Hi Mr. Ajay,
Please give your son 1 single dose of Nux Vomica-1M tonight or tomorrow night before going to bed & then give him 1 single dose of Sulfur-1M on Saturday morning empty stomach.
I am giving these remedies just to clear out the proving/aggravations of over doses of many homepathic remedies that you mentioned in your mail. We will start the treatment once his body is able to respond properly to homeopathic remedies. What I feel is the currently he is showing aggravation to every remedy.

I believe it may be very easy to you to stop / control his present symptoms; but in his best interest, you've choosen this path. Also, I came across a same case (at net), where only sulphur cured him perfectly. Let's hope for the best. God bless you.

Good day to you. Frankly telling, I am not an expert of Batch Flower therapy so can't say anything about the remedies you have mentioned. You may try those if you want, I don't think they will interfere with my prescription.
But before trying the batch flower therapy, I want you to give a try to Hyoscyamus Nig-30c alone. Put 2 drops of remedy in half cup of water, mix thoroughly & give him only one teaspoon or table spoon of this water. Throw away the remaining liquid wash & dry the cup & make new liquid next time for 2nd dose. Give him Hyoscyamus-30c twice daily & report his condition next day. If it doesn't work at all then you may try Batch flower remedies which you have mentioned above. Asking so because I want to see the individual effect of this remedy. I am quite hopeful but let's see what happens.

Take a bottle of 500ml spring water. Pour out some (approximately 50-80ml) water out of it & put ONLY 1 drop of Hyoscyamus-30c in it. Tightly cap the bottle & 4 times hit the bottle hard with your palm or with a book. Give your son only half teaspoon or a few drops to drink. See the effects of the remedy. Let me know if the remedy still aggravates his symptoms.
As far as I remember from your mail, you gave him Belladona too at you own. What were the results?
I am not going for higher potencies at the moment as his body is not responding properly to homeopathic remedies rather is showing severe aggravations. Probably because he was too sensitive & was bombarded with many remedies.

Result of Belladonna 10M was quite satisfactory, as it controlled his condition. But Last time (13/06/13), when I gave it - for about 2-3 hrs, I doubted that his symptoms increased; but then gradually subsided.

Off course you will need calc carb after belladona. But at the moment lets give one last try to hyoscyamus & then we will move on to belladona & Calc Carb. Belladona is the right constitutional remedy of your son.
