We visited IHBAS on 1st October, 2008. Noticed his symptoms of laughing, smiling in the month of may or June 08.

Sir,
I don't think Olanzapine tablet is responsible for his present symptoms. I, on my own cut his dose from 10mg per day to 5 mg (May, 12). After two months of cut in his dose, he developed the following symptoms:
1. Memory weakens,
2. He started checking his pockets, water taps, electrical switches, gazing empty glass before filling water from bottle, vests, underwear before (before wearing) for a considerable time.
3. Drinking / eating slowly (take 50-55 min to finish his meal).
4. Taking too much time in bathing, wearing his clothes means taking considerable time to finish his daily tasks. Even unable to did things fast, even after our instructions.
Dr. Asad Ghumman started his treatment w.e.f 27/8/12 and due to his treatment; I was able to stop gradually his Olanzapine tablets (5 mg) to NIL for 15 days. From 31/12/12 to 14/1/12 he was like a normal boy. And that was my grave mistake. His symptoms started coming back. But I didnt give him full dose and his condition started becoming good to bad to worse. In absence of Dr. Asad (due to his personal reasons) I was clueless, what to do. At this stage, I dont think any of homeopathic remedy was responsible for his condition. Here I also wish to mention I gave him agrimony (bach flower remedy) and due to its impact, he revealed his sexual abuse, his indulgence of sexual acts etc. this was the time, when he again tried to molest a lady.
Later (In my opinion) It was staph or may be stramonium or both were responsible for his following condition (30/5/2013):-
1. Loud talking to self or some imaginary person.
2. Talking non-stop in explicit sexual language, all of day
3. Abusing.
4. Even first time, hit his mom.
5. At this point of time, he admitted of hearing of voices and seeing of images of a girl and boy. Boy sometime looked like a demon.
Then Tuberculinum 1M worked like magic pills (20/10/13). Although its 3rd dose aggravated fiercely; but it vanished his symptoms, completely.
He was normal again. Then slowly it stopped working and his symptoms of talking to self and talking non-stop started returning.
This time, it was the action of Hyoscyamus Niger, due to which he started using sexual language and abusing again. Also hold the hands of a girl on road.
Tuberculinum 1M again controlled his symptoms for more than 70%.
Hope it clarifies the things.

Olanzapine may be culprit in the way - 'brain may have stopped or producing less dopamine or other chemicals responsible for it's normal functioning, due to prolong use of this drug.

It appears he got worse once after his original symptoms were treated. That is his opinion too, which he mentioned in his first lost of answers. It is also clear that he was overdosed, at least with Hyos, but probably with other remedies as well. I don't think any of these things created his illness, but they certainly have made it worse.
I have done a fair amount of work on the case already, so I should be able to start prescribing as soon as it is clear what the Tub 1M has done.

Wish to update the condition of my son. On 17/8/14, I gave him one dose of Tuberculinum 1M. On 18/8, he was more than 70% normal. From 19/8, his symptoms started coming back. As on today, following symptoms are there -

Alright this is a not the sign of a good remedy, for symptoms to relapse after 2 days. The remedy is only palliating, or possibly suppressing.
Tarentula is intriguing idea, which I will keep in mind (thank you Rishimba!) but what I would like to do first is try Lachesis.
Please obtain 200c, in liquid form.
If you instead have pillules or pellets, you will need a small bottle and a dropper to make your own liquid dose. Mix water and alcohol into this small bottle to the ratio of 5:1. Dissolve 3 pillules/pellets into this bottle. All doses will be made from this bottle.
If you already have a liquid dose just start from step 1.
1. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand
2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water
3. Stir very thoroughly
4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.
This is one dose and the same steps should be taken for any further doses, unless I ask you to change them in some way.
Give him one dose only and observe any changes for the next 7 days. Do not suppress any physical symptoms that might appear during this time, especially discharges.

I want to make sure we are not abandoning a useful remedy. Repeat the remedy 3 times, once each day. Hit the bottle 10 times before each dose. STOP if any of his symptoms appear to worsen.

Looking at the symptoms, Anacardium and Tarentula are two possible remedies that might create response.

I think I might have read in the history he had Anacardium already but it didn't hold or didn't address many parts of the case?
Tarantula is definitely a good idea Rishimba and I am happy to try that if Lachesis definitely fails.

Yes, he's taking allopathic medicine Olanzapine 15mg in the morning and 15 mg in the evening. When he's sleepless at night, I also give him Ezolent 1 or 0.5 (as required).
Before the aggravation of Hyos, it was Olanzapine 10 mg in the evening.
