I gave my son Hyos 0/2 single dose on 07/11/15.
My observation is that his condition neither improved nor worsen this week. His symptoms of laughing and talking to self are as it is. He's taking 11.875 mg from 01/10/15.
Kindly advice.

Please give another dose to make sure the dose has been absorbed. If he doesn't respond to this dose, go for Hyos 0/3.

Veenaajay: On Sept. 21 you wrote that you gave your son an increased dose of his prescribed real medication, and the results were positive. Why then are you still on this forum talking to these fools about homeopathic nonsense and allowing your son's suffering to continue?
For 3 years you have been on this site almost daily, asking for and receiving a steady stream of different "prescriptions", none of which are working. Right in front of you is a medicine that has shown you to be effective. So why are you wasting your time listening to this homeopathic nonsense?
In your own experience these homeopathic treatments aren't helping. The reason for that is simple: It's nonsense. the "medicines" you are being prescribed are nothing but water and sugar pills. When someone tells you about a 1000C preparation, they are telling you to use something that is so diluted that there would not be even one molecule of the supposed substance in all of the molecules in the entire known universe. Even a 30C preparation is mathematically zero. In other words, there is nothing there but water and sugar.
For the sake of your son, stop believing in this nonsense and give him the benefit of real medicine, which has the benefit of scientific research and testing and has already proven its effectiveness before your very eyes.

Wish to update - from last 3 days that dullness is developing in his behavior. He's not responding well to our instructions, taking too much time in bathing, wearing clothes and eating. Even after food is served to him, he start eating after 8-10 minutes, sitting idle.

Please ask him how is he feeling and what is his suffering?

Please carry on with HYOS 0/3 and if it doesn't create any response, go to HYOS 0/4.
I don't see any other remedy that would work better than Hyos in this condition. Keep raising potency of Hyos and simultaneously keep reducing the drug slowly as you have been doing.
I feel this is the only way out.

Please change the lot/batch of remedy by getting it from a difference source.
First you can give a dose of Hyos 0/3 and if there is no response, go for Hyos 0/4 single dose.
There is no reason for symptoms to relapse so abruptly.

So it's not an aggravation of Hyos (my own opinion) and your confidence shows that Hyos is the right remedy for him.
Regarding change of lot/ batch of remedy by getting it from a different source, I'm confused now. Before buying Hyos 0/3, I was purchasing remedies from one source but this time when I bought Hyos 0/3, I purchased it from another shop (more reputed than previous shop, in Delhi).
So, should I go back to previous one or find third source. His symptoms started coming back before giving him Hyos 0/3.

2. Takes too much time when doing things like bathing, changing clothes, eating etc.

No, this is not an aggravation from Hyos. This remedy doesn't have this symptom. I feel his syphilitic traits are surfacing.
Please give him one dose of SYPHILINUM 10M fast. Also, keep him in your supervision always. He may attempt suicide if ever he gets an opportunity. Be very careful to deal with him.

I was suspecting these symptoms as HYOS aggravation, as his condition was deteriorated after giving him this very remedy, in the past too.
I'll try my best to pacify him. Syphilinium 10M will be given to him on Monday i.e. 7th of December only, as on Sunday, market will be closed.
