Dr. Simone, you're right as I was waiting for Dr. Evocationer's comments too, on the above posts.
His symptoms are on the rise with each passing day.
Non - stop talking to self (or with imaginary person), sexual talks, talking of violence and war, making statements as if he's proud of himself are continue as before.

When he talks of violence and wars, does he specify what war is he referring to?
Does he talk about wars in the recent past that happened in his lifetime or does he talk about earlier wars back in the past which he was part of?

1. I'm a 'mout ka soudaagar' (literally means - I sell death).
2. Mr. Obama, throw the missile as this earth is not a place to live.
3. If anybody will try to scuffle with me - Mr. Obama will punish him. He'll be dead.
4. I won't spare anyone. Everyone will be dead and blah...blah...blah.

Greetings of the day.
Wish to update - yesterday, his condition was worst from the morning, so I gave him 15 mg Olanzapine + 1/2 Ezolent in morning and same in the evening. Previously it was 12.5 mg Olanzapine in the morning + 12.5 mg Olanzapine & 1 Ezolent in the evening.
Happily inform you that today, his talking to self is very less. Other symptoms are also very less. I think approx 85% improved.
Kindly guide further.

Evocationer has done all the hard work and seconded my suggestion of trying of Tarentula. I am thankful to him.
I would like Evocationer to carry on with his treatment and gradually reduce his anti-psychotic medicines to zero.
