To update you, yesterday I took first dose of Cinnamomum and after 5 hrs I noticed some bright red spotting. So I stopped the remedy as I though periods are started. but then afterwords there were only brown discharge which is still there. I had very mild twingling in stomach today morning and took Staph one dose which helped.
My due date is 1st. So I am waiting now. No taking any remedy but will take staph/MP if needed.

How are you today?
It's my 4th day of the cycle. And I thought to update you upon my condition.
This month the periods started on time that is 30 days cycle.AlhamdolilAllah.
Pain started a day before periods. i.e. on 31st Jan I had mild pain all the day for which I took Staph and MP as needed. Then on 1st Feb I had sharp pains in lower abs and back. I could not hold myself longer for ponston and I took one tablet. Then whole day was no pain there. on 2nd had pain again and whole day I took Staph and MP with a gap of half hr b/t the 2 remedies along hot bottle. I took almost 6 doses in all and after 12 hrs of first dose the pain went away and I came out of bed. 3rd and 4th day I am again having pain in lower abdomen and back. I am taking both remedies as before. Good thing is that though it takes longer to lessen my pains but AlhamdolilAllah I do not need any ponston now as I had to do before homeo treatment. I am really happy for this.
Bleeding is now controlled since 3 months I guess. AlhamdolilAllah.
Sir with all due respect; I humbly ask you if I can take home made White Radish - Carrot drink? My mom told me to have this. I just don't know if its good for me or not? Will it interfere with my treatment? should I I take or avoid it? Which time of cycle should it be taken (if any) Please suggest and oblige.

My moods went very low with the onset of periods. I was very upset and crying for no apparent reason. But after 2nd day m again in better mood with positive mind AlhamdolilAllah. Just FYI.

Well, I am not taking ponston - It always comes last in my priority list. AlhamdolilAllah with all your prayers I am doing good. Had some pain and took Staph till yesterday but today I am having little twinklings only. Started my walk and I am sure things will be settled soon. Its my 6th cycle day. Having brown discharge.

Thanks for your suggestion upon the drink. I will make sure to drink before noon.

Ok dr I will do as instructed. Its my 7th day and am going to start Alumen 200 C from today.

Yesterday I have completed the 3 days course of Alumen as prescribed.
Things are still same. Having brown discharge. for more precise description; its having some foul smell.20 drops in 2 hrs
Its my 10th cycle day today.
Also wish to share with you that I am having a dull pain in both ovaries. Not continuous. Comes and goes on itself. Another thing is that I m continuously having some pressure feeling in bladder. Even if it is emptied fully I still feel unsatisfied and have urge to use washroom again. This symptom is from 5 days.

Looking forward for your help.

Dr. m upset to inform you that this particular remedy is not available here. in fact not registered. Now I have to order from Pakistan. Will get in few days.
Meanwhile can I take any other remedy?
Symptoms as of now: Discharge changed to camel color. 20 drops may be in 2 hrs. Not having any smell now. dull ache in ovaries(happening this month only).
its my 11th cycle day.

Although my Sepia course has not finished yet but symptoms are forcing me to update you before time. Apologies for that.
I have taken 8 doses of Sepia till now. From yesterday I note an increase in discharge. And today its too much. like watery brown discharge. quantity has increased. No smell/itching etc. I am a bit worried. And disturbed mentally due to this issue.

Please help me to come out of this traumatic issue.
I shall be much obliged for your kind help Asap.

The kerosotum also has not arrived yet.

Sir, I am glad to inform you that I am going to take my last dose of Calcium Phosphoricum 6X. Just after the 3rd dose the discharge has decreased lot. Only a drop or two of yellowish/off-white discharge in 4 to 5 hrs may be.Which I guess is normal.

I am very thankful to you again. And updating you so I can start the next recommended remedy from tomorrow (if any/ appropriate).

FYI, it's my 18th cycle day today.

AlhamdolilAllah, I have completed the 5 day course of Calc Phos yesterday night.
Physically I am all well. THanks to Allah. Only very very little normal discharge of off-white color.
Mentally m good too. No tension, no worries..but yes I am preparing these days for an exam in April. But not taking any pressure right now. Enjoying studies after a long break.

Please guide further and oblige.

Sir, this is to update you about current situation. I got periods exact 28th day of my cycle. It's normal for me. Pain started a day before and I had to take half ponston. First day was bit more uncomfortable. Had pains and took MP and Staph but at night I took half ponston. And the pain went. Then AlhamdolilAllah the MP and Staph did the job till 7th cycle day. I took one dose of each every day. From 8th day I am getting light brown discharge for which I started Alumen 30 c 3 times a day. And its 3rd day of this remedy today.
Today is my 10th cycle day.
AlhamdolilAllah no other complaints.

Mentally quite well. busy with our guests who are staying at our place these days.

Please guide further and oblige.

Ok I will do as instructed. However, a little update: The discharge was changed to off-white color later in the afternoon yesterday. No brown discharge now. Hmmmm...thanks to Almighty Allah.
