This is to update you, that I have taken 2 doses of Colocynthis as per your directions.
Will not be taking Staph as u said.

Since its only 4 hours past to my last dose of Colocynthis I guess its too early for any noticeable change in symptoms.

Will update you as I observe anything,

Sir, AS suggested I have completed the course of Alumen last night.
In morning fajr today I felt lower abs pain like periods pain. I am due on 14th of this month. However, i feel it will come a day early like tomorrow may be. But today morning I had really severe pain. I took 2 dose of MagPhos 1M within 3 hrs. But it did not helped me and at last I took a ponston. I was too depressed for the pain and screaming on bed early today. However, with the help of my loving husband I am again looking positively towards future. InshaAllah Allah will help us soon.

Please suggest what to do if I will have again this severe pain.
I am grateful for your help. Its like you are a candle for me in the darkness.

Well, I don't feel any noticeable change. May be due to PMS symptoms like mood swings and anxiety I could not manage to think anything else. The discharge is also same. But I hope it must have done something good for my cysts etc. which is only known after the scans.

Sir, this is to inform you with my current condition. Its my 4th cycle day. This time periods started 2 days earlier with lots of pain. But the duration of Pain was lesser this time. AlhamdolilAllah. It lasted for 2 days. then on 3rd day and today I am having mild pain in lower abdomen and lower back. Today my right ovary is hurting too much.
I am taking Staph as suggested. And wish to tell you that somehow I feel Staph works better on me than MP. May be its just in my mind. but Staph is great in pains for me.AlhamdolilAllah.

One thing i forgot to write in the online form about my very important symptom is that of Absent Ovulation. As per the july reports follicles are forming but upon maturation instead of rupture; the blood comes in it. Thus no success in ovulation.(Sir, do u remember before coming to this forum I was not having follicles also. But thanks to u to help me in that)

Ok. Another thing is that we are going on vacations tomorrow for 3 weeks to will be taking my remedies with me. and will try my best to keep in touch with you where ever possible.

How are you.Sorry for not being in contact since so long. Actually we went to northern areas where there was no net connection. Just came back to Khi on eid day.
No doubt the natural scenery of Pakistan is something out of the world. It was so beautiful that we wish we have visited it before.

now the update is that, its my 19th cycle day. No pains etc. Just the usual brown discharge is there since the whole month. I am taking Alumen 30C since 3 days now. 3 times a day.

Mentally i am very fresh and happy. Feeling very alive. AlhamdolilAllah.

will be going for ultrasound tomorrow inshaAllah. Please pray for a good report.

We have just returned back to UAE. AlhamdolilAllah it was a great trip.

Due to eid days I got too busy in family gatherings the whole week. i am sorry for delay in reply.
Sir, my ultrasound was done on 1st November in Agha Khan Hospital. And I wish to share the latest result with you.
Reports says as follows:

-Uterus normal size with slightly heterogenous texture myometrium.
-Endometrial thickness 0.5 cm on day 21 of cycle.
-Right ovarian cyst is 6.9 x 5.0 cm with homogenous echoes.
-Left ovary have two locules. Largest locule measuring 4.1 x 2.2 cm with homogenous echoes.
Smaller locule is cystic in nature with mutiple septations.

FYI, i am not taking any remedy since a week I think.

My expected due date is 13th of the month.

Forgot to mention that I am having lot of breast soreness since a week now.

AlhamdolilAllah no mental tension/ stress except a fear from these health problems.

Sir, I have started taking the remedy yesterday evening. Will update your after 5 days course. InshaAllah.
The only thing bothering me lot these days is the size of cysts. As per June 2012 report right cyst was of 7.1 cm and now its 6.9 ...reduced 0.2 cm. Whereas left cyst was of 4.5 cm and now its 4.1 cm. The other left cyst is also there.
Please note this is for your kind info.
However, since the cysts are reducing; I know inshaALlah with your help and prayers and special prayers of my beloved mom I will do good very soon with Allah's will.

Sir, I am happy to report that I am feeling just fine now. The periods started last night with quite more pains and initially it pushed me to take half ponston but since morning I am coping better with Staph and MP. The pain is getting lesser and lesser as the time passing. AlhamdolilAllah. Allah ka bohat ehsan hey mujh per.
Bleeding is also less compared to last months and so is pain.
Will update you with my condition in a couple of days inshaAllah.
