, mild pain in lower back and right ovary and a clear sensation as if some liquid is flowing at right ovarian side. I can feel it clearly by placing my hand there.

The pain in ovary went away on its own as I slept last night. I wake without any pains ALhamdolilAllah. I think it comes after bowel movement. Although I am not having constipation but gas is forming and disturbing me.

Sir, just to share with you, I have been looking the list of symptoms for lycopodium patient and surprisingly I have many of them. Especially about digestion problems which I ignore at times.

A good update: I took Lyco 200 yesterday morning. I am happy to report that it helped me surely. The right ovarian pain has reduced in duration yesterday I had pain only for about an hr. And lower back pain is no more there. but I am having occasional pain at the left side. towards kidney. it is not continuous and comes when I lay down at bed. it gets off as i woke and walk. Discharge is still there.
What is the next step?

I had taken Bulberis Vulgaris last night. AlhamdolilAllah things have further improved. No pain anywhere. And discharge has also considerably reduced. No having yellowish/creamish discharge abt 5-10 drops in 4 to 5 hrs. AlhamdolilAllah!
