Hi doctor,
Thank you for your continuous support. Since yesterday evening the brown discharge has reduced 90%. But other issue has started thats of a sharp pain in my left side ovary. Today evening I was in so much pain that I had to take 250 mg ponston. Now its subsided.

I believe that you were ovulating and this caused the sharp pain you referred to. I am sure that you have experienced this same pain many times before in your life and this is nothing to get excited about.
Hypericum 200 will act much better and more safely than Ponstan. You will make it as instructed for the Wet dose and keep it for future use.
Try to avoid taking Ponstan in future as is is the ultimate insult to your Liver and Kidneys.

No i didnt had this kind of pain before. Also after almost 18 hrs of taking ponston I am feeling its coming back slowly.
My whole stomach is in very slight aching situation now.
I will try to get this Hypericum.

If this acute pain continues you must see a gynecologist as it is not impossible that it can be an Ectopic Pregnancy.

Sorry to disturb you again and again. But I am really not well and need desperate help from you. Hope you dont mind.
And I appreciate your patience towards my case.
Just now I noticed that I have started bleeding. Which is bright red in color. I am worried now.
I had gone through an ultrasound on June 3rd 2011 just to know the current situation and as I was starting your treatment I thought it would be good to have the report at beginning of the treatment so to track the true results. And pregnancy was not observed in it. Also one more thing to confirm that I have 6.9 cm cyst in right side and 6 cm in left. The measurements I gave in the start of my thread were based on 5 months back report.

You must consult a gynecologist IMMEDIATELY.
I cannot advise you till you get a diagnosis on your bleeding which is definitely not normal.

Upon your advice I had consulted to the Gyne. And after ultrasound she said that its nothing but another irregular period started
Now I want to inform you about the things I had in past 5 days.My date of periods was 25th May and they started on 24th (one day + - is normal i think). I started your remedy (Arnica)on 31st May and BP on 1st June.
Then on 8th June I started pain in left ovary which continued till yesterday i.e. 11th June. And on 10th june my periods started again.
Thus my cycle became irregular this month although i do not really have irregular cycles.
I dont know if this was the effect of your remedy or not. whatever the bleeding was quite less with few clots (Thats good I think) but this time I had intense pain.for continuous 4 days. And unfortunately I could not find the homeo pain killer u suggested and although I never like to take ponston as u also warn about it but I had no other way to help me out. (I am sorry for this)
Now please tell me what should i have to do further? i m taking ur remedy and willing to continue ur instructions. Hopefully it will help me.
Gynae is again insisting for laparoscopy which i dont want to do..another way is to get pregnant ASAP.

I can see that your gyne is counting on you to add to her revenue and is insisting on your coming under her knife. This is because they are not aware that Chocolate Cysts can be REDUCED by Bellis P in the Wet dose in a few weeks, depending on their size.
If after 3 months you do not find your CC's deflating, you may then consider her advice.
DO NOT GET PREGNANT while you are in this condition.
Be patient and take the remedies I have prescribed and also get the Hypericum 200c ASAP.

I believe by Reducing CC u mean it can also be disappear completely after BP.

I can see that you have not read and understood the therapy I have already prescribed for you.

Homeopathic remedies are marketed in the original Ethanol pack and in the Lactose pellets.
The Ethanol or Alcohol product will not be permitted to be imported to Middle East countries and in your case you do not have any alternative other than to use them to make the Wet dose of Hypericum 200.
You will use 6-8 pellets of the remedy in the spring water and this will hopefully help to reduce the pain for which you have been taking Ponstan every month.
I would like to have the full name and the address with phone number of the Sana Pharmacy as many patients who live in your area are often unable to get Homeopathic remedies which I prescribe.

This is to inform you that my condition is not so good still. After taking the medicine for almost 19 days today. Some patients respond in less than a week but in your case you may take longer as you are not using the remedy in the Alcohol pack. However the fact that you are already feeling the difference in the bleeding is lesser than before is a good sign that it is helping you.

Well just for clasrification, i am using Arnica 30 C in 90% Alcohol dilution form and also BP in same form.
I got these remedies from Pakistan when I visited there luckily and stayed for 5 days when I was planning to start the treatment.
I hope some day this brown discharge which I am getting now on 10th day of my clycle will be soon end.
SO from your reply I assume I do not need any other remedy along it.

Also Sir please clarify that I am using remedy in mineral water (the drinking water available in supermarket) . I think its same as spring water. and that it do not have bubbles. Can I use it? or I have to see any other one.

Don't be so worried about this Spring/Mineral water.
Tap water will do as long as you boil it to release the Chlorine.

What do you mean it is making you die? Are you haemorrhaging that heavily? Are you losing a lot of blood?

I too was concerned about your bleeding which even David thought was a Hemorrhage when you stated: 'Its making me die now...its more of brownish red blood' which you now confirm that it was not.
I note that you have not consulted a gynecologist on your discharge and in your own interest it is essential that you do so immediately.
Clotted or red blood is acceptable but brownish is not. Here again we do not know how brown is your discharge and this is the reason why I must have an expert's diagnosis after visual inspection.
