Wish to update:
Taren H 10M, given to him on 17th of August, 15. There's no improvement in his symptoms.
I gave him only one globule, due to fear of aggravation. Do you think it may be the reason, behind no improvement? When can I repeat the remedy, Sir?

Please buy 10M potency in liquid form and give him one dose.
One dose would be 3 to 4 drops in some 10 ml of water sipped up slowly in empty stomach.
It seems that there was no stimulus at all so there was no response.
10M doses are given in the liquid form to be sure of its action.

From 26 to 31/08/15, his condition was improved. Afterwards, his symptoms started coming back slowly.
As on today:
1. Laughing / Smiling for almost all day.
2. Calling names as oye Michael almost all day.
Calling names and laughing is in slow pitch voice.
Kindly guide further.

Since 10M is also not holding more than a week, I think we should look for another remedy that would probably hold longer.
Please answer the following questions:
1. Can you say he is sometimes talking or acting in obscene manner?
2. Are his mental symptoms worse during the day or night?
3. Are his symptoms worse after eating or when he is hungry?
4. Are his mental symptoms worse when he lies down in bed?
5. Can you say he is at times quarrelsome and suspicious too apart from being talkative and acting in a foolish manner?
Please answer the following questions:

Answer: He talks / smiles all of the day. It’s noticed that his symptoms are more after sunset.

Answer: it doesn’t matter, (he lies down or not) his condition remains same.

I am looking at HYOSCYAMUS NIGER as his next remedy to be tried which is very close to Lachesis.
Has he ever taken Hyoscyamus earlier? If yes, how did it work in him?
If not, you can give him one dose of Hyos 10M and give me your observations after 15 days.

Sir, as you zeroed on Hyos for these symptoms, I wish to bring in your kind notice the effect of this remedy, in the past on my son.
1. On advice of Dr. Asad Ghumman, I gave him two dosages of hyos 30 for three days i.e. on 5, 6 and 7/10/12.
2. On 22/10/12, I informed him - From last week, we noted that he has started abusing (although in hush tone and not to others, but like gibberish) and repeats one word - TABLAAAAA very often.
3. On 26/10/12 Dr. Asad Ghumman replied: Don't give him any homeopathic remedy for the next week also. Don't worry about the "abusing" & word repetition. That is an after effect of Hyoscyamus Niger-30c, & will wear off in some days.
4. On 18/7/13, Dr. Asad again tried Hyos 30. On 23/7/13, Dr. Asad prescribed hyos 30 in split dose doses (Take a bottle of 500ml spring water. Pour out some (approximately 50-80ml) water out of it & put ONLY 1 drop of Hyoscyamus-30c in it. Tightly cap the bottle & 4 times hit the bottle hard with your palm or with a book. Give your son only half teaspoon or a few drops to drink. See the effects of the remedy. Let me know if the remedy still aggravates his symptoms).
5. On 24/7 /13, I informed him as - Today, gave him Hyos 30, as directed. All day he abused and spoke F-words.
6. Finally on advice of Dr. Ashok Anand of Chennai, I gave him hyos niger as below:
16 & 17 /6/14 hyos 30 3 times
21 to 24/6/14 hyos 30 3times
On 15/7/14 hyos 200 – 1 dose
On 22/7/14 hyos 200 – 1 dose
7. On 27/7/14, I informed him - as prescribed, I gave my son Hyos. Next dose is due on 29/7/14.
His condition is not good. He has started talking to some imaginary person(all day till he retire to bed). Laughing out loud has also increased. No improvements in calling names like oye Rajesh.
8. On 28/7 Dr. Anand replied: Put 5 pills of Hyocyamus 200,in 1/2 glass of water.Give one tsp.every 2 hrs.for 2 days.After 2 days give feedback.
9. On 2/8/24, I wrote to him -: He has started using F**K word and abusing language again from yesterday. Kindly let me know your opinion. If it's O.K. to you, I'll start giving him one tsp every 4 hours.
10. Dr. Anand replied:- Start one tsp. 4 hrs.
On 2/8/14, I updated him:
Today at 3.00 pm, I gave him one dose as directed.
His condition again worsened and he also tried to punch me; abusing and uttering F word is nonstop. Also told - "I'll run away from home.
On 3/8/14, aggravation was very fierce and I update him (and ask for your help too)
1. Today he holds the hand of a girl on road.
2. Talks as if someone is commanding him. Neeraj (his name) go and fu#k any girl.
3. F word and abusing on rise and non-stop.
4. He's just moving here and there.
5. Your father can't harm you. Hit him, hit him. Today also he tried to punch me
Sir, I consider it my duty to bring all the facts in your knowledge and to be honest I do not have courage to give him this remedy.
After this incident, Dr. Evocationer started his treatment and gave him Lachesis and afterwards on your recommendation, prescribed Tarentula Hispanica.

Please bring HYOSCYAMUS in LM/01 potency and give him a single dose.
Note if he is having any aggravation even with a single dose of LM/01.
We have to take a calculated risk here. This seems to be his remedy for now. If he responds well to LM/01 at this stage, it can be repeated frequently once in two days or so.

We will not give any nosode for now. His symptoms are very clear.
Tell me on what basis should we give him Tuberculinum? Does he have any peculiar symptom of this nosode?

previously Taren H worked wonderfully and cured of his many symptoms; but now it's not working or working very less, therefore, as a layman, it was my view that it's time to give him nodose.

1. From yesterday, I increased his allopathic dose by 2.5 mg per day. Today, his symptoms are very much under control.
2. I have Hyos 0/1, liquid dose with me.
3. Dr. Evocationer suggested as:
a. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand
b. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water
c. Stir very thoroughly
d. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, and then swallow.
This is one dose and the same steps should be taken for any further doses.
Is this method of dosing is O.K. to you? If not, kindly advice.

Please follow the standard method of dosing now.
Take 3 drops in some 10 ml of water and give him in empty stomach. Once he starts responding well, you can increase potency by hitting the bottle 5 times as you have been told.
For the time being, follow the old method of dosing.

After giving the dose, for 2-3 hours I was much tensed and took agrimony and mimulus.
I was happy that Hyos didn’t aggravate.
For all of the day, I was observing him and noticed that till the evening, he was almost symptom free. In the evening, symptoms started coming back but very slowly.
To be honest, today I was remembering the day when Dr. R.P. Tamhanker forecasted that my son will be alright in 2015. If treatment of my son is on the right path, it’s also a big relief to me.
With my heart full of gratitude and my folded hands “a big thanks to you for all your efforts, Sir.
I’m also very much grateful to Dr. Simone and Dr. Asad for comforting me and believing that Hyos is the right choice.

Let me know how many days does the potency hold. If it holds just one day, daily dose to be given.
Potency to be increased only if this potency fails to work when you reduce the drug incrementally.

5% reduction on drug dosage is correct.
If his symptoms flare up because of this revised dosage, you will have to give Hyos 0/1. Otherwise wait for symptoms to relapse.
